    Procedures were not well explained and personal were rude. I parked my car. When I returned the car was not where I had parked it. I was told it was moved to a more secure area. Where I had originally parked it was far more secure. Then I had to roam around the dark back parking lot to find the car. I will never use your service again.

    They took a long time to pick us up from the airport. The driver made excuses for being late that made us feel less important than other customers and even though they had over 30 minutes to move our car, they left it in the far back corner of the lot and made me walk to get it in order to pick up my wife and baggage.

    After waiting more then 20-25 minutes for the shuttle to arrive ,when we got back to the office and I was handed my keys .I asked where my car was and she said out in the lot. I asked where in the lot.She said "I don't know".I asked her if I was suppose to walk around the lot,dragging my luggage on a gravel lot and find my own car.She said yes.There are no markings,no rows,nothing.I just walked around the lot pushing my car alarm until I was close enough for it to go off.. I will never use the place again...You get what you pay for.

    The receptionist was rude. She couldn't find my keys when I arrived to pick up my car. I had to wait several minutes before she found them. Then my car was blocked by another vehicle and I had to wait for her to find the keys to the car blocking my car. During the whole process, she didn't even apologize or anything! It was 1am and I had an hour & half drive home, it was very frustrating to deal with such disorganization. They knew exactly when I was coming back and still did not have things in order. The only good thing was that the shuttle driver was nice, he actually made an effort to move the other vehicle quickly.

    I had a terrible experience! Dropped off my car for a couple of days and when I returned, they lost my keys! I spent close to an hour waiting for them to find it. Meanwhile, the office manager was rude and condescending when I told her I was in a rush to get to work. Furthermore, the shuttle van that took me to the airport was dirty and broken down. Would not recommend!

    At $5/day, you get what you pay for. I thought they would have brought our car from the remote lot and have it close by since they knew when we were returning. Instead we waited for them to retrieve it.

    While the shuttle drivers were very pleasant and efficient, the office staff/management had significant issues: 1. A number of returning customers arrived while we were there and in every situation the office couldn't find their car keys. Unpleasant verbal exchanges were carried on behind the screen along with sounds of clinking keys until the needed keys were finally found. 2. Since we had left our car there for 2 1/2 weeks, they had moved it to their more long term lot, but in the process the valet left the ignition in a position which left the dash lights on. Our battery was completely drained. Their battery operated charger wasn't sufficient to start our car and the transport van was busy picking up arrivals, so we had to wait more than an hour until the van was free to give us a live charge and get us on our way after midnight. There was no price break for our inconvenience. 3. English is the second language for all the staff, which made understanding specific directions difficult. 4. The haranguing by the office lady of the driving crew; the dirty, dilapidated office; the bungling of the keys; the free fall surrounding billing issues; the dead battery; put together with the flow of hotel patrons coming in to complain of air conditioners that didn't work, burn holes in the sheets, dysfunctional smoke alarms, and not even a way to get hot water for making their own cup of soup, made for a less than desirable experience. Conclusion: I would NEVER stay there in a room overnight and would try to find another inexpensive parking arrangement that had better management.

    It's really not safe, and I left my keys with them. I have an alarm and a steering wheel lock that I put I my car, when I came back my car was moved, the steering wheel lock was off and the alarm not set with my FOB in the car on the floor. I just got this car and I wanted those safety measures kept on and they had no courtesy... Also their van is horribly unsafe with not working seatbelts and the attendants were rude...I'm just very upset that i didn't read reviews and go somewhere else.

    You really need to give yourself extra 40 min to get to the airport from the parking lot, or else you will be late, traffic is heavy and the shuttle will go 2.6 miles in 20 minutes, plus 20 min waiting time. But good value for money if you have those extra 40 min, especially if park for more then 2 days. I would use it again if fly for longer trip

    I parked my car for 6 days at Skyway Inn on a family vacation trip. Knowing ahead that this is an unsecured parking lot belonging to a hotel inn, I came with my working old car instead of the wife's new SUV. There is link fence on 3 sides facing away from the hotel. People there were very nice. The parking may not be top notch, but it's only 1 mile from the airport and the rates were very reasonable. I flew back at midnight and called ahead to give the exact shuttle island location. The van picked us up within 5 minutes. We're very happy and I'll use this lot again next time. Since I drove my old car, I was not worried whether the lot is fully secured, the fence does separate it from adjacent area, the rates are low and the shuttle drive is short to the airport.

    The one thing I do not like about this lot is that they move your vehicle at will from where you parked it. Last night they had moved my vehicle and set the emergency brake I didn't notice till I was a mile down the road. They have several vans the one last night was their older one I sat in the passenger seat and the seat belt wouldn't click in.

    The Staff was awesome and very friendly both at drop-off and pickup. My only concern was the actual shuttle van. They could opt for an updated van or probably do a bit of maintenance on the current one. as a mechanic, I easily noticed how much the driver was dancing all over the road because of the sloppy steering. But none of the other passengers seemed to have noticed so perhaps it's a mechanics things.

    Good price, but shuttle pickup takes too long. This is usually the most competitively priced parking option at SEA. I've used them before and haven't had a problem, though this time the pickup wait time at the curb on arrival took way too long (~25 minutes from the phone call).
