SpringHIll Suites by Marriott New York LaGuardia offers good rates on short and long term airport parking options. The service is friendly, and transportation to your departure terminal at LaGuardia is provided on demand and at your convenience. The hotel shuttle has 4 designated pick up locations, one at each terminal. Parking guests must first call front desk at 718-651-5000. Pick up are relayed over the phone once guest has contacted the front desk.

When we contacted the operator upon arrival at LGA, she did not seem to know what terminal the Jet Blue airline used and asked us for the terminal number/letter. I did not know , nor was there any obvious designation in the baggage area....I had to ask a local porter what the terminal was and then tell the operator.....I think the staff should know what Terminal each airline uses....

The drop off and pickup went by perfectly, we waited for pickup no more then 10 minutes, a perfect trip,
When we arrived we were quickly taken care off. Our luggage was moved to the shuttle and we received our parking ticket. The ride to the airport was quick. Upon return the shuttle arrived seconds after we arrived at the pick up location and we were on our way. Our car was waiting for us when the shuttle arrived at the lot. Fantastic!

The poor rating is for the pick up at LGA upon return. The first call to dispatch there was confusion on my location. I called back after asking an LGA employee for the Terminal I was at. I gave the terminal name, Gate/Door Letter and airline. After waiting 35 minutes, I called again. Repeated the same information I had given. Another 10 minutes went by before the driver called me for my location. Six minutes after that, the driver came. Total wait time 47 minutes.

We were a little nervous on arrival because they had overbooked and I was worried there would be no room for the car and I got nervous waiting for the problem to be resolved. But in the end, it all worked out and the return pick up was speedy.
There was a problem with the shuttle at the airport and we were told the wait would be over an hour so to find our own way or wait and they'd call me when the shuttle arrived. When I called to let her know we were on the way (in a cab that cost $15) so the car would be ready, she said she forgot to call me and let me know shuttle was on the way. The car arrived in one piece but it was covered in filth and all the driver settings in my car had been reset. I don't know what they did with my car while I was gone, but I won't park it here again.
Service was ok. But Van was slow and there was no identification so it was difficult to find it. Also my key was broken when I got the car, just saw it later as the car was already on.
Didn't actually see the lot. Gave the car to the valet and they parked it. When we came back they brought it out in 5min. You can call ahead to get them to prepare it for you if you have your ticket on you. Very curtious staff!
I parked there for a new years eve flight and had a great experience. I have used the Sheraton for parking and this is much better.
This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used these guys. Highly recommend them.
If you want to be driven around in circles for 45 minutes after being picked up at the airport while the shuttle driver swears at other customers on the phone then this is the company for you. If you want a shuttle service that treats its customers with respect and gets them quickly from the airport to the parking lot and back, you may want to spend a little extra money and look for someone else. I spent 45 minutes in the shuttle while we circled the airport repeatedly for customers listening to the driver use profanities on the phone with customers who he claimed told him the wrong terminal. Regardless of what previously happened, everyone deserves to be treated with respect and this company certainly does not offer that basic service.

Stayed at the hotel for a flight departing at 5:40 am. They did get us up at 3:30 am as requested and the van left at 4 am as promised. We got to the airport and made the flight with time to spare. The hotel was excellent. The pickup was a problem as I told the person answering the phone American Airlines, Terminal B, airside D. She took down terminal D - which is Delta. So when giving the person answering the phone the right terminal, just mentioned the terminal and the airline- not the airside. It confuses them and delayed the pickup nearly 20 minutes.
Most of the staff were excellent, last driver courteous but silent. The condition of 2nd van was deplorable! We were afraid to sit down the seats were so filthy and torn!!! It didn't sit well with staff when I mentioned it either! Ro say the overall condition was digusting is an understatement. And hope they remember to tell driver you are waiting for pickup!
Great clean facilities with morning coffee or breakfast available depending on what time of morning you arrive to location. Courteous attendants and shuttle were available in reasonable timeframes 5-10 minute intervals.
