the longest wait occurred at the start of the trip when we waited a good 15 minutes in the lot waiting for pickup. We called the office twice before we were transported to the airport. All this at 5:30 AM. At our arrival at Sky Harbor on the return leg of the trip we waited 10 minutes while we counted several arrivals of you competitors. Next time will probably go back to Parking Spot.
Parking lot was very crowded and did not seem like the parking spaces were strategic. Would be nice to see it updated/expanded

Only thing I didn't like was have to parallel park, but by the time I returned, most everyone else was gone, and I didn't have any trouble getting out.

Cars were parked behind and in front of our car making it difficult to back out. The attendant had to move vehicles in order for us to retrieve ours.
Too much overflow parking made it difficult to exit my space when checking out.

Shuttles smell like they haven't been cleaned in a long time; kind of a stinky feet smell. I had trouble when the girl in the booth was very confused that I pre-paid some of the fee, online, even though I had the receipt and showed her. She became so confused that she wanted to just open the gate and let us go without paying the rest of the cost. We convinced her to just charge our card for the amount we had remaining on the receipt we showed her.
I could not find the street number on the front building. I had to look it up on my phone to make sure I was in the right parking site.
Shuttle drivers were wonderful...so courteous!
you need to work on your website. It could be more user friendly. More coupons would be good.
From parking lot to airport was good service. Pick-up at airport, though, took over half an hour and so many people were waiting that the one shuttle that arrived could not fit all of them. Several shuttles (more than three each) from Parking Spot and Blue Sky and Preflight arrived during our wait. Also, people were standing when the sign in the shuttle says that is not allowed; wondered about that.
The over all experience was good. I will probably use your services again.

Shuttle driver was friendly and loaded and unloaded my bags for me. Because of her, I would use your service again. The online reservation made the process quick and easy. Pricing was competitive and fair.

Difficulty finding the pick up location at PHX when we returned. Could not find a "Blue Diamond" sign as stated in instructions. Were told to go to pick up area "1" by an attendant, but driver said it should have been area "3"
Driver of van was extremely courteous and friendly. I do not feel you have the best attendant at the check in/check out booth. Our clerk was the same upon arrival and for departure. She seemed preoccupied, very unfriendly and somewhat argumentative. I had simple questions but her response came across as if I were inconveniencing her. She needs some customer service training in a big way.
