Parking lot very easy to find and in convenient location. No problems getting in and out of the lot. Will use next time I go to the airport.
Parking lot is in need of new, painted and visible white lines to separate parking spaces. The ones that are visible can barely be seen. Some people take more than one space. Higher fees that are being charged now should be paying to have that work done.
First time user -- wait time a little longer than expected but we were looking for a shuttle that said Sundance and so may have missed the first one. We will know next time to look for the Green and White Sky Harbor Shuttle. We have found an easier way to travel. Thank you.

Happy and cheap
The parking lot was in bad shape with pot holes everywhere and no marked parking spaces. There was no interaction with any staff at the parking lot. You take a ticket and then pay with a credit card you leave. I will not park here in the future.
The parking lot appeared secure. The shuttle drivers were courteous. They attendant at the window was not overly friendly, but did answer our questions regarding our check out since we had a reservation.
Fast shuttle service for early flight and prompt pickup when we returned. I couldn't find my parking ticket but parking attendant helped and everything went fine I highly recommend using Sundance save some money for parking and free courteous shuttle too what's not to like!

I didn't use the shuttle as my family picked me up after they flew into Phoenix and we drove to CA to disneyland,
Staff from the counter person to the shuttle driver was very helpful and polite. The parking lot needs work, parking was helter skelter and tight spaces to get into. Over all very pleased with my very first experience with Sundance Airport parking.
Should have parking space lines and signs for the exit.
Always easy to get in, find a spot, and get back again. Our shuttle drivers are always very nice, and some of them are quite a hoot. We always use Sundance, especially at odd hours. Be sure to make a reservation ahead to make sure there is room.
The way the place was set up was strange. I drove in and had my online form which the online instructions told me to give to the attendant. There was no attendant. The intercom person told me to scan it, but there was no bar code to scan. Then I had to carry my baggage up to the office from my car, their card said "Call this number to request pick-up" so I was not sure if that meant also from the parking lot so I went into the office to ask. There was a very loud lady in the back talking on the phone. It sounded unprofessional in there. The drivers were nice. Upon return, they came to get me from the airport, but I had no card or proof of were I was parked, I just told him to go to the main parking lot. I was not dropped off at my car, I had to walk back to my car with the luggage and pay at a kiosk, but the kiosk did not work and the staff had to help me. It was ok, and it served the purpose, but it seemed disorganized.
This was my first experience driving to Phoenix to fly out. My husband usually does all the driving, planning, etc. I googled all the parking lots within a 5-10 miles radius of Skyharbor Airport. All I had to do was print my reservations. Then scan the Barcode on my paperwork to enter the secure parking lot. Before I was half way to the door, the shuttle driver was helping me with my luggage. He loaded it on the shuttle for me. Unloaded it at the correct gate. Sweet as could be. Once I came back to Phoenix, I called - as per instructions and the young lady told me which door to go through, where to wait for the shuttle and they'd be right there. I didn't even have time to sit and wait :) Drop off service was just as awesome. Easy in, easy out! Will use all the time from here on out:)

I use Sundance every time I travel. The shuttle experience has always been quick and professional. When we got back from our trip I called Sundance to let them know I had recovered my bags and was needing the shuttle. We waited nearly 20 minutes for the shuttle. In that time frame 4 Parking Spot Vans and 2 Blue Sky Vans came and went. Not sure what happened with this experience but in Arizona you don't want to wait nearly half an hour for a ride while standing out side.
