I was disappointed to get to the airport and it took about half an hour for someone to pick me up. When the person came, she didnt even call me to let me know she had arrived to pick me up. Apparently she wasnt given my no to call :(

The shuttle took 40 minutes to pick me up from the terminal when they said it would take 15. Besides the delay, I have no complaints.

The parking lot was, in my opinion, very much out of the way from Dulles airport. It was approximately 20 minutes further out from the airport. Unfortunately, it siginficantly extended our trip time to and from the airport. If I would to utilize this service again, I would request a parking lot much closer in proximity to the airport.

The SpringHill Marriott parking is great and their staff are so helpful. Ridvan from Marriott is particularly courteous and professional. He went well beyond his duties when he helped up to jump start our car which had been parked for one month. My husband and I love this service and recommend it to our friends, strangers, anyone who will listen. It is great!

service bus stopped running therefore had to take a cab to hotel. wasn't impressed with the hassle.

We called to be picked up upon return from Europe and were told to stand at gate 2, no one came, we called back, and oh yes, sorry, take a cab, we will pay. Very annoying when you are tired from a long trip.

You need to arrive 15 minutes prior to the time you need to be at the Washington Dulles Airport terminal, please check in at the front desk for a parking permit. You will receive free luggage assistance and free transportation from your car to/from all airport terminals. Once you have returned to IAD please use the courtesy phone and call SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel. You will be picked up from the Airport on demand. Please meet the shuttle bus at Isle 2H.
