Skypark is located less than 2 minutes from Toronto Airport and offers customers self parking service. Transportation between YYZ and Skypark Airport Parking is provided for free and runs throughout the day and night on brand new, modern buses. You are asked to check in 10 - 15 minutes before you need to be at Toronto airport terminals. Please note that Skypark Airport Parking requires the balance of your payment upon check-in to its facility. The phone number to call from the airport for a free shuttle back is: 1-800-969-8032. Please note this is a toll-free number to be used from any regular payphone. Skypark is not listed on the hotel reservation board. Pick up posts are as follows: Terminal 1 - Post S3. Terminal 2 - Domestic Post 15. Transborder - Post 25. Terminal 3 - Domestic Post 5 or International Post 27.
Both drivers pick up and drop off were excellent! Very helpful. Will be using the service again and telling friends about it.

I use this service for location and price, however I should not be having to pay an extra tip to the shuttle driver or I might as well just park at the airport and pay the extra $10-15 there. We were very put out by the departure shuttle driver and he basically harassed us to dig in our pockets for something when we told him we didn't have any smaller bills he offered us change. Very rude...I am assuming he gets paid!
This was the first time that I have used this service, and I'm very happy with it. While the conditions of the lot were good, as were the conditions of the van, both were a little rough, which isn't a terrible thing, if it keeps the cost down, and increases the value of using this service. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. I did find it a bit hard to understand the guy on the phone, when I called in to get picked up...I think that a bigger sign, and a roof over the booth area would be wise investments to improve the customer experience.
One seat belt appeared to be missing in the shuttle - the right hand belt in the first bench seat behind driver. Otherwise, the whole parking procedure was super.

Ibrahim at the gate was awesome. Both the drivers had few $5 bills placed near them to show indirectly that they need min $5. You should ask them to not keep any money when they pick people up.It does not look professional. I was thinking of giving them $10 but gave nothing because of this enticing tactic. if they had not done that, I would have given it as I always do.otherwise, it was great!!!
The man at the booth to pay was quite slow. Other than this I have no complaints. The driver was very kind and helped me put my luggage into my trunk on my way home, very nice of him. Prompt service, we did wait for a couple other passengers to fill up the van before we left for the airport, but the wait was less than 10mins.

Would prefer to have the tip jar removed from the shuttle. (I will tip if I can afford to/feel necessary) other than this it was surprisingly convenient!

This was a great experience all around. It was my first time at Toronto airport, dropping someone off. I felt totally comfortable with this service and the clerk in the booth as well as the shuttle driver. I will definitely use this service again, very shortly.
the driver just threw my suitcase into the shuttle car when he picked me up to airport, which made me uncomfortable, though I gave tips to him eventually. I was not surprise, cause I also saw him doing same thing to other customers.

Everything was great except the parking lot has a few too many potholes. Other than that, the people were great.
Thank you; all went very well. We do have one recommendation: when a client calls for pick- up after flight arrival, we recommend the person we talk with to state (for an example) "We will meet you at column 41 which is on the sidewalk closest to the building." Seeing most pick-up busses passing the outer sidewalk area caused me to wait at the outer sidewalk area past the first lane of traffic and thus, I almost missed your pick-up. Thank you again.
There was confusion between south lot and valet lot. When the van came to pick me up he should have looked at my ticket and tell me to wait for the next truck, instead he picked me up and took me to the wrong lot. Then they had to call in another van to take me to the south lot
We had a terribly difficult time finding the lot, however the agent who greeted us was helpful and the shuttle on our return was prompt.
