    Besides reservating online was quick. Took forever once I got there to drop my car. After I returned from my flight, shuttle took 40 mins to arrive and another 30 mins waiting to pick up my car despite the place was near empty.

    The Street Sign of the facility is hard to see. They need a larger more bright sign. Also they should have better signage in the lobby between the drop-off and the rental part of the business.

    My driver dropped us off at the pick up lane lower level instead of the departures curb for Southwest Air. Having to walk the length of the airport with three bags is not good. Ive been told that your bus is too large to park upstairs, if that is true Ill have to find another park and ride.

    I had valet parking. After giving my ticket to the driver and he called it in, he told me my car would be waiting for me. When I arrived there it was a mad house with long lines and my car nowhere in site. I gave my ticket to agent and still waited outside a good ten minutes for car to arrive. He dropped it in line with other cars waiting to be driven out, (probably rentals), and had to get somebody to move the cars so I could get out.

    Checked in and then Had to wait 15 minutes at Signature for the van to take us to the airport. By the time the van got loaded and we got on our way was another 10 minutes. Way too much time involved to get to the airport especially now with long TSA lines. Pick up time at the airport to return to the parking lot was too long. Granted it was midnight but when you are tired and have to wait 15-20 minutes for the van, it seems like an eternity . Usually my car is pulled up and waiting for me but not this time. Had to wait until the employee retrieved my car. He told the reason that my car wasn't ready was because they were short staffed which isn't my problem. Won't be using Signature again.

    I arrived after 11pm and based upon the ticket stub I received I was to call the number provided for a pickup. I placed the call two times and got onto a phone loop that the shuttles were continually running back and forth from Orlando MCO and Signature parking. I waited for 35 minutes with a no show. I ended taking a taxi which cost me $15.00 only to find three shuttle vehicles in the parking lot and employees unaware that a shuttle was needs. I have used Signature parking thru out their many name changes for years. I will never use them again. This was just the straw that broke the camels back.

    Transportation service was horrible! LONG waits to get shuttle to and from the airport. Too many people and luggage requiring additional time waiting for second van. Had to go to both A and B sides for drop-off/pick-up wasting more time. Waited 45 minutes on return to office for them to get vehicle out of parking lot. Although employees are courteous, the negative atmosphere in the office from disgruntled customers... both those using only parking, and those renting vehicles makes the experience negative right from the start. Cheap price does not make Signature worth it. Never again!

    Our experience was dreadful. There were so many inadequacies, annoyances, inconveniences and frustrations that it was ridiculous. For starters, the fact that there is no dedicated counter just to park the car caused nearly a half hour wait in line while others rented cars. Of course this caused anxiety about getting to the airport in time for all the requirements there. Then we had to wait for the van, which did not have nearly enough room for all who were waiting. Another wait. Then we were dropped off a great distance from our Southwest ticketing, necessitating a long walk with our luggage in tow. The return was as bad: a full shuttle arrived only to tell us another was "right behind" which was 24 minutes later & then had room for only 5, leaving quite a few to wait for the next one. The keys were not in the car so more time to go to the desk. We will forewarn our friends! It was a miserable way to begin and end any trip. Will not use this facility again!

    our car keys were lost upon our arrival to the lot ,they were found about an hour and a half hour later,no apologies ,they make us feel it was our fault,covering for an employee who make the mistake when we check in...we have used this company for several occasions and we had mild issues ,but this put the icing on the cake ,sometimes its better to pay a little more and get a better service...

    45 minute wait while we looked for my car. I rode around the lot to help them find it. The lost keys were in the car. I was ready to call the police and report it stolen. I like your lot but things need to be improved.
