SpringHIll Suites by Marriott New York LaGuardia offers good rates on short and long term airport parking options. The service is friendly, and transportation to your departure terminal at LaGuardia is provided on demand and at your convenience. The hotel shuttle has 4 designated pick up locations, one at each terminal. Parking guests must first call front desk at 718-651-5000. Pick up are relayed over the phone once guest has contacted the front desk.

I did have a hard time seeing the Springhill Suites in the dark. I did have to call and the girl at the desk told me the incorrect side of the road so I did spend a lot of time driving around. While I was waiting to be picked up from the airport, the girl at the desk told me the incorrect place to wait for the shuttle...twice. It wouldn't usually be a big deal but I was traveling alone with an infant and it was very difficult to lug her and all of my luggage back and forth across traffic. All of the shuttle drivers and parking attendants were absolutely amazing though!!
I was very disappointed with the service. My flight arrived at 10:04. I had no luggage and called right away for pick up. 45 minutes later, I called again and they finally came. When I got back to the parking area, I was told to have a seat as my car was blocked in by 10 cars....so 30 minutes later they come to tell me my car is ready and they give me the WRONG car. When I said thats not my car, they looked completely confused. It took another 30 minutes to get my car. I was not happy wasting 2 hours.
Van trip to airport was timely and efficient. Return involved a wait of ~35 minutes for van (on a busy Sunday traffic-wise). Excessive wait was cause for modest rating.
Acidic fluid dripped on my car from the parking lot at the Spring Hill Suites on 25A in Queens. Thought the 45 min wait for the shuttle was bad
The people that work at the facility were unbelievably nice, and very sweet. I was disappointed with the shuttle service (not the people involved-the experience) There was ONE shuttle. The hotel is in a very traffic-y area. I called for pickup service at 9:32 and we were picked up at 10:10 at night, we could have driven half way home. I would recommend taking a cab to and from the hotel.
I will recommend this parking service at Springhill Suites by Marriott to everyone. Staff was professional, friendly and courteous. When calling the ph # of hotel, even the front desk personnel was exceptional friendly and offered helpful tips. My wait time was minimal both arriving and departing and my car was waiting for me upon my return. Exceptional service.
Spring Hill Suites staff member was amazing - prompt, courteous, professional, calm - on way in. On way out, staff member was good, too, but not as calm and professional. It was overall a very good experience and I would go there again no doubt.

I found this lot at the last minute when I was desperate for a parking spot of spring break. Love that it is in a hotel. You pull into a covered area, they take your bags out of the car for you and transfer them right to their shuttle. The shuttle drivers in each direction were so friendly and nice. Service was exceptional! I will always park here when I fly out of LaGuardia!
I was a bit uncertain on choosing this location because of some reviews, but you never know until you try it. One word to describe this service AWESOME! GPS the location got there porter helped with bags opened our doors explained the process for pick up when we land and even valet our vehicle. FREE shuttle ride to and from airport (just call hotel when ready) although we did wait about 20 mins we got a call from the driver instructing us to wait inside that he will call once outside of terminal. seemed very busy but you know what, with service like this i can understand why. very friendly kind and generous staff. hotel is new and looks very nice. will recommend and use service again.

The shuttle wait time was around 45 mins for pickup. Please make sure the shuttle reaches the airport with 15 mins or else let the person know so he/she can take a taxi to the place
All went wonderfully. The attendants were friendly,helpful,very professional. Definitely will return to this parking/hotel. Marriott Spring Hill is very fortunate to have such a wonderful staff on hand.
Wait time for return shuttle was more than an hour. This was due to limited shuttles and overbooked drop off and pick up trips.

When I dropped off the car I received instructions to call upon return. Turned out the instructions were ONLY to have the car brought out of the lot, but not for the shuttle. Not only does that makes no sense, I wasn't told I needed to make a separate call for the shuttle. I waited for over an hour! beyond ridiculous.

Departing, the GPS could not find the hotel. I called and got directions. Because of the one way streets, I almost missed the shuttle. Made it and had a pleasant ride to the airport. However, my return was a fiasco: The automated system did not recognize my ticket #, so I had to call back and get a live person. They took the information but then said I would have to wait until I got the hotel for them to get the car because of privacy issues. The driver of the shuttle back seems preoccupied with his cell phone. He was not where I was told to wait for him. He didn't even get out of the van to open the door or help me in with my bags. He ignored me when we got to the hotel. Someone came and got my ticket and told me to wait. When they brought the car back they got out didn't say anything or help me with the bags. They started an argument with one of the other employees and walked off. Needless to say no one got a tip and I will not be back!
Flying out was great, prompt service and a quick trip to the airport. Getting back was awful. After a 3 hour flight getting in at 1030, I had a 2.5 hour drive to do to get home. I called the hotel at 1035 for pickup as I had no bags. The van didn't pick me up until 1140!!! I called every 20 minutes and was told it would be any minute now. Waiting outside for 45 minutes was unacceptable and ruined the experience for me. At least have the courtesy to be honest with the timing so I could make a decision to wait inside or take a taxi. Very disappointed.
