Skypark is located only 2 minutes from Toronto Airport and offers valet parking. Transportation between YYZ and Skypark Airport Parking is provided for free and runs throughout the day and night on brand new, modern buses. Car wash and detail services along with other car care options are available, please inquire at check in. Valet parkers can expect to come home to a car free of ice and snow, ready for you to get in a drive home. You are asked to check in 10 - 15 minutes before you need to be at Toronto airport terminals. Please note that Skypark Airport Parking requires the balance of your payment upon check-in to its facility. The phone number to call from the airport for a free shuttle back is: 1-800-969-8032. Please note this is a toll-free number to be used from any regular payphone. Skypark is not listed on the hotel reservation board. Pick up posts are as follows: Terminal 1 - Post S3. Terminal 2 - Domestic Post 15. Transborder - Post 25. Terminal 3 - Domestic Post 5 or International Post 27.

    We highly recommend airport parking to everyone we know who is flying out. Always nice to come home to see our car already warmed up and cleaned off of snow. Excellent service!

    Signage on access road needs better visibility. We missed the access at first and had to reverse to find the access. We highly recommend Skypark for their immediate, within 5 mins., both for departing to the airport and on returing home. Job well done.

    We had to phone the office and it took more than 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. When I phoned the second time the gentleman on the line was short and rude and told me he was busy and the shuttle will come. Not great after a red eye flight and waiting outside on a cold Toronto morning in January.

    There were too many customers to accommodate one shuttle upon return. Several passengers left luggage and/ or party members behind. When there are many customers arriving on the same flight, there should be more than ONE van available. HOWEVER - The driver was extremely accommodating to solo travelers. I give him the highest star rating. Plus plus My car was not travel ready - I had to scrape the ice from my windows - but it was there, and warming. I will try your service one more time. Overall - good value - acceptable customer service . Thanks. I will frequently travel out of YYZ so hope to make a positive connection.

    I had to call 2 times for pick up and a 35 minute wait in the cold. The drivers were very nice. I will not hurry to use this again as the wait defeated the purpose of a quick pick up.

    Used them for the last few years twice a year. Nothing fancy but pleased with the staff and service. It sees a lot of people every day and is the same as any other business dealing with a large volume. Only once they did not have my car ready and running so waited maybe 15 or 20 minuets while they kept saying sorry. I have been longer in self park and paid more so very happy with service and price. It is a parking lot not the Ritz.
