Lot was overcrowded. Was told upon checking in I would have to surrender keys and parallel park my car in front on another vehicle. I do not like this, especially since I was not warned this might happen. Fortunately I did find a regular spot and kept my keys.

Making a reservation didn't seem to matter, we still had to park in an aisle. Guy who parked us didn't seem to care if we had a reservation; we had to leave our key in the car, which scared the crap out of us. SRO on the return bus; we told the driver the row we parked in, and later admonished us for not telling him what row we were in. I know it's just a parking lot, but no one we saw or dealt with there seemed like they cared beyond doing the absolute minimum.

Your workers are very good when we arrived the man asked if we were in a hurry and we said we are not in that much of a rush. He then told us to follow him and he would find us a spot so we did not need to leave are keys in that your lot was over filling with other cars. In no time at all he put us it a good spot and got us a bus to the airport with lots of time to make the flight.

Line to get out on Sunday following Thanksgiving took way too long. Waited 20 minutes to exit parking lot. Only one cashier on duty for what everyone knew would be a super busy day.

One of the shuttle drivers was quite rude, and said something snide when we didn't tip him (because he didn't do anything for us!). The parking lot was a mess and they did not have a good system for handling the heavy traffic of a holiday weekend and it took forever to get to the airport.

The last trip I took, your employee put my bag down at the airport and when I reached forit, said, "Thank you for the tip!", which I thought was really rude. Isn't tipping a choice? This trip to the airport was better.....

The driver was very nice and courteous, He waited until I had entered my vehicle and started it before he moved on as I was alone. It was nice that he waited and insured my safety. My only complaint were the directions I received from the website, they got me lost. I had to turn on my Verizon navigator to find the place .

The Sky Harbor Parking shuttle on our return on 3/1 was not timely. 2 or 3 of the other parking lot shuttles arrived at the pickup point before the Sky Harbor shuttle arrived. We waited about 15 to 20 minutes.

Getting the Shuttle to the airport was great. They were prompt and very friendly. Gettting the Shuttle, once I arrived back from my trip, was a very lengthy wait. I waited for 30 minutes before a Shuttle finally showed up while the other Shuttle companies had Shuttles coming through every 5 minutes. The driver was very nice and helpful though and even pointed out that I paid for covered parking but parked in a non-covered area.

We had to wait for 3 shuttles to get back to the lot. Inadequate # of shuttles running. Then it took 45 minutes to get out of the lot due to only having 1 window open. I will NEVER use your lot again.

One of the exit booths was not staffed for 20 minutes which led to a very long wait to exit. I didn't like the fact that a lot of cars were double parked. This makes me very wary of using the facilities during the Holidays.
