The service from the very beginning was subpar and the time progressed it only got worst. I called the lot requesting a pick up at 557am on Sunday 12/4/2016 and was told the driver is on his way by a female attendant was very rude. At 620a I called again because my husband and I were still waiting and again was told by the rude attendant that the driver was on his way and will be there in 10 mins. 15 mins later the driver was still not at the designated pick up location, I called your office again and was told by the obnoxious attendant that there is traffic and "there isn't anything else I can tell you." At this point, a van went right by the designated pick up spot without stopping, again when called your attendant yelled at me that that bus was full, my question was how as the customer waiting outside suppose to know that when no one has communicated anything. When the bus finally arrived at 658a, we were taken to the lot when the female attendant and another male attendant refused to help my husband and I plus another customer who had just experienced the same unprofessional service. The car wasn't ready after they asked for the ticket number and no apologies but rather the male attendant stating we or the other customer should not use your lot anymore. We have been using your lot for a few years now as my husband and I travel several times a year for both business and pleasure and unfortunately I will confidently say that after the horrid experience we had at your company we will no longer use your lot and I hope these reviews are indeed read and taken into consideration when hiring your staff.

Great parking experience
We have used Smart Park more than a dozen times and each of those experiences was excellent. I would never go back to parking at the airport itself
When we checked in the parking lot attendant was rude and did not talk with us at all. He did not confirm our dates - of which I had booked the wrong return date - not that it was his fault but had he taken two minutes to confirm I would have realized it was incorrect. I have used other lots and they always confirm the day, date and time of return. This led to a long delay upon our return as they were not expecting us. The attendant upon our return was courteous and explained the delay. We will, however, use another lot in the future.
Will use this one over its competitors: same price and better service.
Driver was on cell phone on pickup. Not appreciated.

Great place to leave your car very professional
This was my first time using SmartPark. It was a pleasant experience. I arrived at the lot at 4:00am and the attendant was prompt and courteous in checking me in and he was also the van driver who drove me to my terminal. The pick up on my return was a little slow, so I hope that will not be always be the case. I will us this service again in the very near future.
usually the shuttle runs very promptly, I have been a customer here many times, but this time I had to wait about 15 minutes for a shuttle, and by then there were alot of people waiting, and my stop was last, it ended up taking me 40 minutes to get to the terminal after dropping off my car. Other than that everything was good.
Made appointment online. Quick and convenient
No complaints at all. Waited less than 5 minutes for the shuttle upon return to JFK and car was waiting when we got to the lot.

Drop off at the airport was prompt, pick up was prompt and our car was all ready for us ready for pick up. We highly recommend this service. This was our second time using Smart Park and will do so again in the future.
