The driver appeared not to know we had called when getting off the plane. He stopped at the curb for perhaps 3 seconds and then began to pull away. He did stop when I began running after him and shouting. Then he began pulling away before my daughter was seated. We had to catch her to prevent an injury. Later he lied to the manager and said he had been waiting several minutes. I had the car detailed for $175. The cleaning was superficial and slipshod. I think the service used to be better.

Did not find your parking lot. Took the San Bruno exit. The sign directed me to the left. Took the left turn and wound up in a whole different lot. Was very confusing. Did not have time to drive around looking for the lot I had made a reservation.

Make a reservation with SkyPark Indoor Parking today to be guaranteed a space only 5 minutes from SFO. New shuttle buses run between Sky Park Indoor Parking and SFO night and day for no extra charge. They leave on demand so no need to wait around and we offer quick pick ups on your return. The parking lot is safe and secure and we offer our customers complimentary newspapers, coffee, doughnuts, and fruit each morning. Please be ready to be transported to the airport 15 minutes before you need to be at the terminal. We offer car care services such as car wash, detail and oil change for an extra fee, to be carried out while you are away. We also work with a dog day care company so you can drop off and collect your dog at SkyPark Indoor Parking 24 hours a day. When you arrive back at SFO please call 800-244-PARK to arrange a pick up.
