My only complaint is that it took a long time for the shuttle to pick up from arrival back to the airport, and there was no A/C in the back of the shuttle. It was very crowded and therefore extremely hot and uncomfortable.

I had to park here for a quick work trip (one night) and the shuttle was nice and quick. It's a bit further to the airport than the other lots I have parked at, but if it is a better deal to park here than other places, I wouldn't mind the extra minute or two.

when I called to pick schedule the pick up, you over booked the van and I had to wait for the next one. It was ok, it was only 5 mins, just wanted you to be aware. Your first van was full and your second only had me. Other then that, it was a good experiance.

Waited 40 minutes for shuttle on return from Philly Airport. Took 30 minutes to get someone to answer the phone to come pick me up.

We parked at Smartpark during a weeklong trip from Philadelphia to Wisconsin and Michigan. Everything about the experience was great, I have no idea why anyone would even consider the airport parking.

We parked at Smart Park for our vacation. I cannot say enough about the staff and shuttle service there. They were courteous, prompt and very friendly.Outstanding!!! I even received a pack of smarties for my trip home. Thank you Smart Park. A job well done.

The shuttle had seen better days but was prompt. The parking lot was adequate- well marked. Above all what made the experience good was the friendly and helpful attitude of the employees at Smartpark.

I was permitted to park my car near the front of the parking area. This make me feel safe during the pick up/drop off process, especially with it getting dark so early in these cooler months.
