    We usually choose a different lot but decided to try this one based on the distance and thousands of positive reviews. Our opinion: The place was kind of "sketchy" and much further from the airport than the site reported. The van was okay (kind of old but we got there just fine), the drivers were very pleasant, and while it was quick on the way to the airport, it took a very long time to arrive on the return trip. It was fine in the end--but honestly, we will choose a different lot next time.

    Couldn't beat the price, and my car was kept in a safe & secure area. It is a brand new car, and I received it back in the same condition. The provided free shuttle to/from the airport was great, and only took 15mins from the time I called for a pickup at seatac. Can't ask for anything more, thanks!

    You'll wait a bit longer for the shuttle than some of the larger parking areas but for the cost, this place is awesome. We've used it a few times now and are overall very happy about it.

    Shuttle was great and drivers were great both ways and clerk at motel desk was wonderful on my way to the airport but the clerk at motel desk awful when I came back from my trip.....talking on the phone (and it didn't sound like a business call) while checking me out and not explaining to me I was going to be charged extra for the extra 15 hours my car was on the lot due to flight cancellation. She just said "$6.56" Very abrupt and unprofessional!

    Waited nearly 1 hour for the shuttle upon arrival. Nearly missed our flight. Shuttle driver went shopping for the hotel leaving 9 people waiting.

    Pulling into the lot, it was crammed with many unparked cars in the narrow driveway, so it was difficult to get in there. When we did get squeezed between a couple of other cars and got inside, the receptionist had no idea what she was doing or how to find my reservation, and it took a long time to check in. We then waited well over 1/2 hour for the shuttle. It was there, but he wanted to cram a huge family in the van with us, and all of our luggage. The driver was nice, but by then I was annoyed. When we returned from our trip, the shuttle came very promptly when we used the courtesy phone, but then I had to go find my car in the dark and cold wintry night with my young daughter with a vague "it's in the back" attitude from the receptionist. All in all, I will not use this lot again. The car was not secure, I didn't feel.

    I used Skyway Inn. The directions were not accurate to find the front of the business. The directions were to a back alley. They do not use a shuttle bus instead a 15 passenger van. I waited for over 20 minutes to be picked up. It appears that the driver is also the registration clerk when arriving after midnight.
