We arrived quite late and it wasn't clear at first whether there was anyone there or how to summons a shuttle.
Some spots were a little tight driving through the parking lot, but that is to be expected when people park themselves. The employees were courteous and the price was very good. I will definitely use Sundance again!
Friendly folks! Easy lot to find. Overall, very satisfied.
The cashier was very helpful and friendly in giving me directions. You could improve signage on the lot, especially at the entrance, to let people know what is expected of them in terms before they cross the "tire damage" barrier, where and when to park, where to find the cashier, where to wait for the shuttle, and how long it is expected to take. With little signage and a locked front door, it felt like entering (in the dark at 4:30 AM in my case) into a possibly dangerous place.
The wait time for pick up at the airport was almost an hour (50 minutes). This is unacceptable, in particular because it was at 1AM in the morning. We had to wait until 2AM to get picked up. What can

The shuttles are old and rattle like they are going to fall apart and you can smell the exhaust inside the shuttle and the parking lot surface is bad and the spots are way too close together (I had to squeeze into my car because there was a big pick up truck parked next to me). Everyone was friendly and courteous though which made the experience worth it.
We had to wait over half an hour for our shuttle to pick us up from the airport, two shuttles told us they couldn't take us they were going to a different location. Parking spaces were to tight. Will probably look elsewhere next time.

Convenience and customer service was fantastic especially for a first timer who hadn't used their service before. Ideal location and decent price. However the parking lot is rather beat up with rocks flying everywhere and the shuttle interior could have looked nicer but it was very clean.
This is the first time we've used Sundance. It was not entirely clear what we were supposed to do when we arrived. The women behind the desk was on the phone when I went inside, and it was frustrating to not have her full attention while I was attempting to figure out how this establishment works. Not sure we'll be using it again.
My car died and the woman working there was so helpful! I was able to get my car started and I am very grateful.
Our driver was wonderful. She was friendly and extremely helpful. I'm sorry I did not get her name, but she is an asset to your organization!!!!!
Our battery was dead when we arrived and it was a very busy night for the shuttles, but within 10 or 15 minutes we had help from a wonderfully funny driver and we were good to go.
Parking lot was jammed. a little tight to navigate but I found a spot easily. The shuttle was great and the driver courteous and friendly. The staff at the lot were friendly and competent. A good experience. And the price was right. I will use you again.
