    Our car did not suffer any damage, at Skyway Inn's gravel parking lot, but I'd advise anyone using service to allow for much more than the 15 minutes that this establishment claims is average to get you from/to the airport. The 8 person commuter type van that they have, is inadequate to make this a reality, especially at times when there are surplus of travelers. Our experiences were very unpleasant -both going to and coming back from SeaTac. We were almost too late for our flight (& too late to check luggage as I'd wanted) because it was 20 minutes before the Skyway Inn shuttle came to take us, and then it took another 20 minutes to get there because of traffic and road construction. On the way back after our trip, a totally filled-up Skyway Inn van passed by us by, after we waited for it for 20 minutes. We figured out we had to more or less leap aggressively in front of other potential passengers at the 1st of their two SeaTac pick-up stops, so as to not get left behind again. Once we actually made it on the van when it came around again (an additional 20 minutes), we had the depressing experience of watching the sad and tired faces of other Skyway Inn park-and-fly costumers, as they were told there was no room on the van we'd caught.

    Too long of a wait for shuttle. Couldn't get on the first one, it was full so we wanted to send one of our party along with the bags. Not allowed. Doubt we'll be back

    The condition of the shuttle was really bad. There was a lot of food on the floor under the seats and the seats were ripped. When we went to pick up our car we were shocked to find beer bottles on the ground and under our car (we counted 7) just around our car. Gave us an uneasy feeling and worried about driving over glass when leaving.

    The parking lot needs to be better organized- people are parking taking up 2 spots and then there is no where to park. I made a reservation and there was only one spot left and I wonder what would have happened if there were no spots. I would rather pay a few more dollars per hour to park at another lot that is better organized.

    usually I just drop my car at Skyway, this time I had to go park, debri and a stump in lot that could have damaged car. Upon return no A/C in the pickup van. Usually they have my car at or near front ready for pickup, this time once back to hotel, they handed me keys and said its out back somewhere. Only found car by clicking lock on my fob so horn beeped.

    On the way out, the shuttle took so long my husband missed his flight. On the way home, the driver came to the wrong island to pick him up so he had to run, then lied about it. We keep coming back because it's cheap, but at this point I'd pay more for a reliable and professional shuttle driver.

    There was no valet service, I had to put my own bags in the shuttle and I was with my three year old. They were suppose to wash my car and I got it back dirtier than when I left it.

    Returned, after a 25 minute shuttle wait time (after failing to pick up the call several times), to find that the owners had established a free car vacuuming station for vehicle pickup. Further investigation revealed that my car and 5 other vehicles had been broken into and the vacuuming station was to remove shattered glass from vehicle interior. Left car in lot while on vacation and found out that they moved my car to a different lot than I parked it in twice. Owner had contacted glass shops and had not even informed me of damage to my vehicle which tells me that they intended on covering up damage. The lot is being very uncooperative with covering damage, as it is the lot responsibility to correct damages. I even had to go through the trouble of vacuuming out my own vehicle. Absolutely outrageous.

    This was a locked lot at a motel where only the valets could move the car into the secure area. That made me very comfortable in terms of break-ins. However, on my return I was delayed entering the property because the driveway was blocked by another patron talking to a cop, giving a police report because her window had been broken while parked in the lot. So much for locked lots. The shuttle took 1/2 hour to pick me up, and then all the seat belts in the middle seat were broken. And my car was covered with such a heavy coat of dust/dirt that I couldn't see out the windows to drive. I had to stop and wipe them down with a towel. It looked like it had been parked in an excavation site. The people were very nice and the price was excellent, but obviously you get what you pay for. I would not return to this lot.

    Long wait times for shuttle. Parking lot gravel adjacent to hotel. Only one shuttle so almost missed flight on the way out of SEA and had to wait quite a while on my return.
