Super Park - is local to Houston Hobby Airport with regular shuttle buses to and from the airport terminals. The transport is clean and free of charge and you will recieve assistance with you luggage making your trip easier. Super Park - HOU is well lit and fenced with 24 hour security for your piece of mind. They offer great rates and ask that when you arrive you take a ticket and proceed to an open parking space. A shuttle bus will pick you up at your car and assist with your luggage. For pickup please wait outside of Baggage Claim. You will receive a yellow ticket at check in with return instructions on.

    Worst place to park at Hobby. Last night Super Park lost 11 customers. That was the total on our pick-up bus. I have used Super Park exclusivley for several years. Over the past 2-3 years the service has become steadly worse. My last 4 trips, the wait at the airport upon my return has become slower each time. Last night, upon return from our trip, we have to wait 35 minutes for the pick-up van. Every other parkind service that we knew of had had 1 or more pickup vans arrive and depart while we waited. after waiting over 20 minutes, my wife called them. She was told that they only had 1 driver and that he was on break. A few minutes we overheard other waiting for SP, call and complain. When the van arrived the driver was very courteous, so we had no complaint with the driver, but it was obvious, that he was not at fault. Everyone (11) passengers said they were finished with Super Park. Super Park has an automated pay system, but upon arrival at the terminal, we al fopund that there was only 1 of the 2 pay machines working....another long line. Tghis wouldn't have bothered me if I hadn't know that over the last 3-4 trips I've made, that same pay machine has been out of order. Take you business elsewhere.

    Both attendants that I encountered were very helpful and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of my parking experience. I will most definitely use your parking garage again! Thank you for helping to make my trip less stressful!

    Automated system payment didn't work for scanning the barcode to get the discounted and reserved rate. Had to go to garage office. It is a good thing that I was returning during normal business hours!!!

    I read negative reviews of Super Park online, however my experience was Excellent. The parking area was clean and safe. The shuttle was always available, quick and friendly. I would use Super Park again and would recommend it without hesitation.

    The most frustrating thing happened to me and my wife as we were waiting for the shuttle to pick us up and bring us back to our car - it never came! I ended up having to run to my car, then drive back to get my wife and luggage! We waited anxiously for 20 minutes with no shuttle, although I had seen all of the competitor's come by and even two the purple shuttles go up the ramp to drop off travelers. We called the number at least 10 times with no one answering the phone. Why would the driver not loop around to the bottom floor to get the customers who have arrived? Seeing we were stranded with no one answering t he phones, I had no other option but to run the quarter mile to my car - extremely frustrating after waking at 4am that morning.

    Waited while 2-4 shuttles of the some other companies shuttles passed by. Covered parking, but birds obviously roosted above my car. I've never seen it so dirty. It was late, I really wanted out but the exit was hard to find. Lots of do not enter signs, but couldn't find exit signs.

    Super Park provided horrible service upon return to Hobby. Shuttle to pick people up was late - every other parking shuttle came through at least twice before one Super Park shuttle came. Tried to call the number on the parking spot slip and there was no answer. I will never park at Super Park again.

    Driver was very courteous at first. Insisting that we get in and he would get our bags so we did. On our way out he did the same thing. He said we should get off and he would get our bags. I nicely tipped him $5 for his trouble. When he started getting the bags off, he gave a few people their bags. However, when the only bags that were left were ours, he grabbed them and stayed on the bus. then shouted "Whose bags are these?!!" My wife said (with my 3 year old son) "Mine" and the driver responded "Well, come and get them!" I was not around as I was paying for the parking but I sincerely regret giving him those $5. The rest of the parking experience was very good. Everyone else was very nice and the facility was good. Despite the rudeness I might consider using you again. I did not get the name of the driver but he was black, with longer hair and was using blue nike gloves.

    The overall experience was very pleasing. The drivers drive a little erratic although I understand they are in a hurry, but it probably wouldnt hurt to remind them to slow down in the garage. They were friendly and very helpful.

    I believed that we pay for services to make our trip more enjoyable. Well when your bus driver does not help withus putting our bags inthe bus. We are not getting what we pay for. He just said there while we loaded. Not excepable.
