Parking lot is close to airport and shuttle service was quick, but parking lot is not gated and you have to leave your keys behind.
Had to surrender keys to car so it could be parked in a locked lot. From what I can tell the car didn't move and there wasn't a locked lot, just open area. Will park somewhere else next time that I don't have to surrender my keys and know it will be in a more protected area.
Very inexpensive, will use them again and would recommend to anybody who just needs to park close to airport.
You folks were great with : - scheduling - financial transaction - baggage assistance - friendly/courteous - pick-up timing
Check in desk lady looked like she was ready to quit working, no customer skills, poor English.
Everything about parking here is low budget. The price was low and my car was safely parked and that's all that matters. If you're looking for a nice office, a modern transport van, or a well paved parking lot, this is a good place for you
The parking lot is not at its best. However, the shuttle wait is extremely short. We called and walked to the waiting lot. The bus was arriving at almost the same time. The driver was very friendly! Excellent servicess!
The shuttle is a white 10 person passenger van. It was waiting for us when we arrived at the lot. However, the pick up time coming back to the lot was over 15 min. However, the daily rate was so cheap I wasn't that upset. Will use this lot again.
Lot is attached to an older motel but cars are enclosed in chain link fence with barb wire and lighted so well protected.
kinda sketchie area but all staff were friendly. Vehicle was all there when we returned.
Very cheap and appropriate but one must envisage a good car cleaning after a few days in their lot
I left my phone in my car. The driver ran me back from the airport to get it and still in time to make my flight. This was Skyway. Well run and affordable. I have used them before and will continue to recommend them.
Wait time at airport for shuttle was more than 25 minutes. After the shuttle reached the lot, the clerk could not locate my car keys and asked me to go through all of the keys to find mine. This is despite my car having been moved from the main lot to a spot close to the office. Otherwise it was fine.
I will not park here again. I felt uncomfortable leaving my car
This was the WORST experience parking my car that I have ever had. It was only $1.00/day less expensive than where I normally park and since they were full I decided to try SkyWay based on the location and "reviews". The parking area is a dirt lot that is surrounded by falling down chain link. The valet parking is quote dubious as well and they pack in the cars so close together I looked at my car when I got back to make sure that there were no dings. The shuttle is a run down van that takes forever to travel back and forth since it's the only one. When I arrived back home I called to be picked up but had to wait over 30 minutes. You have to tell them where you are waiting and despite my telling them EXACTLY where I was standing, the driver told be her drive by 3 times. He said I never waved him down. It's not hard to imagine that a nondescript white van with small lettering on the front windshield and writing on the back of the van might make it hard to see, especially when there are tons of vehicles moving by at the same time. And anyway- why else would they want to know my exact location? To just drive by it? This was a crazy, rude, annoying situation that I would happily pay twice as much never to have to deal with again.
It was NOT valet. I had to park the car then go get a parking ticket, run back to my car to put it on the dash. No luggage assist. Waited quite awhile for my pick up on return flight.
We stood and waited 25 minutes AFTER we arrived at the parking lot on the shuttle while the parking attendant ran around trying to find our car. The spaces are not numbered, and there are several areas where they squeeze cars in.
We waited 40 minutes after calling to be picked up from the airport. The van was full, and we squeezed into the back row, through a tangle of seatbelt straps that were hanging down at the side. The van was not in good shape.
The staff was pleasant and attentive but the area is a little sketchy and when we returned from our vacation, I found that my car had been hit while away in your lot or by one of your attendants. Not very pleased with this at all. It was not a door ding, it was scratched while moving or another car moving therefore, I'm guessing it was your parking attendants.
It appears shady and when you have to give up your keys, you hesitate due to the shabby office and unsmiling staff. We had to wait about 40 minutes for the shuttle with no explanation or apology. But the price was right (half of most lots) and the car was in good shape so over all it was good.
