Skypark is located only 2 minutes from Toronto Airport and offers valet parking. Transportation between YYZ and Skypark Airport Parking is provided for free and runs throughout the day and night on brand new, modern buses. Car wash and detail services along with other car care options are available, please inquire at check in. Valet parkers can expect to come home to a car free of ice and snow, ready for you to get in a drive home. You are asked to check in 10 - 15 minutes before you need to be at Toronto airport terminals. Please note that Skypark Airport Parking requires the balance of your payment upon check-in to its facility. The phone number to call from the airport for a free shuttle back is: 1-800-969-8032. Please note this is a toll-free number to be used from any regular payphone. Skypark is not listed on the hotel reservation board. Pick up posts are as follows: Terminal 1 - Post S3. Terminal 2 - Domestic Post 15. Transborder - Post 25. Terminal 3 - Domestic Post 5 or International Post 27.

    I have used skypark in the past and will continue to do so in the future no hassle drop off and pick up just get in and go. Excellent service. My only question would be if your giving me a voucher for future use it would make more sense to extend that voucher to 1year. As opposed to the present 60 days?? A. Flavell

    To improve and receive better marks in my opinion would require you to have cleaner, more friendlier staff. The staff rarely spoke, the driver hardly said a word. I did appreciate the fact that my car was running and warming up when I returned, this was the best part of your service in my opinion and while I did tip the driver $5 both going and returning, and I would hope that everyone in your company takes turns in these roles (ie: warming up the cars, parking them, driving the shuttle, etc) Overall, I appreciate the service but would not want to pay as much if the service was not as good. I would return to your parking service the next time I fly out of Toronto.

    This is our second time using your valet service. The first experience was very good. However, this time the car was poorly cleaned off of snow and ice when delivered to us, and we had to wait in the building for it to be delivered. We then proceeded to have to scrape it off ourselves and finish cleaning off the snow. It was busy when we picked it up, and this was after a storm of snow and freezing rain. It may have been better handled if we were told to wait until the staff could finish cleaning it off, but the communication was lacking, and we ended up dragging our luggage back across the snow covered lot to our car.

    we used their services twice already with the same problems..they should know how many people they are picking up in the airport, they told you to wait on C3 but they pick up people all over the place hence if you are on cue, it is useless. they do not have their own spot for pick up and i think they only have 2 vans. never again i will use their services.
