Skypark is located less than 2 minutes from Toronto Airport and offers customers self parking service. Transportation between YYZ and Skypark Airport Parking is provided for free and runs throughout the day and night on brand new, modern buses. You are asked to check in 10 - 15 minutes before you need to be at Toronto airport terminals. Please note that Skypark Airport Parking requires the balance of your payment upon check-in to its facility. The phone number to call from the airport for a free shuttle back is: 1-800-969-8032. Please note this is a toll-free number to be used from any regular payphone. Skypark is not listed on the hotel reservation board. Pick up posts are as follows: Terminal 1 - Post S3. Terminal 2 - Domestic Post 15. Transborder - Post 25. Terminal 3 - Domestic Post 5 or International Post 27.

The best service ever from Toronto Airport Parking. They were fast, friendly and location was excellent. Way better than Park N Fly for cheaper! Will be using this lot every trip.

Mapquest and Harmon GPS could not find the address in the city listed. Website directions were not clear either. The roads around the airport are oddly designed and confusing, so better directions would be helpful, as well as advise to GPS search the address in the appropriate city. GPS located the address only after airport employees advised to plug in the same address, but a different city than listed.
We drove past the lot. Not sure if the traffic light is new but it wasn't listed on the directions, we made a U turn according to the directions and then into the lot. No issues otherwise. We will use this parking lot again.
We were so pleased with the prompt service we received. First time doing this and will definitely go this route again. Not to worried about the looks of the lot. Having a place to park , and get shuttled to your drop off is the important thing. Again thank you and thank you to the drivers!! Joanne
The shuttle to the airport was extremely quick, was very busy when we landed so shuttle to pick us up was still prompt. Man who greeted us upon arrival with car initially was superb

Had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle. Then decided I can't be waiting anymore. It took only 10 minutes to walk from the airport to the parking lot. The lot really have to improve their shuttle schedule.
my shuttle experience was great, the drivers and booth attendant....I printed out my vouchers before I arrived to park the car. when I pickup up my car I had the receipt, Parking was the best part of traveling from Canada. air Canada was horrible.

Whereas the price was right, location convenient, the staff relatively courteous (engaged in very little dialogue, polite), the condition of the parking lot is deplorable. The blacktop is VERY soft, uneven and with the heat of summer, develops LARGE, DEEP ruts that the tires of one's car get lodged in. It is VERY difficult to back out of the parking spaces. There is no available personnel to assist in getting cars out of the ruts. It took my husband several minutes of careful manuvering to free our car from its ruts. After an 8 hour flight, 15 minutes waiting for luggage, 25 minutes waiting for the shuttle, the last thing we wanted or needed to do was have difficulty leaving the parking lot at Sky Park. The condition of the parking lot will factor into our decision to return to the Sky Park in the future.

When i was picked up at the airport i had to put my own luggage in the van....
Google maps does not show the correct location of the self serve lot (it's clear across the other side of YYZ) and attendant had difficulty explaining north, south, east, west as I was driving. Eventually spoke with a different person who got me there. I was running a bit behind and the attendant was sympathetic and helpful. As was the driver. Did his best to get us there as quickly as possible despite another family who was moving very slowly. Would highly recommend this service, even for same day parking to drop someone off and would recommend the company email Google to have the location on the map corrected (a very simple and quick 'report to Google' will do the trick)
The only complaint or feedback i have is that people tend to park in a chaotic manner. so there is a lot of dead end aisle ect.
Signage for the parking lot was small and did not stand out. drove past it twice. Would use the service again though.
