I forgot my parking spot so that delayed us on our return, but the staff was very helpful and we got out quickly.
It took 30 minutes waiting in line to get out of the parking lot. Unfortunately, that's a deal breaker for me.
This is my second time using the service, and I was absolutely pleased both times. I wouldn't use another service. Totally aweosme!

Be sure to be told where to expect pick up at Terminal 4 I understood, outside exit 5 but turns out it is exit 7 North Side of course. That I knew.
When we arrived to park, we were told which row in covered to go to. We went to the first area of that row and saw no spaces, so we backed out and went to the other side of the row. The shuttle driver blocked a spot and forced us to park in different row. That driver did NOT give us the parking reminder slip for our location. Upon returning from our trip, we had difficulty locating where to get the shuttle back to the lot (location changed since July trip). Had to call lot to find out where to meet shuttle at airport. This was the fourth time we have used Sky Harbor Parking since August, 2015, and the worse experience. Driver who picked us up at airport was very accommodating, as two parkers (another woman and ourselves) had no parking reminder tickets given to us.
The only complaint I have is that they moved the pick up point at the airport. We went to where the card said to go and waited. There was a sandwich board sign saying the the courtesy pick up point had moved to door 7. We were not sure of what that meant. The driver did wait for us at door 7.

We had to wait more than 5 minutes checking out--we were the only car and attendant was chatting with another employee on the other side of the booth.
This was the second time I have used Sky Harbor Airport Parking in Phoenix. Access to the lot is convenient and easy from major roads. Travel time to and from the airport is just a few minutes duration. I drive a motorcycle and am allowed to park my bike near the gate. The lot itself, while not especially attractive, is fenced, secure, and safe. I have used the lot during both daylight and nighttime hours and have had an excellent experience regardless of the hour. Shuttle service runs frequently and the drivers are always helpful, pleasant, and safe. Pickup service at the airport is also frequent and easily accessed. Shuttle vans are modern, clean, and spacious with plenty of luggage storage space. Drivers have consistently assisted with carrying luggage onto and off the vans. Pricing is quite competitive and I'm always able to get a discount coupon to help defray some of the cost.

We were nervous the first time we parked here, we arrived around 4 am - but it was so w=easy, and the shuttle was waiting for us. Could not have had a better experience, considering all the stress of getting to the airport these days.
The driver was amazing but the parking lot attendant not so great. We did not have our ticket as the driver kept it and we told the attendant we didn't have it. She just looked at us and didn't say anything, she looked either bored or just didn't want to serve us. I had to ask her if I could use the reservation paper and she said yes. No greeting and personality, she needs to be trained better.
You have a very nicely located lot but with the experience just gone through I would really have to think about this in future. To pay for covered parking to have to wait 15+ minutes isn't something I would want to experience at 105% again
My experience at Sky Harbor Parking was excellent. I was IN and OUT in no time. The place looks very secure I definitely park here again.
Everything was great until we went to check out. The cashier was the most unfriendliest rude and pathetic person you could have represent your company. First, when you speak to someone while your in a booth... no one can hear you when you ask a question and your head is turned. I had to ask several times to repeat herself. Then of course she's upset and gets angry. Yes I had reservations and paid a down payment when booked my reservation. She did not acknowledge my coupon for $5.00 because she was too busy getting angry with me for having to repeat myself. I have been coming to your park for years now, but NEVER again.... NEVER!!!!The other lot attendents were exceptional however. I paid them a nice tip.
Using GPS, I was able to locate the facility without problem. However, the lighting was very minimal at 10 p.m. Since I had never been there before, I had to search the entire lot for a covered space, as I had reserved. Time being of the essence, I relented and parked my new 70k in the open. I wasn't very thrilled with this and the filthy car is raring to go to the carwash this morning. I felt that an online map, or better lighting in general, would have been a great help. The shuttle drivers were very efficient and helped me with my bags, as I use a cane. I'm not sure that I will use this facility again. I could have parked at the airport for the same price and conditions, with much better signage and lighting. When I checked out, the employee had to ask three people how to charge me since I had reserved for a higher price. Eventually, he found the person that could answer his call and I was on my way home.
