very poor service. when called the lot they did say to call back when picked luggage even though I told them I have picked up luggage. Then when driver turned up we had to waited for another couple , when they arrived driver spend another 10 mins outside the car on the walkie talkie before driving nearly 10 kmph.

I was very appreciative of the customer service that I received from Head Office regarding a complaint that I filed prior to my departure. I was in serious doubt of using Airport Parking again, not only due to my initial complaint, but the delayed pick up that I received upon my return. I had seen four (4) Park n' Fly buses, prior to my Airport Parking van.

I was extremely happy with my decision to use Skyway and not have to rely on someone dropping and picking me up at the airport. The whole process was so easy, the person at the counter was friendly and helpful, both the drivers I had to and from airport were excellent, answered all my questions. I would definetly recommend Skyway and I will use it again next time I fly.

Got the shuttle at the airport at the same location as the Park & Fly pick up. There were several of their vehicles at the same spot & being our 1st time to use didn't know what your shuttle would look like. It was a little confusing as to the time it would take for your shuttle to reach us. Perhaps an idea for your customers as to time to expect to wait i.e. 10 minutes. less etc. Good company. We'll use you in the future.

The directions to the Lot were not well thought out... relying on Montana's sign as opposed to the actual Name of the Street!? Montana's sign is not lit at 5:30am! The van didn't even have any interior lights! I hurt my hand getting in as there was no step up or light to get into the van. The driver never said a single word to us. Upon return our directions stated Post 27. An employee at the airport told us Post 41 and when I called to get the van he said Post 41 as well? Not a great experience at all.
