The man who picked us up from the airport brought us to our car, took all the luggage out and without saying anything drove away with out luggage in the middle of the roadway with other cars driving around as we had not finished putting it in the car.

Recommend driver ask for the specific ticket numbers he / she is assigned when picking up, I have had people jump the line up in 2 seperate occasions. This would eliminate this issue

Signage is awful. The actual number of the building differs from the internet. We couldn't find the lot because my confirmation said Skyparx and the name is Skypark. We went in circles for ages. Not good.

Excellent - will definitely recommend to others and use again when traveling. Our car was warmed up (even the seat heaters) and ready to go five minutes after we called for pickup. The shuttle vans are a little (well, a lot) tattered but that doesn't change my overall opinion. Great service...do Ottawa next!

Excellent service from very friendly, cheerful and courteous staff. Shuttle bus was elderly and lot location a little dilapidated, but this was more than made up for by the excellent and extremely efficient and cheerful service from everyone we came in contact with. We used GPS to find the lot but the address placed us across the street from the lot/office and in the dark it was not immediately obvious where the lot was. A small matter that will not affect our decision to definitely use this service again in the future.

The shuttle was very prompt in arriving to the airport, and we were VERY impressed that our car was started and already warmed up when we arrived back. After a horrible plane ride, the ease of getting back to our vehicle really boosted our overall mood. Thank you!

I found the people who checked me in rude and unpleasant. The office area and shuttle were in rough shape. I don't believe I would use this particular place again. I was actually reprimanded by the person when I went to pick up my car. I had arrived 5 hours early and was treated like I was a child. Very very unimpressed with this particular car park.
