    Very difficult to find a parking spot. Possibly over booked. Getting in and out of lot was very difficult. No way to turn around and have to drive backward for other cars to get out. SWP does not deserve service fee for no services were done.

    I wasn't aware of any shuttle being available. It was raining and my parking place in the lot was far from the exit. The rain and cold made the walk rather difficult but not unexpected. When I retrieved my car the attendant was particularly kind and helpful.

    The parking lot was very full when I arrived. At first, the parking attendant said, that I would have to some where else. He was very patient about the situation. He did later, found a parking space. Ed

    had to leave my keys as lot was over booked. Wasn't comfortable with that. then when they relocated my car it was at the farthest point of the lot, making me walk 1.5 miles from deplaning to getting in my car. Suggest to relocate cars up front for convenience, especially since keys were provided to staff.

    Perfect if you just have carry-on luggage; it's only a few minutes' walk from lot to terminal. (It would be even better if there were an exit at the end of the lot, vs. having to go against the arrow to exit at the entrance as they direct.)

    Not glamorous, but close and friendly. I use them when flying from Burbank. The lot is narrow and getting out of the parking space is a bit difficult...but not really a big deal!! I have made reservations with Southwest parking for my next two trips! No shuttle..Just grab your suitcase and walk!!!

    Not recommended for those travelling with a lot of, or heavy baggage, as the lot has no shuttle service and is about a 10 minute walk to the terminal.

    need shuttle to terminal; dangerous place to park car because lot so narrow and dangerous to talk. Safety should dictate shuttle service and repaving of lot, because the surface is a total mess Finally, need a one-way driving path for cars. Now you have to turn around to get out of lot. Very tricky.

    I really miss the Marriot parking lot, The South West parking off Empire is a hassle, and not having a shuttle put unnecessary stress to the trip. I'll look into other parking options for my next trip.

    There was no shuttle to this lot so 1st question didn't apply. I expected the 10 min. walk. I'm well familiar with this airport & finally found your lot with the help of a nice rental car agent I stopped to ask. Really appreciated your attendant showing me to a handicapped space (hard to maneuver in to, tho!) and saying 'welcome back' when I returned & asking me about my travels. Wish I'd gotten some of your email discounts during my 7-day stay!

    I failed to bring the reservation contract with me when I came to park the car. Fortunately, the attendant said that I can bring it when I pick up the car. So I reprinted the contract in the hotel and everything was fine when I picked up the car. The lot is located just a short walk from the terminal, so no shuttle is required or offered.

    Southwest Parking Lot. No shuttle. For someone in need of hip replacement short walk can seem like long walk. Inadequate parking space. No room to turn around. Have to reverse all the way to get out of parking lot. Attendent on cell phone on personal call the entire time, only stopped conversation long enough to yell charge at me. Won't utilize again unless no other choice.
