    The signage took me to the back of the parking lot. Lucky there was an attendant parking a car and had me follow him. Otherwise, very good service. I would use it again

    This was listed as Valet ... But I had to park my car across a mud field in the rain . At pick up my car was supposedly to be right outside in the hotel parking lot , but it was across the field in the same place I parked it .

    Everything was fine when we left our car there and shuttled to the airport. BUT, when we returned, we and another person were not able to get ahold of anyone at Skyway.....We called and called and after half and hour, were beginning to wonder what we could do...maybe take a taxi there? We used both the #13 at Seatac as instructed by Skyway personnel and also the number on our claim ticket. They did not answer either for a long time. Once we got through, it was another half hour for them to pick us up. They denied knowing that any of us had tried to call so ?????? I would not use them again due to this poor return service. Nice people though. Thanks, Wendy

    Staff was friendly and efficient. Wait time for the shuttle going to the airport was not unreasonable but the wait time coming back was more than a half hour of standing out in the cold.

    driver of the van started to leave and drive before child was even in seat and before buckled in! We had to yell stop. Van was so old and dirty ..had trouble pulling seat belt out to use. Guess you get what you pay for!

    The shuttle driver in the early morning to the airport was mad that I left the car parked in the front office. The parking said valet parking. Coming back, I was given the key to find my car in the parking lot. They should not advertise valet parking if this is the case.

    Car was waiting but far away. We arrived at the park and ride at 1030 PM when asked where my car was was told it is out there somewhere in the parking lot. Only the parking close to the building was paved, I had to use by key remote to find the car in the dark. It was way in the back in a gravel area. I was told my car was in a fenced area, I'm not to sure of that. you get what you pay for.

    Just overall not very good communication. When I called for a pickup from the airport they said "Well the shuttle is either almost there or just left. So keep an eye out". uhhh, ok. When I got back to the hotel, they did not bring my car up o the front, so I had to wander the parking lot to find my car. (i.e. not valet parking, as advertised). Overall, it was fine, it got the job done, but if I need to park at the airport again, I'll likely go elsewhere.

    Parking lot needs improvement. Not all seat belts worked in shuttle. Shuttle appeared old and rundown.

    Parking lot is very run down. They take your key and say they are moving your car to a secure facility yet my car was parked in exactly the same place I let it.

    the shuttle drive by us did not stop at the stop we were, I had to call again the office and they resend the driver. waited more than 30 minutes, parking lot needs and upgrade, but is the cheapest option in seatac, I guess for the price it was alright
