I use Sundance every time I travel. The shuttle experience has always been quick and professional. When we got back from our trip I called Sundance to let them know I had recovered my bags and was needing the shuttle. We waited nearly 20 minutes for the shuttle. In that time frame 4 Parking Spot Vans and 2 Blue Sky Vans came and went. Not sure what happened with this experience but in Arizona you don't want to wait nearly half an hour for a ride while standing out side.
It doesn't look like they have defined parking spaces, so the rows of cars are not straight. The shuttle bus can't get down the aisle, so you have to drag your luggage to the front of the building to pick up the shuttle. I wasn't sure I was going to be able to back out of my parking space when I came back, because a truck had parked directly behind me. Took a lot of effort to get out without hitting a car on either side or the truck behind me. Definitely not worth the savings over other parking lots I have used in the past. I won't go back!

Had a hard time hearing that the shuttle would be the Phoenix airport, as I called outside because my husband was in a wheelchair and just followed the attendant. I believe the parking lot attendant that he told me. My complaint is that this info should be on the card. Consequently we waited for 40 minutes. Tried to call 4 x's. Line was busy 3x.
I waited over 40 minutes because I was looking for a shuttle that said "Sundance".....not Sky Harbor

We enjoyed our experience. We were nervous with it being our first time. But now I know who I'll use everytime :)
Everything went smoothly, attendant was very helpful and courteous.
The flight was very late at night and the staff was very helpful, courteous, understanding the shuttle driver too was patient, helpful. I have no problem using the service for the next trip. Most of all it's very, very affordable.
Anybody using this parking lot this is like a 2.5 star parking lot so if your looking for cheap this is the place but their other parking lot is just up the street and it is much more secure and a much better place for a dollar a day more,
Facility is secure , but it's needs some updating, and a little TLC .... Let's get some parking space lanes painted, kinda of helter skelter on the parking thing ...invest a couple of bucks already!
I reviewed this lot once before & there were some minor issues, but the price was right so I decided to return. However, I'm now done using the Sundance facility. When I arrived at the lot the gate arm wouldn't lift up & I had to call an attendant out - he took a few minutes to get out there then brought the wrong keys to fix the problem so had to leave/return - overall maybe a 5 - 10 minute wait but when you're trying to catch a flight every minute counts. The final straw for me was the payment. My receipt wouldn't scan so I had to call the attendant. She processed the payment inside & told me the charge was for 4 days, even though my reservation said 3. She said coming in Friday at 7PM, Saturday, Sunday, & leaving Monday at 10AM = 4 days because there's only a 2 hour grace period, so if I'd left at Monday at 9AM, I would've only been charged for 3 days. That's fine, I understand that, but I never saw any information about a 2 hour grace period on the website or my reservation. She didn't offer one bit of guidance or further explanation when I pointed out that even my reservation confirmation said 3 days - $18 total, nothing about a grace period, so how was she now going to charge me for 4 days? I ended up just paying the additional day because it's only $6 & I had to get to work, but the whole situation felt super shady & if I can't trust your attendants to charge me the proper price, why would I trust them to "look after" my car? Thanks for the couple times you kept my car safe Sundance but our time together is now over.
After reading mixed reviews, I thought compelled to write a quick review. Everything went just as expected from arrival, to parking, getting on the shuttle, to returning to the car after 2 weeks and paying at the exit. The staff was very friendly and guided me along the way. I found a great deal online and had no issues. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to save some money and get the same service as the higher priced places.
Parking lot spaces were poorly marked and very dusty. Both drivers were extremely nice and friendly !!!
The pre-billing and payment afterwards is a bit cumbersome. You didn't bill the whole amount (I, for one, am pretty explicit about when I begin my trip and end it), so it was a little more time paying the remaining amount. (You get a full day's "rent" for a small portion of an extra day.) I'm a senior and also a veteran, and the extra pay, due to the extra money the City of Phoenix wants for windfall profits for off-premises parking and vans, is not fair.
I would use again.
Overall it was an affordable. I would park there again.
Made reservations at Sundance and even though I had made the reservation the lot was full and was no room and had to go to the over flow lot. Not happy about that.
Parking attendant on arrival did not tell me what to do, when I arrived back at the airport, to get my car. New attendant came on duty and double checked with me to make sure I knew how to contact shuttle bus on my return.
