Skypark is located less than 2 minutes from Toronto Airport and offers customers self parking service. Transportation between YYZ and Skypark Airport Parking is provided for free and runs throughout the day and night on brand new, modern buses.  You are asked to check in 10 - 15 minutes before you need to be at Toronto airport terminals. Please note that Skypark Airport Parking requires the balance of your payment upon check-in to its facility. The phone number to call from the airport for a free shuttle back is: 1-800-969-8032. Please note this is a toll-free number to be used from any regular payphone. Skypark is not listed on the hotel reservation board. Pick up posts are as follows: Terminal 1 - Post S3. Terminal 2 - Domestic Post 15. Transborder - Post 25. Terminal 3 - Domestic Post 5 or International Post 27.

    I was very impressed with the service at the skypark at Pearson in Toronto. Every person I dealt with, the woman at the kiosk and both drivers were friendly and helpful. Service was quick. I will definitely use this service in the future and I'll tell others.

    I have used this parking lot about 5 times. They have always been nice to me. Shuttle was almost always very prompt when arriving to the lot, and a bit slower when coming back form the airport. It is uncovered, and quite spacious.

    Very easy and reliable! When we arrived at the airport on the way home it was late (10:30) and the parking lot did not respond at first, but then they responded, just as a shuttle was pulling up! We didn't have to wait at all! I will use this service again for sure

    Service was fantastic. Driver was very courteous and respected the fact we arrived from a trip from warm weather to cold freezing wether. The Driver from Skypark made sure that our Jeep was warmed up since it was parked during the week of the Ice Storm. Departed Dec. 23, 2013-(Great Service-Friendly driver) Arrived Dec.27th, 2013 Great service -Will definitely us the service again.-Thank you for a nice homecoming.

    Got back from Sosua Dominican Repuplic new years eve. I called airport parking was told to wait at post 41 when I got to post 41 there was a airport guy standing near a black bag someone left unintended. He told me to get away from area, I hid behind post 42, park and fly van showed up. I jumped aboard and said please get out of the area, so we took off. she took me a liitle ways and stopped and and hooked me back up with the airport parking van which dropped me off right at my jeep. Crazy world is it not?

    Many many thanks to the driver who picked us up at 6:30 in the morning and who spent at least 10 minutes helping us clean ice off the car on Dec 27/13. We missed the sign to the Skypark lot on Dixon Rd on our first pass so a better/larger sign might be helpful. Very convenient location.

    I use this service for location and price, however I should not be having to pay an extra tip to the shuttle driver or I might as well just park at the airport and pay the extra $10-15 there. We were very put out by the departure shuttle driver and he basically harassed us to dig in our pockets for something when we told him we didn't have any smaller bills he offered us change. Very rude...I am assuming he gets paid!

    This was the first time that I have used this service, and I'm very happy with it. While the conditions of the lot were good, as were the conditions of the van, both were a little rough, which isn't a terrible thing, if it keeps the cost down, and increases the value of using this service. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. I did find it a bit hard to understand the guy on the phone, when I called in to get picked up...I think that a bigger sign, and a roof over the booth area would be wise investments to improve the customer experience.
