This is normally a good experience. If you want indoor parking, no hunting for a space, just drive up and they take your car. You call when you are ready to be picked up and they pull your car up to the shuttle drop off area (where you left it). They will wash and service your car while you are away if you want. Just be sure to check every inch of your car for dings and scrapes before you drive off . I don't think they are too careful about driving in tight spots in the overcroweded indoor area. I shutter to think how tight they park them in there. It is the perfect idea for off site parking, execution is somtimes not up to par. But they get it right a lot more than they get it wrong. Also, the lot is a bit tricky to find the first time out, so get some good directions before you head out.
The driver appeared not to know we had called when getting off the plane. He stopped at the curb for perhaps 3 seconds and then began to pull away. He did stop when I began running after him and shouting. Then he began pulling away before my daughter was seated. We had to catch her to prevent an injury. Later he lied to the manager and said he had been waiting several minutes. I had the car detailed for $175. The cleaning was superficial and slipshod. I think the service used to be better.
Road construction made it difficult to get to your location.
Did not find your parking lot. Took the San Bruno exit. The sign directed me to the left. Took the left turn and wound up in a whole different lot. Was very confusing. Did not have time to drive around looking for the lot I had made a reservation.
The attendants were couteous, but not overly friendly. They were quicka and efficient, obviously understanding that everyone was un a hurry to catch a plane. I was VERY impressed and surprised at how quickly they came when I called for pick-up on o
