I had to wait over 30 minutes for a bus to pick me up and bring me to Smartpark. My family and I were shut out of two buses because they were full.
Bought the advanced booking on line, fairly easy to find, had to wait about five minutes for the shuttle to the airport. Waited about 10-15 minutes for the shuttle upon return, not too bad. Overall an OK experience, nothing to write home about. Could use it again.
Great experience going TO the airport. Check in was quick, ride took 5 minutes. On the way back, complete opposite. 45 minutes in the cold, 3 phone calls later, the front desk girl tells me that the bus they sent filled up, and they will send another one. 30 minutes later it finally got there. How about you find out ahead of time how many people you have to pick up, and send the appropriate number of buses? This place is run by mindless puppets. Not an ounce of initiative or foresight.
My wife and I waited for 40 minutes in the cold for your driver to show up after we called. It was 2:15am when we were finally picked up, with a 2 hour drive ahead of us to get home. That time delay was completely unacceptable. If this is what we could expect in the future, I'd rather use a competitor
I became very disappointed when I tried to call the 877 number at half past midnight when I landed at AA in JFK and wanted to be picked up and no one was answering the 877 phone for like 25 minutes or more.... I almost wanted to go take a cab to ride to your parking lot on Conduit ave. after repeated tries someone finally answered... hhooooo what a relief that was...
A little tricky to find on Conduit Ave but we got there trusting our GPS. We arrived at SmartPark right as about 10 other cards showed up too. No worries, employees handled the mess and got us to the terminal with plenty of time to spare. Bus is comfortable and clean. Upon our return we were picked up in under 10 minutes which is amazing given the chaos at the JetBlue arrivals area. We quickly paid and were on our way. Great experience.

Forty minutes to wait for your car? When there's only one person ahead of you who probably waited just as long? I am not exaggerating. I was told, "your car is coming" when she hadn't even given the attendant the keys yet. Horrible. Inexcusable. Never again.
I dropped off my car and got to the airport super fast. when I returned from my trip the shuttle bus was already there and I paid the rest of the bill and got in my car relatively quick. dropping off and retrieving my car was very efficient. I highly recommend their service.
We where not treated when we first arrived, we had to give the rude secretary (whom I said good morning to and did not answer) the vin and information of the vehicle that was suppose to be taken when we first arrived we had to keep going in and out to give her info she needed. We had to put our own luggage into the van that took us to the airport and to top it all off loose change was stolen from the vehicle. We did get it back as we received a credit from the nice secretary that received us. We did get picked up fast from the airport which was good
I used SmartPark near JFK and do not recommend them. The person who answered the phone was rude and couldn't understand my claim number. She kept reading back the wrong number. Finally put me on hold and someone else picked up. We saw buses from other companies pull up to the terminal 3 times before SmartPark arrived. The driver was very nice but the women answering the phone were unfriendly and disinterested in doing their jobs. When we finally arrived at the parking lot, I was handed someone else's car keys.

what a great experience I had with smart park. I was very optimistic at first simply because I have never used any long term parking but this experience was just wonderful from start to finish.
I had to wait over 20 minutes to be picked up, a lot longer than usual.
