The parking lot was very near the terminal so there was no shuttle needed; walking distance, and a very easy walk, at that. I only checked excellent on #1 because your form would not allow me to complete unless I rated the shuttle.

Lot is not serviced by a shuttle service due to it's close proximity to the terminal. 5-8 minute walk to the terminal. The staff is very professional and friendly.

This lot was too far of a walk with heavy luggage and in the rain!! Perhaps they should mention that if you have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage, it would be better to choose a closer lot or a lot with shuttle service. It should also be noted tha

Good location, although it was still a bit of walk when you have luggage with you. It's a small lot, right off the road and not covered but great for the price. Cheaper than taking a cab both ways. There was not a shuttle service for the lot I parked

Get ticket at parking lot gate and proceed to an open parking space. Walk to terminal - 10 minutes. No shuttle bus available.
Airport Transportation:
Southwest Parking is located in front of the airport, 1 block from the airport terminals. No shuttle bus is available to or from the parking lot. Upon arrival at Southwest Parking, park you car and walk 1 block across Empire Avenue to United and other airlines. On return, walk to parking lot.

Open 24 hours. There is no shuttle service for this lot.
