Pulling into the lot, it was crammed with many unparked cars in the narrow driveway, so it was difficult to get in there. When we did get squeezed between a couple of other cars and got inside, the receptionist had no idea what she was doing or how to find my reservation, and it took a long time to check in. We then waited well over 1/2 hour for the shuttle. It was there, but he wanted to cram a huge family in the van with us, and all of our luggage. The driver was nice, but by then I was annoyed. When we returned from our trip, the shuttle came very promptly when we used the courtesy phone, but then I had to go find my car in the dark and cold wintry night with my young daughter with a vague "it's in the back" attitude from the receptionist. All in all, I will not use this lot again. The car was not secure, I didn't feel.

I used Skyway Inn. The directions were not accurate to find the front of the business. The directions were to a back alley. They do not use a shuttle bus instead a 15 passenger van. I waited for over 20 minutes to be picked up. It appears that the driver is also the registration clerk when arriving after midnight.

The service was fine getting to the airport, but we waited over 30 minutes to get picked up after we called and waited in cilly weather at the pickup location. The driving time to and from the parking location was less than 5 minutes. I would gladly pay a few extra bucks to get better service and get picked up in a reasonable time.

Compared to what I had been paying for airport parking I think that this was a great deal, however it took the folks that I had my car parked with 1 hour to find my vehicle and that was with my help in the rain. Attendants were ok. Probably wouldn't park at this lot again, but will try this service again due to the great rates.

when i arrived two people in front of me had no working battery. upon return front desk was aweful, my car also had the battery drained and had to be charged three times, when asked if this happens often the answer was yes. I also just found out a friend had also parked there and his cars battery so drain he had to call aaa to replace battery, AAA stated they come to this place often. i would steer clear of this place despite some of the well placed reviews which i do not trust. my little time spent dealing with this place was not a good one and i did not even stay in hotel

After 12 hours of traveling, the last thing you want to do is wait a motel because they have your car trapped in and can't find the keys to move other vehicles. Absolutely ridiculous and poor service. Never again!!!!

I was surprised at how bad the service was since on your site they have a very good rating. I chose this particular parking site because they had such a good rating. The shuttle driver was rude and dismissive. When I first arrived, he told me to unload my car and leave my bags outside the hotel unattended and go find a place to park my car since the front lot was so full. When I tried to put my bags inside the lobby so they wouldn't be taken, he insisted it was fine to leave them outside. When I refused, he seemed angry and asked for my keys so he could move my car himself (it was supposed to be valet service, anyway). On my return visit, the front desk guy didn't speak or even make eye contact when I came into the lobby. The driver wouldn't help me put my bags in my car when I asked him. Instead, he sat in the van glaring at me because he couldn't leave until I moved my car. What kind of service is that? Certainly not the kind of service that makes a person want to return.

The lot itself could use more lighting & other improvements. I felt a bit uneasy leaving my vehicle there. I arrived just in time to catch the bus to the airport. The driver was very helpful in loading & unloading of my bags (they were pretty heavy). On my return, there was a bit of a wait (about 20 minutes) but I was not in a huge rush. Overall, for the price I paid, it was great deal. I would definitely use your service again!

Arrived, dropped off my keys, and was on my way to the airport in less than ten minutes. On the return, there happened to be another couple already getting onto the shuttle so I didn't have to wait at all. Back to the hotel, picked up my keys and on my way in the blink of an eye. The shuttle was clean. The staff was courteous, if not exactly friendly, and my car was all in one piece when I got back! ;)

Check in was prompt. About 5 min. later, we got on the shuttle, and were at the airport within another 7 min. The shuttle was there right when we got out of the airport. Upon arriving to the lot, our car was ready to go. Excellent service. Very hassle free. This is our 2nd time using Skyway Inn and we will keep on using them for our future airport parking service.

Our driver was more interested in talking on his cell phone than finding my parked car or helping with our bags. Our driver also dropped a passenger at a hotel along International Blvd, requiring all riders to the airport to wait and take the northern entrance, hence delaying everyone. Our car was parked at the end of the lot facing a fence and getting the car out of a tight spot was a hassel. Our car cold easily have been parked with rear to fence and allow an easier departure.

waited 50 minutes for shuttle to pick us up at airport, they apparently only have one small van and one driver. Will not be using Skyway Inn parking again, very frustrating to see van after van going to Master Park or Wally Park lots while waiting for Skyway.

My car was parked up against the chain fence with cars parked behaind it. It took a lot of going back and forth to get it out of the parking spot, then reversing between cars and a fire hydrant. Very nerve racking

The driver on the way home last night drove WAY WAY WAY WAY too fast. I realize taxi service is supposed to be a little fast for drivers, but going this reckless was unacceptable. He needs to slow way down and be safer. In the back row, I had two small children with me and it was just too dangerous. He was flying around corners and just going crazy with a full van load of people.

Drop off service was fine, but coming back to the airport, we called the number on the card given. It was answered by another business. Tried twice with same results. When dialing the pre-recorded message, it was almost impossible to hear above the background noise at the airport. Message should be louder and clearer for pick up instructions.

We booked the parking with my sister's family. On arrival we asked the attendant if they had arrived already, but the attendant gave no thought to the question simply saying that she had been here for 2 hours and in that time 30 people had come through (not a long time, or that many people in my opinion so she could have at least thought about the question!). On our return we rang to request the minibus just as we picked up our luggage. The phone contact wanted to know what bay we were at, but surely he could have sent the driver and told us where to meet him. It turned out that when we arrived at Bay 1 that there were already 8 people waiting so not enough seats to collect us all. If he'd set of when we rang him the time delay could have been reduced by at least half.

I will not use this airport parking lot again. They have only one passenger van. Upon my return I called for a pick-up, the phone rang about 15 times before being answered and I waited nearly an hour in 35 degree weather for pick-up. Since they have such a small van, not all those waiting could be transported on that trip, and several had to wait for the next trip, regardless of who had been there first and waiting the longest. Lesson learned: you get what you pay for and it's not always worth it.

I've been using Skyway Inn for parking for over 20 years, maybe longer. crowded sometimes, but they always take care of me. Sometimes have to wait a while at the airport to get picked up, but always get picked up and treated well.

I have used this lot many times and it has been fine. This time the driver that took me, and others, to the airport was angry. He drove 60 MPH down the main arterial (30 MPH limit) and near that down the 20 mile limit that is near the airport.....

I've used Skyway a few times. They are the slowest to arrive in the terminal when we return from trips. We see shuttles from other parking lots multiple times for every 1 of Skyway. I do not plan to use them again.

The office was shabby and the shuttle van had an exaust problem, just about knocked us out.
