As you pull into our facility you will be greeted by an attendant who will check you in, carry your luggage, and escort you to one of our new shuttles that will transport you to your departure terminal in minutes. Effective 4/1/13 the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey has required All off site Airport parking operators to pay a privilege fee. We are collecting a $.75 per day fee to be paid directly to the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. We apologize for this added expense and inconvenience.

    Very frustrating and unpleasant experience from my yesterday's arrival to JFK terminal # 1 around 8:00 pm: 1) Waiting time was about a half of an hour (I recorded my calls to the front desk on my smartphone. 2) A front desk clerk said that the pick up will be in 7-12 min from my first call due to busy time in the airport. Upon my arrival to the front desk in the parking, I found no signs of busy time: only one passenger ahead of me, 3 empty shuttles waiting in the parking. 3) A front desk clerk was unprofessional and pretty crude. Do not want to go into details, but she should not work directly with customers. In the past, my experience with SmartPart was OK. I guess it all depends on the person who is at the front desk.

    Pretty bad. I've used other park and fly services at JFK and this place was awful. The pickup van could not even pull into there own parking lot because the cars were so backed up. Not enough people on staff. My car was not ready, there was a Hugh line of people trying to get out or get to their flights. I missed my appointment- I hope nobody missed their flight. Very weak. Felt bad for the folks working there.

    Although the parking lot was difficult to find, I would recommend Smartpark to other travelers. When I dropped off my car, the staff was friendly and I was in the shuttle and heading to the airport within minutes. Upon my return, I was surprised to wait only seven minutes for the shuttle and when I arrived at the parking lot, my car was ready for me. I will use Smartpark in the future.

    I know it is out of your control, but the traffic at the pick up area was pure anarchy. If the people like you who use JFK could get them to improve the situation, or set up a separate area (away from the personal and limo pick ups) for commercial pick ups. who would make your ops more efficient improve the customer's experience.

    Overall, i think Smart Park is a decent place to park you vehicle when you are traveling. It isn't the closest to the airport, but i knew that going in, check in is fast. My only issue was i was the first to arrive, and i was expecting to leave soon (15 minutes or less), but as other cars kept arriving, my shuttle waited for them to check in so they catch my shuttle. I ended up staying there for about 30 minutes if not more before my shuttle left for the airport. I was worried a bit about not making my flight. Coming back, they came in a reasonable amount of time, considering all the traffic that was in the vincinity. Only spend 1 minute to check out as my car was already waiting for me by the office. The price good, and the experience was good. I would park my car there again.

    There was no wait when I dropped the car off and on my return, it is clear they dispatched the shuttle as soon as I called. Facilities aren't fancy but more than adequate and they have good coffee for the trip home. I'll definitely use for all my travel out of JFK and will strongly recommend to others.

    I travelled during the Thanksgiving holiday and I did not run into any issues for the departing flight. Most of my complaints have something to do during my arrival such as the following: 1. I called 8:07 am to inform them that I already arrived and got all my baggage. I was informed to head towards the Passenger Pick-Up area of the terminal (which I did sinceI was informed the shuttle will be there in a few minutes). The shuttle arrived at 8:45 am (almost 40 minutes after!) after 3 follow-up calls 2. When I arrived in the parking lot, my car was not yet ready and pulled up and the person in the desk asked me if I called before hand -- obviously I did since I was picked-up and I even called 3 times to follow-up on my pick-up. Take note that my flight arrived on a Sunday morning when there was no traffic and there were just a few passengers. I will definitely try a different parking service next time and skip JFK Smart Park because of this experience

    Shuttles run 10-15's customers who call for a pick up and do not have luggage ready and out at curb that slow the trip down..causes driver to have to when you have your luggage as a courtesy to others..
