have been there before, however, the lot would be nice if the shuttle could drive back there, so a person does not have to walk almost half a block to get to there vehicle with multiple bags.
Pickup on return very unsatisfactory. Was told to look " for a green and white van" but as we booked with Sundance I expexted the van to have Sundance on it. Suggested to Patricia Flores this morning that the card should state CLEARLY, in writing, that the van is run by Sky Harbor. We waited nearly 45 minutes after I first phoned and only after the second call was I aware that the van should say Sky Harbor. man on duty says he DID tell me but if so I either didn't hear in the tumult, or didn't register. I'm not saying one way or another, but It was not clear. Also, having to drive to other parking lots before sundance very time-consuming and tiring. We landed at 6:47, didn't get to our car until nearly 8 pm and then had a long drive home. Thanks for offering a coupon for next time, but I suspect we sha'n't use you again
We appreciated Phillip including two of us on his bus late Sunday night and driving us to Sundance.
The person at the window was so helpful and so kind. You are lucky to have such an honorable employee.
Pleasant experience but no covered parking so our car was very hot. 115 degrees that day.
Wallet card said exit door #5 and wait at median which was inaccurate as median waiting area was closer to door #9. Bus did not say Sundance Parking nor did instructions indicate that Sundance Parking was not written on the bus. The result was a wait in excess of 30 minutes. in 106 degree weather.

The shuttle drivers were very courteous.
The shuttle driver was extremely courteous & went the extra mile for me.
I would rather pay once online rather than pay $10 online, then another for $15 at the parking lot.
We were somewhat confused on the shuttle service from the airport back to the parking lot. We did not realize that the shuttle bus would be marked Sky Harbor Parking, but the driver was very helpful and it all worked out!
Was not aware of the $5 service fee, but even taking that into account the parking was still cheaper than where I usually park. Now that I know about the service charge I can more accurately comparison shop now.

The first office guy was rather brusque, and the wait time was maybe 5 mins. The second office guy was more pleasant; the wait at the airport a bit longer. The looks were dumpy; the price was right. Glad I didn't have to be there in the dark.
Would be better to park pickups and vans separate from passenger cars. A long-bed pickup was parked behind me and I had great difficulty getting out of the parking space.
it would be easy and convenient if your shuttle is marked "Sundance" besides as "Green and Yellow". Wait time is more than 1hour looking for the Sundance shuttle.

Sundance treated us great
My 3rd time using the lot. This time with my wife. We arrived at 4AM and were picked up for airport within 5 minutes. We got back at 11PM and also got picked up at airport within 10 minutes. < 10 minute to get to lot. Another great experience.
