Good to let people know that Sundance is under Sky Harbor Parking with green/white vans and/or add that name on the side of the van. You could have your van driver give out simple cards with pick-up directions including "vans and courtesy vehicles" pick-up areas, and your phone number. I would park there again if the rate continues to be good. It's a small lot and I don't mind walking back to my car. I like the smallness of it most of all.
Parking lot was a little rough on my wheeled suitcase. Attendant and drivers were courteous.
The parking stalls need definitive white lines and need to provide more space between vehicles. Also, the whole lot needs to be repaved.

I lost my car keys and had to wait for AAA the staff was so nice and provided me bottles of water and the use of their phone. I felt very safe while waiting for AAA.
I was most impressed with how fast the shuttle arrived.
Your address appears to be on the south side of Washington......I first drove there and couldn't find it.....I called the office and the girl said you indeed were on the south side, so I again went down the street looking....after a second call she said sorry, you were on the north side of Washington. When I called to be picked up, I used the phone # on the receipt I had from your office; but was told it was another number I was suppose to call. Other than that, the experience was ok.
Poor communication about where to meet the shuttle on pick up at the airport. When checking in i took a business card that told me to go out door 5 of terminal 3 to meet the van. i called first and was not told any differently. waited over 30 minutes, called again and was told that was wrong information and I needed to move 8 large bags to meet the van. Very disappointed that i was not given the correct information and wrong information was distributed to guests.
Parking spaces were very poorly marked and people seem to park all over the place. Lot not in good condition.
I won't be using Sundance again. The location was hard to find, poorly lit and we had to lug our own luggage to the front of the facility to board the shuttle. Upon return, the driver got lost and went to a different facility before figuring it out and returning to the proper location. Checkout upon return took way too long as well. Not very good customer service all the way around. Next time I'll be using another facility.
Driver for the pick up at the airport to return to the parking lot was very nice, courteous and helpful with getting luggage both on and off the shuttle. Parking in the lot was somewhat difficult as many vehicles were parked at angles, stuck out in to the driving lane and were partially parked in driving lanes at the ends of the rows.
The long shuttle wait time was because it was 10:15 on a Tuesday night and they had one shuttle to service two different lots. They charge you $300 dollars if you lose your entry ticket, so keep it in your glove box. Not a bad deal for $5/day.
Sundance parking shuttle via Airport Parking was ridiculous. 15 minutes through the entire lot, transferred to another shuttle and nearly 30 minutes later were dumped off at Sundance. (after waiting 20 minutes to get a shuttle at #3). Needs fixing!
No staff was on duty to greet us when we arrived at the parking lot. We saw two people in offices, and another emptying trash, but we stood there 5 minutes before anyone even spoke to us. That was our only complaint; the shuttle service to and from the airport was very efficient.

I had a reservation at Sundance. The lot was full on my arrival and I was diverted to a nearby facility which took extra time. NOT happy
the parking lot checkout attendant charged me extra for 1 day. I showed his the online reservation receipt and the rate. but he still charged me extra. Apparently I had checked in my car 6 minutes earlier than reservation and that would mean 1 extra day charge. I was upset at his behavior.

I will never park in this lot again I could not believe I had to drag my luggage to the front of the building,. Not a place for senior citizens or handicapped people.
