waited 45 minutes for 5PM pickup. Difficult to make contact with live person to get information. Multiple excuses for delay: driver stopped to get gas, shuttle already filled, another shuttle already on site will be here within 5 minutes (waited 15 more minutes). Other shuttle services had 6+ pick ups while we waited for first Signature shuttle. Will never use again. At check-in pushed for upgrade to valet parking, self parking way in the back, "down by the river".
Incredibly slow check in time just to drop off car. Nearly missed flight. It would be helpful if you had one line that served customers trying to drop off vehicles for parking and other lines for handling rentals and other business. Could have used better leadership to make process go smoother and more efficiently.
I don't know why there are some negative reviews, but I had a great experience. Everything was truly seamless, and without any problems. Yes it was busy, but check-in for me was quick. Shuttles were also quick and very nice. I will use them again from now on when flying out of MCO
When returning had to wait awhile, also at the desk waited for 20 mins... But overall was fine
When I checked in the attendant was curt, checking out the other attendant was pleasant. The shuttle took a long time to pick me up from the airport and when I got to the lot to get my car the line was long.
The shuttle driver dropped me off way at the end of the terminal of the baggage area and never told me why instead of departing flights. On the way back it took over an hour to get a ride back and I watched as the shuttle driver drove past the spot I was told to wait at and they wrote the number down on my ticket. Yet when I called the reservation line the lady told me to wait somewhere else, when I went there the sign post said to wait somewhere else, another 1/2hr. The shuttle drivers were on their cell phones the entire ride. I always give a tip. Not this time. Lousy service and the lady on the phone hung up on me she said someone will be by in 15 mins and no one showed up for over 45 mins.
I was standing out by the curb not knowing where to go. I called and call five or six time no answered and the voice mail didn't give any directions And I asked another driver he said I was in the right place, I sat on the north end over twenty minutes before I saw a shuttle, so I missed that one and had to wait another fifteen minutes for him to come back, I asked was this the only pick up. He said no he has a pick up spot on the north en. So as we drove off he didn't stop on the north pick up area. It wasn't a pleasant experience of what I expected. When I reached your office there was six employees I saw working. So you tell me no one could have answered the phone... I was not happy
You need a separate line for pick up of parked cars. I did not like waiting behind rental customers that take 15 minutes or more when my transaction takes 2 minutes. I have used your parking lot for the last year but will not again if I have to wait behind rental customers.

GPS directions took me in the wrong direction but once I turned around it was easy to find. The parking attendants were very nice but the driver on the return trip was allowing himself to be distracted by another passenger and would constantly take his eyes off the the road to engage in conversation. In addition, the seat belt could not be fastened because it was broken.
Return from trip pick-up was awful. Crowded, unhappy room of car renters, mad at the parking pick up folks. It looked like we were "cutting" the line. Gave a guy my receipt after about 10 minutes. Over 20 minutes later the car showed up. I'd never do it again
Overall, I was pleased with my experience with Signature. The shuttle wait time was somewhat long which was a little inconvenient and when I went to retrieve my car there was another car blocking me in. The attendants were prompt in fixing this though. It wasn't perfect so that's why I gave a 4-star rating.
Waited 20 minutes at the lot for my car to be brought up-the van driver couldn't get through to the lot with my car number.
Excellent service from Signature. I lost the claim ticket when I checked in, but luckily, they send you an automated one to your email. I followed the instructions in the email for a shuttle request, and was greeted by the driver once he arrived. Will use them again. Cheers
We did not appreciate having to wait 30 minutes to get our vehicle. It took multiple requests for them to send someone back to get it because they continued to wait on customers who came in behind us. Then, when they finally did send someone back, we found that our vehicle was blocked in by a row of other cars. We then had to wait while they found the keys to the blocking vehicle, and after they waited on still more customers who had come in behind us. All the above occurred after we had arrived by their Shuttle (Signature) at their business location. Over and above this, we also had to wait at least 20 minutes to be picked up at the airport. They had also dropped us off at the pickup point and not at the airport drop off. Upon return, their telephone answering machine told us to walk all the way down to slot 12 which was a long walk. But, when we got to slot 12, we saw a sign left there by some idiot saying that off airport parking pickup was at B35 to B38 at the other end of the terminal! Luckily, we ignored the incorrect sign left there by the village idiot. In summary, their service was horrible, we will never use their service again, and we will be letting a lot of others know what happened to us so they won't have to go through the same experience.
Very disorganized on arrival and also when we returned to pick up our car. Would not use them again.

Brian, the shuttle driver, was very courteous and efficient. There was almost no wait time going to the airport, but the return wait was too long-22 mins.
