    This place looks like a dump. The shuttle driver didn't even help with bags and the vans were disgusting. On our way back we waited 20mins for shuttle and the driver was driving as if he stOle the vehicle.....will never park here again.

    Cars were actually parked on a vacant dirt lot. We were told that the attendant (who was also the van driver) would bring our vehicle to the front of the lot. Never happened. all customers were walking to their cars. Perhaps we misunderstood their information.

    The main lot is good. The secondary lot is gravel which I didn't mind. I would not call this a secure lot but as long as you don't leave valuables in sight you should be fine. There was a lot of activity even very early in the morning. The staff was pleasant, the shuttle was worn but got us to the airport. I would park there again.

    It took at least 20 minutes of continuous ringing before someone answered the phone for pickup. Person could not give me an estimated time of arrival for pickup. When I caught the van I was told it was full and could not tell me when it would return. It was at least an hour before I finally was picked up to get my vehicle. I will never use this company again and never recommend it.

    When coming to the airport, the van driver did not greet me, continually talked on his hands-free cell phone the entire time he was driving to the airport. There were three groups of us going to the airport. The other two were flying Delta; I was flying Southwest. The driver did not stop at Southwest, only Delta, so I had to walk quite a ways to get to my airline. No tip for him! Coming home was completely different. I did call for the courtesy van, but there was a van coming by, so I flagged him down. He was very friendly and helpful, helped me with my luggage as well. Because I called from the airport with my ticket number, I expected my car to be by the office door. I got in at midnight. Three of us had to go look for our cars at midnight in the dark; not very safe.

    The staff was very friendly and prompt and my vehicle was safe. My only complaint is minor......first, they handed me the key....and said "your car is in the lot" It is a large gravel lot......would have been nice to know which direction to head lugging two suitcases and a carry on...but...with the panic button on the key..I did find my car. then the dumpster...there was garbage piled high above and all over the ground ....that was pretty bad..but had no influence for keeping my car.

    It looks like they were doing renovation work or expanding because when I got there the lot was full and I was forced to park in an area beyond the normal area which was covered with hay

    Facility is being updated. Our return was late evening and our car was in a gravel area with no lights. I was told to find my car "that way" and could not find it. Need to work on lighting and retrieval of cars.

    Only paid $4.99/nt to park for a week. Lot was gravel, uncovered. Staff was nice, but upon pick up, my car hadn't been pulled around to the paved section in front of the office for pick up so I walked to the gravel lot at 11P. Shuttle runs 24 hrs. Arrived at 4:50A, and got to the airport in 10 minutes. Returned at 10:40P, was picked up at 10:52P, and got to the lot by 11:04P-Not bad for time! Never saw the lot in the day, but got the impression this is not a place for nice cars. I drive a 2003 civic hybrid and it was safe, but wouldn't want to leave anything new there.

    Everything went very well EXCEPT your office looked so dirty and run down. Noticed the grime around your entry door knob, filthy. Tried not to touch that area upon leaving office. All else was fine but the office grime did bring the experience down for sure.
