From parking lot to airport was good service. Pick-up at airport, though, took over half an hour and so many people were waiting that the one shuttle that arrived could not fit all of them. Several shuttles (more than three each) from Parking Spot and Blue Sky and Preflight arrived during our wait. Also, people were standing when the sign in the shuttle says that is not allowed; wondered about that.
The over all experience was good. I will probably use your services again.

Difficulty finding the pick up location at PHX when we returned. Could not find a "Blue Diamond" sign as stated in instructions. Were told to go to pick up area "1" by an attendant, but driver said it should have been area "3"
Driver of van was extremely courteous and friendly. I do not feel you have the best attendant at the check in/check out booth. Our clerk was the same upon arrival and for departure. She seemed preoccupied, very unfriendly and somewhat argumentative. I had simple questions but her response came across as if I were inconveniencing her. She needs some customer service training in a big way.
I have been using your lot for 20+ years I believe, not sure exactly. My company used it when I worked there and so did Northrup so I continued to use it after I retired.
Some of the most courteous and helpful drivers I have ever encountered. The drivers and nice shuttles make up for the gravel lot.
Confusing as to where to go to find the shuttle (Terminal 2)
Fred was a delight to ride with on the way back to my car from the airport. I don't recall the driver going to the airport but have to say that when I pulled in to Aisle 4, the shuttle was stopped in the middle of the row and he was directing the car ahead of me to covered, I was waiting to find a spot uncovered. this guy directed me to a very short spot in front of a pole. there was NO WAY my vehicle was gonna fit and I said as much. the guy says 'we park people there all the time'.... sorry guy not me so he begrudgingly moved the shuttle so I could get around him to find a spot to park. I was parked and waiting by the time he got these other people loaded cuz he actually waited for another car to park and load and what do you know? he left me. Idiot!! That did not make me happy. I believe he was Hispanic with black hair and a mustache. About 7am last Thursday. Anyway, I got to the airport and everything was all good but if it hadn't have been for Fred and the guy taking money in the booth last night when I got home I wouldn't be considering using your services again. Those two were awesome. I only booked with you guys because Blue Sky was sold out! So have a word with the guy and tell him to leave his attitude at home when he comes to work because it isn't appreciated.
Hard to know where to drive to get out. Shuttle drivers were fast and helpful. Lot was dark and scary. Payment situation seemed weird was not easy to just pay online and have attendant know how to help us. We had to show on our phone that we had already paid some.

last driver was one lazy person, would not even get off the bus to help. stood inside and wanted you to hand him your bags, Well just get out of the way and I will take care of it. Was not happy with that person, That was the first time this has ever happened.
