I used to use Sky Harbor Parking. In the past, I had no complaints. This trip was not a good one. We waited at least 10 minutes for the shuttle. When the shuttle arrived, many customers were left because the shuttle was full. The driver would not leave until 3 people left the shuttle. He needed room for others he had to pick up. This took 5 more minutes. The driver did not fully explain why people had to leave and was downright nasty about it. The driver did not come down the vehicle steps to help with the luggage. Rather, he stood at the top of the stairs and waited until we dragged our heavy bags to the top. When we arrived at the terminal, the driver tried to keep all of us on the shuttle, so that he could bring the luggage down to us (and, of course, receive a tip). We ended up dragging our own bags off the shuttle. I have flown often (35 years) and never experienced this kind of service from a shuttle driver. I will never use Sky Harbor Parking again and encourage my friends and professional colleagues not to either.

I found everyone friendly, except the girl who took my money upon leaving. She clearly does not like her job or people, or both. No amount of effort on my part would bring even a slight grin to her face. Kind of a bummer at the end of a great vacation.
I thought that the transportation services were exceptional. I was sick on the way back to Phoenix. The person driving the van and transporting us back, assisted me with my luggage and loaded it into my vehicle. Such a nice, courteous touch in helping someone that was in need. I am extremely grateful.
No signal, nobody at the parking lot to indicate where to wait for the shuttle. It made me feel unsecured.

When we arrived at the lot the directions given us to park were a little hard to understand, and the shuttle driver drove right by us as we were taking our luggage out of the car. We had to start walking toward the gate with all of our luggage before another shuttle came by. Return trip was great, shuttle came along in just a couple of minutes after we got to the curb, and the driver was great.
The spaces are a little narrow but I had no problems with the parking. The staff were very pleasant and the shuttle was fast.
Drivers that I had going and coming back were courteous and professional. Very helpful loading and unloading bags.

The sign on the lot did not read the same as the name on my receipt, so I had to ask when I drove up to the attendant. The names should read the same.
