If you are traveling with a disabled person, please drop them off at the office and then go park. Our shuttle service does not pick up in the parking lot. Also, if you need a wheelchair accessible shuttle, please notify the office when you arrive. YOU MUST KEEP YOUR PARKING TICKET THAT YOU GET WHEN YOU ENTER THE LOT AND PRESENT IT WITH YOUR RESERVATION UPON CHECKING OUT FROM THE LOT. THE PARKING TICKET IS PRINTED ON HEAT-SENSITIVE PAPER - PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE IT ON YOUR DASH AS IT WILL TURN BLACK AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK YOU OUT. RECOMMEND TAKING A PICTURE OF THE PARKING TICKET BAR CODE AND NUMBERS ABOVE IT WITH YOUR SMART PHONE, IN CASE YOU LOSE YOUR TICKET. A LOST TICKET IS $300 EVEN WITH A RESERVATION. Check in at the office to request shuttle. Shuttle will be dispatched on demand. Please allow time for shuttle to arrive. Please make sure you are flying out of SKY HARBOR AIRPORT and not MESA GATEWAY AIRPORT. Airlines flying out of MESA GATEWAY are Allegiant and some Frontier Airline flights. Airport Transportation

Shuttle by Sky Harbor - white and green shuttle. Shuttle runs on demand, 24 hours a day. Please make sure you are flying out of SKY HARBOR AIRPORT and not MESA GATEWAY AIRPORT. Airlines flying out of MESA GATEWAY are Allegiant and some Frontier Airline flights. (They also fly out of Sky Harbor, so make sure you go to the correct airport. WE DO NOT PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION TO MESA GATEWAY AIRPORT.

Open 24/7 - including holidays Rate is subject to change due to blackout dates, holidays, high travel times, etc. The rate will be indicated when you put your dates in for parking.

Additional Information

Please note: Sundance Airport Parking's has a minimum day stay requirement of 3 days for all reservations.  If you end up parking less than 3 days, Sundance Airport Parking will require you pay the full cost for 3 days of parking.

    I won't be using Sundance again. The location was hard to find, poorly lit and we had to lug our own luggage to the front of the facility to board the shuttle. Upon return, the driver got lost and went to a different facility before figuring it out and returning to the proper location. Checkout upon return took way too long as well. Not very good customer service all the way around. Next time I'll be using another facility.

    Driver for the pick up at the airport to return to the parking lot was very nice, courteous and helpful with getting luggage both on and off the shuttle. Parking in the lot was somewhat difficult as many vehicles were parked at angles, stuck out in to the driving lane and were partially parked in driving lanes at the ends of the rows.

    The long shuttle wait time was because it was 10:15 on a Tuesday night and they had one shuttle to service two different lots. They charge you $300 dollars if you lose your entry ticket, so keep it in your glove box. Not a bad deal for $5/day.

    Sundance parking shuttle via Airport Parking was ridiculous. 15 minutes through the entire lot, transferred to another shuttle and nearly 30 minutes later were dumped off at Sundance. (after waiting 20 minutes to get a shuttle at #3). Needs fixing!

    No staff was on duty to greet us when we arrived at the parking lot. We saw two people in offices, and another emptying trash, but we stood there 5 minutes before anyone even spoke to us. That was our only complaint; the shuttle service to and from the airport was very efficient.

    the parking lot checkout attendant charged me extra for 1 day. I showed his the online reservation receipt and the rate. but he still charged me extra. Apparently I had checked in my car 6 minutes earlier than reservation and that would mean 1 extra day charge. I was upset at his behavior.

    I will never park in this lot again I could not believe I had to drag my luggage to the front of the building,. Not a place for senior citizens or handicapped people.

    have been there before, however, the lot would be nice if the shuttle could drive back there, so a person does not have to walk almost half a block to get to there vehicle with multiple bags.

    Pickup on return very unsatisfactory. Was told to look " for a green and white van" but as we booked with Sundance I expexted the van to have Sundance on it. Suggested to Patricia Flores this morning that the card should state CLEARLY, in writing, that the van is run by Sky Harbor. We waited nearly 45 minutes after I first phoned and only after the second call was I aware that the van should say Sky Harbor. man on duty says he DID tell me but if so I either didn't hear in the tumult, or didn't register. I'm not saying one way or another, but It was not clear. Also, having to drive to other parking lots before sundance very time-consuming and tiring. We landed at 6:47, didn't get to our car until nearly 8 pm and then had a long drive home. Thanks for offering a coupon for next time, but I suspect we sha'n't use you again
