    Guest service is sad at this location. I found the parking lot but there was no one to direct you. I parked on the dirt gravel area. I walked to the lobby and a middle aged Indian woman was behind the counter doing paperwork. It took her 5 minutes to acknowledge me and then she asked me for payment. I then had to take the receipt and put it in my car. The shuttle driver was ok except he was speaking spanish to someone and then when another guest started to speak to him in spanish he said he doesn't speak spanish. There are other parking choices.

    I called and stated that I was waiting directly under the pickup #3 and was told to waive the driver down... When he drove by, he was in the far lane, rather than the parking lane (even though he knew where I was), so he didn't see the frantic waiving and kept going. Rather than check again, he went back to the hotel so I had to call a second and third time. All said and done, I stood on the street for 45 min. before he came back.

    Thank you to the friendly and caring girl working the front desk. I was late arriving (due to bad traffic) and she was so efficient. She met me outside, took my car keys and got me on the shuttle that was ready to leave. Thanks to her, I was not as panicked getting to the airport to catch my flight.

    You don't see the actual parking lot where you car will be stored, the valet driver is Carless and fast which left us concerned while gone. The shuttle driver was a careless driver, zig zagging thru traffic and stopping last minute causing everyone to shift in the van. For pick up we waited over an hour, I had to call again and ask what was going on only to be yelled at saying the driver passed by and went back and we weren't there which wasn't true we never moved from the platform. An hour in the cold on a rainy morning waiting we finally got to our vehicle which appeared to be fine however we will NEVER USE skyway again.

    if cost is king to you then this is your place. a bit crazy and a disorganized rough dirt lot but the shuttle guy is fast and the price is low and its close to public transit

    The parking lot was a total mess. Vehicles crammed in. Muddy and bumpy. My truck parked on a diagonal in the wrong direction making it a real challenge to get out. It was dark so knowing where to exit was difficult along with making sure I didn't damage my vehicle or someone else's. I won't park there again.

    2 issues / ways to improve: 1. the TAXES are so high the daily rate is misleading 2. the wait-time for pickup after arrival at stop #1B was 22 minutes. When I called for pickup, they advised it would take 15 minutes. That was underestimated.

    The wait time at the airport always seems so long. And, recently, the #13 sign has been off of the vehicle, making it harder to identify. I have a personal policy to tip the driver IF they wear a seatbelt...sometimes they don't "bother". So I don't bother giving them a tip.

    It would appear they only have one shuttle van, so the wait on either end can be up to 30 minutes, so plane accordingly. The price is generally lower than most other lots though!

    THey are in process of adding on to parking it seems. There is a lot of the lot that has broken asphalt but appears to be safe. The vans are older but clean and seem fine.

    We use this parking second time, and this time it was not as good. It is valet parking. When shuttle brought us to parking at 11PM, it was raining. Parking lighting was a very poor. Attendant in the booth gave to us a car key and told to go and look for the car(!!!!!!) Thanks to shuttle driver, he found and brought our car. We found this service very bad.

    Trying to figure out why they moved my vehicle to a different spot??????????? Parking lot not paved and not level in any way. Parking lot had garbage and cigarette butts dumped out from ashtrays.

    On my way to the airport I arrived and the staff was asleep at aobut 4:45 which did not botter me since i was not affected. but the driver was asleep in the adjacent room and when dropping me off i asked for the drop off at united airlines. He stopped at the first stop and told me to take the elevator to the crosswalk. I was at american airlines. I am disabled and need wheelchair assistance but can usually make it on a short walk. I had to walk the lenght of the airport with a heavy bag to get to united. I was left with pain in my left leg for the remainder of the trip. I dont know if it was oversight of the driver was pissed as when i came in i said anyone awake?
