    Everything was fine with the parking and taxi to-and-from the airport. However, their was confusion about crediting back the $5.99 deposit for the parking and the Super 8 attendant Holly was incredibly RUDE in handling the situation. She spoke to me like I was an idiot, telling me I misread the paperwork even though I was reading it off word for word to her and she didn't even have it in front of her. Then, lectured me, said there was no way a refund was needed and hung up to greet someone in the lobby. I even stopped once during the conversation to say "Hey, this is really no big deal, is there any way we can calm down? I am just confused and looking for some help here." I should not have to be responsible for calming down the attendant who is supposed to be helping me! Extremely terrible experience. This is the first negative review I have written for anything ever (I prefer positivity!) but this was seriously ridiculous. Holly should have a job at Super 8 where she doesn't interact with people. Too bad, because the gentleman who helped me when I dropped the car off was incredibly helpful, positive and patient. You will have a great experience parking as long as Holly is not there.

    The online reservation was great. However, the hotel had no idea I had set it up. There needs to be a connection between the online reservation and the people that actually arrange the shuttle to the airport.

    I have used this service the last three times and every single time have had an issue with the cab company being late or not showing up. It's a great deal, but I think I'd rather just pay at the airport than have to rely on a highly unreliable taxi service.

    We reserved a taxi for 445 am and arrived a few minutes after that. We're weren't able to get picked up until 520 and barely made our check-in by about 3 minutes. Luckily Redmond cab company was available to get us, because Checkered Cab would have made us miss our flight. This is now the second time I've had a severe delay with this company so I'm extremely hesitant to do it again.

    wait was over 30 mins. departure time cut it very close wit time is suppose to be no more than 15 mins. the RV show in Redmond,OR was the reason if I'd know that using your service I wouldn't have used Super 8 Redmon,OR
