The service is friendly, and transportation to your departure terminal at LaGuardia is provided on demand and at your convenience. The hotel shuttle has 4 designated pick up locations, one at each terminal. Parking guests must first call front desk at 718-651-5000. Pick up are relayed over the phone once guest has contacted the front desk.

leaving was easy/ wait for shuttle coming home 30 minutes+
Outbound service was fine. But total time from call at the airport to pickup of my car at the garage was fifty minutes. I'd think twice before using them again.
although we waited nearly a half hour to get to the airport, we had a wonderful hotel hot breakfast! On the way home, our car was waiting for us. Couldn't be better. Staff extremely helpful to seniors.
I would definitely use them again it was very convenient to LaGuardia

Per the paperwork, when you call, we will have your car ready. When I arrived for pickup (after 30 minutes) car had not been retrieved.
All the vehicles used to pick people up in should have the name of the hotel so they are easy to spot.

I used this location to park my car for about 3-4 days. When I arrived, they were friendly, took my car and explained to me how to call the shuttle when I arrive to get my car back. They said you call the shuttle, the driver will take your card and will call ahead so your car will be ready by the time you reach the hotel. I made sure to get there early so I could take the shuttle early to the airport. The shuttle took 45 minutes to leave, but the empty shuttles were just sitting outside - with a lobby full of people waiting to go to the airport. When I landed I called the hotel and it took 15 minutes to reach someone. When I finally did I was put on hold about 5 times. When I finally spoke with someone I was told where to stand to wait for the shuttle. I walked there and waited. About 20 minutes had passed and I met another lady waiting for the shuttle as well. She had called about 10 minutes before me. I shortly met another lady who had been waiting for about 30 minutes before me. Long story short, an hour and 15 minutes later, and multiple phone calls to the hotel (they tried to say no one had called them to let them know they were waiting to be picked up). We finally get picked up. After getting dropped off, no one asks for our cards so they could retrieve our cars. So we walked to the front desk only to be re-directed back outside. There was ONE man who was running back and forth trying to get the cars and check new people in at the same time. There were others just standing around who could have helped. After a long flight, and standing around for an hour and a half with heavy luggage, only to have more of a headache to deal with upon arrival to the hotel.. I don't think I will be parking here again.
Great location and great staff. Friendly and helpful. Will make it my first choice for parking at LGA from now on.

We like the parking service, but the shuttle took over 20 minutes to arrive after making the initial call for pick-up at the airport.
A little scary driving back to lot at midnight with full van and driver on personal cell call most of trip. But in general your service is fantastic and attendants always friendly and helpful.
I did have a hard time seeing the Springhill Suites in the dark. I did have to call and the girl at the desk told me the incorrect side of the road so I did spend a lot of time driving around. While I was waiting to be picked up from the airport, the girl at the desk told me the incorrect place to wait for the shuttle...twice. It wouldn't usually be a big deal but I was traveling alone with an infant and it was very difficult to lug her and all of my luggage back and forth across traffic. All of the shuttle drivers and parking attendants were absolutely amazing though!!
I was very disappointed with the service. My flight arrived at 10:04. I had no luggage and called right away for pick up. 45 minutes later, I called again and they finally came. When I got back to the parking area, I was told to have a seat as my car was blocked in by 10 cars....so 30 minutes later they come to tell me my car is ready and they give me the WRONG car. When I said thats not my car, they looked completely confused. It took another 30 minutes to get my car. I was not happy wasting 2 hours.
Van trip to airport was timely and efficient. Return involved a wait of ~35 minutes for van (on a busy Sunday traffic-wise). Excessive wait was cause for modest rating.
Acidic fluid dripped on my car from the parking lot at the Spring Hill Suites on 25A in Queens. Thought the 45 min wait for the shuttle was bad
The people that work at the facility were unbelievably nice, and very sweet. I was disappointed with the shuttle service (not the people involved-the experience) There was ONE shuttle. The hotel is in a very traffic-y area. I called for pickup service at 9:32 and we were picked up at 10:10 at night, we could have driven half way home. I would recommend taking a cab to and from the hotel.
