Skypark is located only 2 minutes from Toronto Airport and offers valet parking. Transportation between YYZ and Skypark Airport Parking is provided for free and runs throughout the day and night on brand new, modern buses. Car wash and detail services along with other car care options are available, please inquire at check in. Valet parkers can expect to come home to a car free of ice and snow, ready for you to get in a drive home. You are asked to check in 10 - 15 minutes before you need to be at Toronto airport terminals. Please note that Skypark Airport Parking requires the balance of your payment upon check-in to its facility. The phone number to call from the airport for a free shuttle back is: 1-800-969-8032. Please note this is a toll-free number to be used from any regular payphone. Skypark is not listed on the hotel reservation board. Pick up posts are as follows: Terminal 1 - Post S3. Terminal 2 - Domestic Post 15. Transborder - Post 25. Terminal 3 - Domestic Post 5 or International Post 27.

    Sorry, we will not be using your service again. We called on arrival at the airport from the baggage area. We went to the designated assigned area and had to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle. The time was longer than we waited for our baggage. We finally were able to get on the 4th vehicle. Wait time far to long!

    Poor directions or signage re what to do when arriving. Customer service wasn't great. Agents stood there talking and didn't direct me. And check In at the desk was the same and slow.. It was dark and 4:30 am but maybe all the more reason to be helpful. Not what you'd expect for Valet parking. Getting to and from airport on the shuttle worked fine.

    I would definitely use them again. They were fast and very efficient. The Dispatcher needs to slow down her talk on the phone to be better understood but overall they were great.

    This was our first time parking at this lot. Location was great. Company seemed very disorganized. Business office and shuttles were dirty. Poor directions as to process of dropping and picking up vehicle. We waited 30 mins for our pick up after arriving to terminal 1. They finally arrived arrived after a second phone call. We will not use their service again

    I have used skypark in the past and will continue to do so in the future no hassle drop off and pick up just get in and go. Excellent service. My only question would be if your giving me a voucher for future use it would make more sense to extend that voucher to 1year. As opposed to the present 60 days?? A. Flavell
