Never met a more rude attendant...he was most upset that I did not have exact change for my cash payment. I'll never use this one again.
very difficult to get out of your lot at BUR. no signage or help from the attendant.
Very accessible to the airport but pricey.
It is a little bit of a walk, especially if you have to park almost at the end of the parking strip. But for the price, totally worth parking there.
When I left my car there weren't any problems; however, the attendants seemed to be more interested in talking to each other than answering any quetsions I had about what ticket I should hold on to. Upon returning this morning May 4, 2015,I had a terrible experience. I walked by the booth and again, the attendants were talking with each other and didn't even acknowledge me. When I approached the booth in my car, I didn't see any signs about stopping nor did I remember anything on the website about checking in with the attendants before leaving. I thought that I had paid for everything online. All at once the attendants came running out when I was about to pull out of the lot! One of them was so upset with me. He said that I had to finish paying and that he had everything on camera and the police would come and find me if I had pulled out without paying. It was so unprofessional and shocking. He treated me like I was trying to sneak out when that wasn't the case at all. I told him it was the first time I used their service and thought I had paid for everything already. He was so rude and unkind. I will never use this service again even though it is convenient and reasonable, nor would I ever recommend it. An easy solution to this issue might be posting a big sign at the EXIT with some simple instructions. I don't recall seeing anything like this.
Although there is no shuttle from SouthWest Parking in Burbank it is a 5-7 minute walk to Burbank Airport and for $6/day, it is very much worth it plus one gets a much-needed exercise. So not only will you save money you will also benefit healthwise. The attendant was very helpful and consumer friendly. The parking area is not covered so if you have a long -term parking you might want to bring your own car cover if you so desire. The checkout was hassle-free and no waiting.
We parked on 3/31 and stayed until 4/6 at 12:00. Our parking attendant was amazing. He was super friendly and went much farther than his job calls for. We will definitely park here and tell others to park here when they fly from Burbank.
Cars are so tightly parked that when I was leaving I had to carefully back up thru a long narrow aisle. Attendant RUDELY complained that I knocked over one of his cones. I obviously didn't do it on purpose and apologized but he didn't care.
Walk was ok and tight fit for full size truck and had to reverse out of lot which was a pain but can'ty beat the $6.00 a day rate
It was quick and easy to park and pick up my car. I would definitely use this parking lot again.
Had to walk and carry two bags almost a mile distance from the area available in your parking lot- no shuttle service available in the heat of the day Very inconvenient
I had never parked here at this location. It was easy, the price was right and the young man who helped me was very nice. Thank you!
It was very convenient accept for the fact that when i returned for my car I was parked at the furthest corner of the lot. It would be great if there was a cart or something offered to take you to your car if you are that far away.
If you are like me and hate waiting, this is the parking lot for you- pull in, grab the ticket from the attendant, park, and off you go, short walk to the airport with no waiting for the shuttle. No complaints here. Protip: The drive is single-lane, so if you have time before your flight, spend a minute or two maneuvering to park your car nose-out for an easier time when you return.
This parking is wonderful. This option is the cheapest near Burbank and is very easy to get to. There is no shuttle but the parking lot is only a short walk from the airport. It is easier anyways to walk then to wait for a shuttle. I have parked here about six times now and never had a problem. I would totally recommend this place.
This place is so good. Walking distance from the airport so no shuttle needed. Very quick and easy to find. The only down side is the parking is on a one way street and you can park on either side so getting out either requires driving to the end turn around or hoping there are some spots empty that you can turn around in. Otherwise friendly people and your car feels safe. I have used them many times and never had a problem.
I would always recommend this place to anyone. Cheap and easy and friendly!
Wonderful place go here!!!!
The parking lot is right up against the train tracks (helpful information when trying to find it). It's big enough for one row of diagonal cars pointing at the street and another row to parallel park behind them ... leaving enough space for one-way traffic to find an empty spot. I had to back up about 200 yds to get back to the booth. No shuttle service so you have to "hoof-it" about 1/4 mile to the terminals. It's very inexpensive, so the backing up and walking didn't bother me, both just surprised me.
