    Easy to find, south of SEATAC. You drop of your car and key and they bring you to the Airport right away. THE PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE. The pick up took a little longer, BUT I WILL DEFINITELY USE SKYWAY PARKING AGAIN. Thank You.

    Was very surprised about the changes as we parked here many times in the past. I saw the construction. We will continue to use the lot there in the future. Lastly, tried the reservation system this time and it is excellent! Please continue! Thanks to friendly staff.

    I went there because it was cheaper. People very nice but looking for my car in the dark and rain was not. but it was cheaper I could not afford 10 to 15 a night.

    We waited 40 minutes at the airport before getting picked up. Website says valet parking but car was not delivered to the front. Had to look for the car in the muddy lot.

    Checking into the lot was normal. On return to SEA, we called for pickup at and was picked up 40 minutes later. After calling in the claim check number and description of the car, we did not get valet service as advertised. We had to trek out to the muddy lot to pick up the car.

    This place is dirty, they are not friendly, and make you find your car when you return. It was late at night and they told me it was out back. Most of the lot is dirt and cars are blocked in. There are old appliances everywhere. It was the worst experience - I can't believe you have them as part of your parking places.

    I have used Skyway Inn parking on several locations. However, I dislike the fact that my car is moved during my absence and not where I left it. Upon returning to pick up my car, I walked all the way out to the space I parked it only to find it gone. After going all the way back to the office, the desk attendant then told me (vaguely) where I could find my car. it was almost midnight, dark and after a long flight, I didn't relish dragging my luggage around trying to find my car. I would have thought that after adding on to their parking lot, the need for moving cars was no longer necessary. I will probably look at other choices - at a higher parking rate - for future long term parking. It's a shame as the drivers are ALWAYS friendly and efficient.

    My daugher and I were traveling with 20 months baby, so we had lots of extra stuff. We were very impressed of the shuttle bus driver. He was very kind and careful and friendly on our drop off and pick up.

    This was the worse experience we have had with a shuttle service. We waited over 40 mins for pick-up from the airport. After at the location, the attendant could not find our car (another 30 mins). Then she said it maybe locked in another location but only the driver had the key and he left for another pick-up. Ended up waiting almost another hour to get our car. We will never use this service company again.

    Skyway Inn was absolutely the worst airport parking experience I have ever had. They simply would not pick me up. They advertised "10 minutes" then after 25 minutes I called them the second time and they told me the driver was just leaving and it would take 10 to 15 minutes at the very most. 25 minutes later (that's 50 minutes of waiting to be picked up) I made another call and complained and was told by the deslk clerk that he didn't know where the driver was. I then told him I was going to have to take a cab and that they should pay for the fair, which he insisted they would not do, but said I could call the next day and talk to the manager. When I arriveed via yellow-cab, it took him 15 minutes to find my car. There was a young mother there (it was after 11:)) PM, and she told me it took them an hour to pick her and her young son up and that she had now waited another hour for them to try to find her car! I do not want to waste any more time with them. They should be reported to the better business bureau.

    Upon returning to Seattle, called the number on my ticket and given at the time reservation made. After over 1 hr calling and no answer, since it was so late at night. I and another lady who had also been calling decided to take a taxi back to Skyway. Second time this has happened in the 3 times I have parked there. Once getting back to Skyway, guy at the desk was very non-caring. Said he had been standing by the phone the whole time and phone never rang. They advertise valet parking, well I asked the fella if someone could get my car and bring it out front since my car was located in a non-lighted parking lot out back and I had traveled by myself. He refused with a smirk on his face. I would recommend paying a few extra dollars and park some place more reputable.

    I guess you get what you pay for! The wait for dropping off and picking up the car and getting to and from the airport up totaled an hour each way! I almost missed my plane, even though I had allowed some extra time. The only good thing was the price. I will not use Skyway again and I would not recommend it to others. Thanks for the survey.
