Secure Newark Airport Parking (SNAP) is the largest indoor off airport parking garage in the Newark area. We are not a covered outdoor facility but an indoor, eight story, parking garage. With our secure indoor building, you will have the peace of mind knowing your car is protected from the elements. We are a valet service so just pull into our driveway and our van will take you to the airport which is located two miles away. When you return, our van will be waiting to take you back to our garage and your car will be ready upon your return.

After arrival was dropped off promptly at airport. Upon return, we were picked up in 10 minutes. I had 2 issues: the driver got us to the airport quickly, however, took turns fast and we were juggled from side to side in the van. We were dropped off at the lower level, arriving flights, and had to cart our bags up two levels on escalators to check in. Other than that, service was good and the employees were courteous.
Easy to use, efficient and friendly
The process went smoothly and without hitch. Was picked up pretty quickly upon return. Car was ready and waiting for me. Check out was quick and straightforward.
Offer included a free car wash if mentioned. I asked about it, did not receive. On pick up, said I should have been asked to sign a waiver, but I was not. He said he would make a note of it, did not happen.
Parking facility did not complete the car wash that I requested.

Excellent experience, from start to finish. Facility is easy to find. All staff we interacted with were pleasant, helpful, and attentive. Very happy to find covered parking during a freezing, snowy period. By the time we arrived at the airport meeting place, the van was already waiting for us and, when back at the lot, our car was delivered to us within 5 minutes (really!). Would definitely use again.
First time customer, and I was very pleased. I made a reservation online. As it was Feb, I wanted garage parking - good thing, as it snowed several times in the week I was away. Directions were good, and the driver unloaded our bags and put them in the van. The office staff was friendly and quick and offered to wash my car for an additional $14. I agreed, which guaranteed that I'd deal with nasty weather upon my return. The van ride to the terminal was quick. They do drop you off across the street from the arrivals area, so it's not the most convenient if you have a lot of luggage. Weather delays upon our return resulted in many delayed flights that got in around the same time close to midnight. As a result, I waited over 15 minutes for the pickup van. Unfortunately, it was full. Another pulled up right behind, but also had passengers and could only fit the party of 5 ahead of us. Another 5 min and an empty van collected us, stopped at 2 more terminals, then took us to the garage. My clean and warm car was waiting by the office when we arrived. I paid with a credit card, got directions, and drove off into the sleet and slushy/icy roads. Overall, this was a great experience, and I will definitely use SNAP parking again.
Perfect service at a very good value
Parked at SNAP in late August for a trip to the UK. I reserved a prepaid space online for a very reasonable rate. The process was flawless. I pulled up, showed them my printed reservation, filled out a small amount of paperwork. Minutes later we and our bags were off to the airport. Upon return I called as soon as we had our bags. We went out to he appointed spot, outside Terminal C, and waited. Minutes later a SNAP van pulled up. A super helpful guy named Mike hopped out, threw the bags in and minutes later we were back at the garage. Within 5 minutes our car was ready for us and we were gone. All in all an outstanding process. Every person we dealt with were friendly which was unexpected. The only caveats I have are these: 1. The ticket stub they gave me stated that without the stub the car would not be returned. Our ticket got soaked while in London and I dried it out with a hair dryer. I don't know what would have happened had the ticket not survived. 2. I also noticed the ticket had been stamped on it with the incorrect date (7/22 vs. 8/22). I prepaid for my space so I didn't have to settle up but would the incorrect date have been used to try and get more money from me. After all I was trapped in a sketchy neighborhood in Newark and they had my car as a hostage. Perhaps it was nothing but it did strike me as odd. All in all a great experience and I will use again.
