YOU MUST KEEP YOUR PARKING TICKET THAT YOU GET WHEN YOU ENTER THE LOT AND PRESENT IT WITH YOUR RESERVATION UPON CHECKING OUT FROM THE LOT. THE PARKING TICKET IS PRINTED ON HEAT-SENSITIVE PAPER - PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE IT ON YOUR DASH AS IT WILL TURN BLACK AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK YOU OUT. RECOMMEND TAKING A PICTURE OF THE PARKING TICKET BAR CODE AND NUMBERS ABOVE IT WITH YOUR SMART PHONE, IN CASE YOU LOSE YOUR TICKET. A LOST TICKET IS $300 EVEN WITH A RESERVATION. Over all experience was very good.

The return shuttle process should be cleared up and added to the print out online.
When I arrived at the lot I called the shuttle. He showed up and as I walked to get on he drove off because he didn't see me runnung behind the bus. Comming back i waited for almost an hour because i was waiting for a shuttle marked Sundance parking like on my paperwork. The shuttle was marked Phoenix shuttle and just kept passing me even though i kept calling. Finally the operator said its a white and green shuttle marked. Phoenix shuttle. Geez that would have been useful info.
It would be nice to have a shuttle that does not go to the lot first then to Sundance
Parking lot was full only a few spots. The shuttle took almost 30 minutes after our call to get there. And my wife and we're the last to be dropped off. Which in turn made us an hour late getting to the terminal. We missed our flight check in time causing us to miss our flight. When we returned it was not a long wait maybe ten minutes when got to the curb. And again we were last dropped off. No problem checking out self check out worked. attendant gave helpful info on proper usage. The price was great.
They were very argumentative when questioning about pick up location, and vehicles description.
Card the driver gave me directed me to the wrong door for pick up,. not good,...... AND ,. I was not told that there are different busses available for pickup I got dropped off from a Sun Dance bus and came back on a different logo bus,. How am I supposed to know this????
The code to get in didn't print on my confirmation sheet and coming through at 8 AM, no one was there. we had to get an I-pad out of our luggage to find the confirmation email and get into the lot. Same problem when we wanted to exit, but fortunately, someone was there to look it up. Just something I need to be sure I do, use the download window and make sure I have it printed next time. We had the confirmation number, but that wasn't what we needed to get in
We returned to the Phoenix airport at 7:00 AM on Saturday. We waited for one hour to be picked up and driven back to our car at the Sundance parking lot. We called the Sundance number 3 times while we were waiting and was told "someone is on their way". My husband started asking other van drivers if they knew anything about Sundance and if they could drive us to the Sundance parking lot. Finally one van driver ( his van didn't have Sundance on it)said he could take us because his company owned Sundance! We arrived at the Sundance parking lot at 8:15AM and were told by the van driver that the "office" didn't open until 9:00AM. He said we could use the machine in the back of the building to pay our remaining balance (we had made a deposit). We paid with our credit card but the gate wouldn't open. We used the call box (call if you have a problem) and were told nothing could be done - we should wait "out front" until the attendant arrived at 9:00AM. Attendant arrived at 9 and was professional. Attendant told us "guy on the phone" could have opened the gate for us. We think you should have an attendant on the property when you know you have flights returning - regardless of the time. We feel we should have been told that we would be on our own if we arrived before 9:00Am. WE will never use the Sundance parking lot again - We are retired and travel frequently. No one likes to return from a long airline flight and sit in the hot weather waiting for a ride!!
Rough surface for rolling luggage. Small pot holes, loose stones. Could use a serious resurfacing
When I returned to my car, the battery was dead. When I went to the cashier, they had a battery booster/charger thta I was able to use and avoid having to call for Road Service.
The gentleman on duty at Airport Parking was very helpful letting me know my next parking trip can be even less per day, I really appreciate his help. Plus he got us out and on our way very quickly. Very nice man. Thank You.
I have a ti y car and was still blocked in. Make trycks park further away. Inside staff could be more helpful
Everything was great only 2 complaints. 1. When I left it wasn't clear to me that I needed the small return card to know what lot I was at ( didn't realize you had multiple lots) and 2. people parked where ever they wanted because the parking lines are way to faded. I drive a Ford Expedition and I had to back up twice in corners because people were parked way beyond lines. Or were they were not supposed to be. So you still let people in to park even when the lot is full?
We waited almost 3/4 hour for a Sundance shuttle at the airport only to find out that we were to take a Sky Harbor Parking shuttle to get to the Sundance parking lot. Getting around parking lot was like an obstacle course. Larger vehicles were sticking out and hard to manuever around. Then I was going to be charged full price NOT minus the deposit already made on line. Lot needs an attendant to supervise parking.
We are returning customer. Impressed with fast pick up.
I have used Sundance for many years and the only problem I ever have is a long wait time for the shuttle at the parking lot and especially the airport. I see that the other lots have more frequent shuttles passing by as I wait for my shuttle.
