    Skyway Inn was absolutely the worst airport parking experience I have ever had. They simply would not pick me up. They advertised "10 minutes" then after 25 minutes I called them the second time and they told me the driver was just leaving and it would take 10 to 15 minutes at the very most. 25 minutes later (that's 50 minutes of waiting to be picked up) I made another call and complained and was told by the deslk clerk that he didn't know where the driver was. I then told him I was going to have to take a cab and that they should pay for the fair, which he insisted they would not do, but said I could call the next day and talk to the manager. When I arriveed via yellow-cab, it took him 15 minutes to find my car. There was a young mother there (it was after 11:)) PM, and she told me it took them an hour to pick her and her young son up and that she had now waited another hour for them to try to find her car! I do not want to waste any more time with them. They should be reported to the better business bureau.

    Upon returning to Seattle, called the number on my ticket and given at the time reservation made. After over 1 hr calling and no answer, since it was so late at night. I and another lady who had also been calling decided to take a taxi back to Skyway. Second time this has happened in the 3 times I have parked there. Once getting back to Skyway, guy at the desk was very non-caring. Said he had been standing by the phone the whole time and phone never rang. They advertise valet parking, well I asked the fella if someone could get my car and bring it out front since my car was located in a non-lighted parking lot out back and I had traveled by myself. He refused with a smirk on his face. I would recommend paying a few extra dollars and park some place more reputable.

    I guess you get what you pay for! The wait for dropping off and picking up the car and getting to and from the airport up totaled an hour each way! I almost missed my plane, even though I had allowed some extra time. The only good thing was the price. I will not use Skyway again and I would not recommend it to others. Thanks for the survey.

    Standard parking lot. Overall, I would recommend, but it is a discount lot. It does not have covered parking and your car will be moved around by other drivers.

    Waited more than 1 hour for the shuttle to come, walked around the parking lot some time to find the car without receiving any direction from the attendant, terrible experience specially being late night!

    Parking lot was a gravel/dirt lot that seemed to be unattended on the back side of the hotel. People were nice, though, and the price was right!

    Our car did not suffer any damage, at Skyway Inn's gravel parking lot, but I'd advise anyone using service to allow for much more than the 15 minutes that this establishment claims is average to get you from/to the airport. The 8 person commuter type van that they have, is inadequate to make this a reality, especially at times when there are surplus of travelers. Our experiences were very unpleasant -both going to and coming back from SeaTac. We were almost too late for our flight (& too late to check luggage as I'd wanted) because it was 20 minutes before the Skyway Inn shuttle came to take us, and then it took another 20 minutes to get there because of traffic and road construction. On the way back after our trip, a totally filled-up Skyway Inn van passed by us by, after we waited for it for 20 minutes. We figured out we had to more or less leap aggressively in front of other potential passengers at the 1st of their two SeaTac pick-up stops, so as to not get left behind again. Once we actually made it on the van when it came around again (an additional 20 minutes), we had the depressing experience of watching the sad and tired faces of other Skyway Inn park-and-fly costumers, as they were told there was no room on the van we'd caught.

    Too long of a wait for shuttle. Couldn't get on the first one, it was full so we wanted to send one of our party along with the bags. Not allowed. Doubt we'll be back

    The condition of the shuttle was really bad. There was a lot of food on the floor under the seats and the seats were ripped. When we went to pick up our car we were shocked to find beer bottles on the ground and under our car (we counted 7) just around our car. Gave us an uneasy feeling and worried about driving over glass when leaving.

    The parking lot needs to be better organized- people are parking taking up 2 spots and then there is no where to park. I made a reservation and there was only one spot left and I wonder what would have happened if there were no spots. I would rather pay a few more dollars per hour to park at another lot that is better organized.

    usually I just drop my car at Skyway, this time I had to go park, debri and a stump in lot that could have damaged car. Upon return no A/C in the pickup van. Usually they have my car at or near front ready for pickup, this time once back to hotel, they handed me keys and said its out back somewhere. Only found car by clicking lock on my fob so horn beeped.

    On the way out, the shuttle took so long my husband missed his flight. On the way home, the driver came to the wrong island to pick him up so he had to run, then lied about it. We keep coming back because it's cheap, but at this point I'd pay more for a reliable and professional shuttle driver.
