  There are thieves among SkyPark employees. Case in point: left my car for 5 days. In rush to catch my flight, forgot to remove emergency cash stored in closed, out of sight tray next to steering wheel. Guess what - upon return found tray open and empty. Shift manager suggested to file accident report admitting they have "few rotten apples". Report filed, got phone call from customer service manager saying that they are not able to find out who did it. It sounds like she was not even motivated to investigate. Sleazy place. I advice use other parking business and next time I will. I should check earlier reviews on yelp pointing to theft problem at SkyPark. Looks like management doesn't care.

  Valet! Car is always ready when you call. Great car washing service too. It is by far the best at SFO!

  Shuttle might need new shocks? really bumpy! ;) And maybe directions to 101 would be nice. Construction and pitch black was hard to navigate through. Otherwise wonderful!

  Skypark had excellent service but it is hard to find. When we left, no one was able to give us directions to go northbound on Hwy. 101.

  Make sure people coming from North and West know that San Mateo Ave is across RR tracks. Airport Parking sign on West side of tracks is deceptive. Otherwise, everything else was great. rkd

  While location and price were important, hours I could retrieve my car was a major concern. Arriving very late at night, I appreciated the quick service. The shuttle picked me up minutes after I called, paying was easy and my car was ready to go.

  We have used your service twice and each time have difficulty finding it and then getting back to HWY 101. I have had to use the GPS on my cell phone, other than that, your service has been great.

  Been traveling for business and pleasure for MANY years using long term parking, throughout the US as will as Eurpore and Asia. Found SkyPark to be the best on a very consistent basis

  I had valet service which was very convenient. However, my car smelled like cigarette smoke when I got it back.

Review Guidelines

Directions:

Direction 1

101 Traffic: Exit San Bruno Avenue West (Southbound traffic would turn right and Northbound traffic would turn left). Turn right on San Mateo Avenue and proceed to 1000 San Mateo Avenue.(Be sure to take the San Bruno Avenue Exit as opposed to the San Bruno City Exit. Both exits are close and it can be confusing.)

Direction 2

From 280, exit onto 380 east. Exit El Camino Real and turn right (southbound). Turn left at San Bruno Avenue. Proceed 7 blocks, over the railroad tracks and turn left on 2nd Avenue. Turn left on Walnut Avenue and turn right on San Mateo Avenue. Proceed one block to SkyPark's driveway on the right.

Direction 3

From SFO get onto 101 North. Take the first exit, San Bruno Avenue. Go West on San Bruno Avenue (left turn) and turn right on San Mateo Avenue, proceed to 1000 San Mateo Avenue.
