    I was actually nervous about finding the lot, so I obtained the local number and got great directions. The only negative was that on the return trip, the van I had had a problem with the "step" coming out, so we had to jump up - several people had difficulty getting in and out of the van. this prolonged the time and the driver did not help people - we had to pull each other up

    Car retrieval was crazy no assistance there to find out how to get car. No signs for correct line, many rental people mixed in, very slow.

    Even though the waiting time is bit more than expected. The process was smooth. Probably you may want to look at hiring more staff on busy days and times. The queue for the rentals is VERY long. (Glad I was not in that line).

    This was my third time parking here and these guys just keep getting better! Pulled my car up for valet parking, checked in within 10 minutes, waited only about 15 minutes for shuttle to airport ride. Upon return, a shuttle was already waiting at the #12 pickup spot & off we went. My car was already pulled up front so I just had to step inside to get my keys. Only negative remark: When I called for pickup from the airport, the recorded message didn't reference that they also had a pickup spot at #35, which is where I had exited the building, so I had hauled my two suitcases all the way to the orher end of the shuttle pickup when I could have waited right there. Will definitely use then again.

    called at 3:50. Shuttle showed up at 4:20. Too many people to get on. Driver said he would call in for another shuttle. Shuttle came back at 4:50. Same driver. Had to wait 45 minutes in line to get my car. Poor system. Incoming to park car is good. Coming in to get your car is poor

    Awesome service from start to finish. We were delayed in our flight coming home, and very tired. Our driver was there in less than minutes to pick us up after we called, it was 3:45 AM

    Picking up my car took longer than expected. I waited 15 minutes for someone to notice I was picking up my car. Once they took my pickup slip I waited another 30 minutes to get my car. I counted 7 employees running around the lobby, why did it take so long to get my car?

    The business is lovely. The staff is wonderful. My car was ready to go when I returned. BUT the shuttle service is VERY slow. I had to wait OVER 45 min for a shuttle. First one was full, the second one was full so the driver told us to go to a different area to wait to be sure to get on the next shuttle. We did get on the THIRD one, but by that time we had waited almost a whole hour. We were in the correct place the first time,(more than one location for pick up at the airport) but it was his second stop on his route-that is why it was FULL each time. It was very frustrating. This is actually the 2nd time that this type of shuttle problem has occurred on my return trip. Very frustrating. More shuttles might be the answer, but that obviously has not occurred at this point.

    Access is slightly longer from downtown area, otherwise OK service, it will be better and will save waiting time if they have clearly separated counteract for car rental and car parking services.

    This is the second time that I unfortunately just missed getting on the first early AM bus, because there were so many people there. Then the next bus driver did not want to take anyone to the terminal I was going to, so I had to wait quite a while for a third bus. After a timely check in -- I really had to wait a long time / over 35/40+ minutes to get to the airport. Try to staff bus drivers properly for advance reservations.

    When we arrived at the lot, the shuttle was waiting. I checked in and my car was taken. Upon return arrival at the airport, a shuttle was also waiting, but full, so we had to wait for the next one. Back at the lot I was advised my car was not in the system and they had to find it. They eventually did. The radio station had been changed and it took me a while to realize why my Sirious radio was not working.

    Upon pickup I gave the shuttle driver my ticket. I assumed he called it in advance so my vehicle would be waiting for me or quickly available upon my arrival. Upon arrival my vehicle was not available and several agents walked by me without a greeting. After 10 minutes I asked someone to check on my vehicle. The agent went into the room with the keys and several young men sitting in seats and obtained my keys and said 'let me get your vehicle". That was truly unacceptable. My vehicle should have been waiting &/or in route. And you have agents just sitting around while a customer is standing outside with luggage just waiting. Shame on Signature for this experience.
