Site had single van so wait for pickup at the airport was a bit longer than the competition (~15 minutes). When car was brought up it was covered in some sticky substance like it had been sprayed with a sugar coating. Outside of car was completely covered, had to clean windshield before I could see out. Will not use this facility again.
Great service. No drama. They took us to the airport, handled the bags, helped us find out where we were supposed to go. On returning, came and got us quickly (15 minutes or so), loaded our bags and took us back to get our car. No drama, just good competent service (very rare these days). We've used their service several times, will do so in future, and recommend them without hesitation.
Smooth sailing both ways, only 10 minutes curbside for the Van on return. My car was right there by the office on arrival. No waiting to get the key at the front desk. Well done.

The service used to be much better with my car moved to right next to the office for pickup. This time I had to spend about 20 minutes searching every one of their poorly lit parking lots in the dark (11pm) to find my car!
This is the 5th time in 14 years we have used Skyway for 2-3 weeks of parking. They advertise valet parking, but it is self park. We happen to like this. They only have one shuttle, but seem to get the job done. They were friendly and easy to deal with. Our driver was friendly and delivered us in a timely manner. Upon returning, we had to use our phone to call for a pick up. The receptionist was very kind and said she would dispatch one immediately to where we were standing. I don't think we waited more than 15 minutes. We are very satisfied with their service and will use them again in the future.
I used your service from Aug 28 to Aug 30, 2014. Never again!!! It said, Valet Parking on my receipt, but my car was not by the door, it was stuck behind another car. A young lady tried to move the vehicle, a stick shift, but didn't know how to. She rammed that bumper into the back of my car, leaving a nice blue mark from the impact. My daughter, ended up moving the blocking vehicle out of our way, so we could get our car out. We didn't go back into the business to tell them about the problems; it wasn't worth our time. Valet Parking means that the company will bring your car to you, which they didn't. Their help and and care was a double ZERO. I will never leave my car at their facilities ever again. Once was enough!!!!!!
Stay away! There are many problems to be listed for parking at this establishment. First you will have to scurry around to try and park your car your self. After doing so you will have to try and make the shuttle they provide which they only have 1 van running. This makes it nearly impossible to catch. It will take over 30 minutes if you are lucky. Coming back from sea tac to the get your car is even worse! It took over 45 minutes to be picked up. I would recommend going with Master Park or extra car for parking because you will see many of those shuttles go by to pick up your car.

I have used this parking lot a couple of times before. I have been pretty satisfied with the price and services, however my last experience was not very pleasant. This place has only ONE shuttle, which may work on a regular day, however in busy travel/ vacation season it can be really annoying. You may be waiting at the airport for the shuttle at midnight and just want to get your car and go home, when the only shuttle arrives and all the seats get taken quickly, then you have to wait for another 20-25 minutes :( The management may want to have more than one shuttle, specifically for the long weekends or busy vacation time like summer/winter breaks.
This place only has one shuttle and the shuttle driver is also the person that goes and pulls around people's cars. So, I waited 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive at the airport, then I had to wait for them to pull around the car. It's just too long of a wait.
This is the 2nd time i have parked there & will again if i need to.
I parked here recently. The shuttle took a long time, plus my bumper had some indentations.
Warning! Park here at your own risk! There is only one old shuttle vehicle so there can be a long wait and the vehicle can be overloaded with passengers sitting on laps and unbelted in spite of safety issues. We arrived from our trip late in the evening and experienced not only this issue, but did not discover until the next day that our NEW Toyota Camry Hybrid had been damaged at the front driver's side corner while parked by staff, requiring a $1000 repair! I made several phone calls and sent e-mails to address this problem and never got a return call or message! So much for choosing a low-cost option with a decent rating!
