THE PARKING TICKET IS PRINTED ON HEAT-SENSITIVE PAPER - PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE IT ON YOUR DASH AS IT WILL TURN BLACK AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK YOU OUT. (Dec. 24) Like previous reviewer, my car battery was dead after parking there ten days. I probably left the dome light on. Thank goodness Karen was working. She gave me a small charger to use. It worked. I started to drive off and it stalled again. She came out with the charger and helped me start the car. Then she told me where a nearby Auto Zone was. I got a new battery and was able to head back to Munds Park. Thanks, Karen!! I hope you have a Merry Christmas.
I was so happy from the beginning to the end, easy to understand directions, nice website, the parking lot attendant was so professional, courteous and friendly, I found a spot close to the office and was easy to access it, the parking lot was clean, no trush around, the lot attendant informed me of the time and arrival of the shadow, gave me a card with information for reference and invited me to go inside to wait. The two drivers were very nice, talked to us and did not let us carry the luggage, they did it for us and greeted us at the beginning and say goodbye at the end. It was a great experience and most of all the price was just right with a coupon!!!! Thank you so much for such a great service and experience. Please, keep it up!!!!
Unfortunately, when I returned from my trip I found that the car battery had died. I went to the office expecting some assistance. However, the girl at the desk had a "whatever" attitude and I had to drag information out of her. Luckily, AAA came to my rescue.
The shuttle driver I got (Phillip) needed a bit of urgency added to his actions. If you see him drive up, just wait for the next shuttle, it will save you time in the end, trust me.
We were very happy with Sundance Parking. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Both in and out. We'll be back

Challenging parking lot. Just a huge parking space. No lines for spaces, lot had poor structure with pot holes, improper lighting. You had to bring luggage to/from parking space to in front of the building. When we returned, someone refused to leave lot due to not having a parking ticket. We had to wait until police came to get out of parking lot. Only 1 way in/out. Will not ever use this parking area again.
I have parked here MANY times. This trip was the last I will use this lot, and I will tell my friends that I previously referred to it NOT to use this lot again. There was a car parked so that one exit lane was blocked, and the new system for paying was very frustrating. The attendant was patient and courteous, but I will be using Parking Spot from now on.

Love this lot! Even though it's a little further away from airport than other lots, the super quick service makes up the difference. BTW, do you have jump starts, as well as tire inflating 24/7 (for long-term "parkers")? If so, that would be a good marketing plus in your services. We've never needed those services, but would give us a little more reassurance upon our return. (Triple AAA might take a lot longer.)
Drop off at Airport was fast and easy but was told to stand at airport by door 4 and ticket said door 9 so waited thirty minutes.

I was not happy that I had to park my car and then walk to the front office during rain and wait for the shuttle. The same when I returned. I don't plan to use this service agan.

Hard to find entrance and exit of parking lot, some signage would be very helpful! The payment machine didn't work on my way out. Attendant helped out. Thank you!
The aprking lot was easy to find and the attendant answered all questions as to when the shuttle would arrive and how to scan in a discount ticket.
The only thing is I was looking for Sundance on the shuttle not Sky Harbor, so I would have been picked up sooner if I had realized that. NO big deal I took it in stride. Maybe when the customer calls in for puck upbthe one on phone should say look for green and white shuttle with sky harbor on it
