Great experience! Other websites for parking for Dulles Airport reported long wait times to get picked up by the parking site. We were picked up in less than 20 minutes from our phone call (the ride is 15 minutes). Will use again.
very convenient location and the drop off and pick up service to airport was right on time. We have used this locatio before and will use it again for international travel.
Great price. Although you have to pay tolls to get there on Hwy 267 instead of the free lanes to the airport. Almost immediate departure to the airport from the hotel. From airport to hotel was a 20 minute wait. Will use again!
Shuttle service excellent. Comfortable hotel lounge to wait for shuttle if necessary. Clean rest rooms. 10 min from airport.
Drop off and pickup went smoothly. I called for a return ride when I got to baggage claim. By the time I collected my bag and made it out to the 2H pickup location, I only had to wait about 5 minutes.
Took a little longer to catch the shuttle from the hotel due to traffic, but the ride home was quick and effortless. Would definitely use Airportparkingreservations.com for this location again.
Drop off and shuttle to the airport was smooth enough but the return shuttle service was very poor. We called at 4:15pm and were told that there would be at least a 45 minute wait to be picked up. Part of the reason we picked this hotel was the "on demand" service that they advertise, but the reality is that the service is less frequent than other hotels. Would not use again.
Everything went well on my departure. On return, the flight was delayed, which is pretty common, I know. Since I called for the shuttle just after 11, I was told shuttle service was over for the day, and I would have to take a taxi to my car, at my expense. ($17) Then I did the math and realized even without the taxi expense, by the time the total was figured I was only saving $10 for my trouble. Next time I'll skip the hassle and chance of extra expense, and just park at the airport.
Nearly zero waiting time at the hotel. Shuttle was right there and we were off to airport after parking our car. Waited less than 10 minutes at airport for the pick up. Very good service. Shuttle driver is very courteous.

Very good experience overall. Our payment processing was quick and accurate, and the shuttle left immediately after we arrived. The return shuttle was a little long (15 minutes) but was quick and pleasant once he arrived.
It was fine going to the airport, but unfortunately when we arrived back and called the airport for a pick up no driver was available. 30 minutes later they called us back to say their driver wasn't showing up and we should take a cab and be reimbursed. We did that and were quickly reimbursed.
Sprin Hill Suites has a policy in which we call for them to pick us up rather than waiting for a shuttle that comes at intervals kept our wait to a minimum. They obviously left as soon as we placed our call. I highly reccomend this service.
Parking was good and very close to front of hotel. Shuttle runs when called. Departing was easy and quick - ~10 min to airport curbside. On return, was told to expect 15-20 minute wait before shuttle arrived. Actual wait time was 25 minutes (Tuesday afternoon at 5 pm - traffic may have been a factor). Watch out for the OTHER shuttle that goes to the OTHER Spring Hill Suites! Overall, attendants very polite and helpful in both cases.
This was a great service. The Springhill Suites staff were all so attentive and helpful. It was great being met at the airport with a warm van on a very cold night.
Both ways a shuttle driver was not available, so the hotel called a taxi. Going the wait was about 15 minutes, but the return wait was longer because we had to wait for another passenger. Taxi drivers were courteous and helpful. Parking was outside and it had snowed.
The trip to the airport was fine, and rates excellent. However, the return trip was very disappointing. I waited over an hour for the shuttle to come to the airport. Another individual waited as long as I did. The driver did not apologize for the delay and stated that he had waited 20 minutes on an earlier drive through. Neither of us saw the shuttle. Since the driver knew the names of the passengers waiting, why didn't he get out of the shuttle and call the names, as other drivers were dong? The first time I used this service, I was very impressed. But the wait this time exceeds the time I would have taken using connecting flights from my local airport. I'll go back to my local airport and connecting flights in the future
Everything was excellent except due to the time change we arrived at airport 1 hr early (0530) and shuttle did not begin until 0700 so we had to take a cab back. They had stated that service was only 0700-2300 and since our ETA was 0625 we thought by the time we cleared immigration and customs it would be after 7. So although we were inconvenienced we still recommend them highly. They took us to the airport as soon as we were ready instead of waiting for a scheduled shuttle which we appreciated.
Not your fault but the change in route number of Fairfax County Parkway didn't show up on my GPS so it was telling me to get off at the exit for Route 7100 and all that was on the sign was the new number (286?). I don't know who you could contact to be sure to update their data base but you may want to consider that.
The lot requires you to put a copy of your email confirmation in the window of your car as a parking permit. I do not think this is a good practice because it shows your personal information. They should use a different kind of permit that does not show name and address info.
