    Waited 40 min for shuttle to pick me up at airport. They only have a voice recording so you cannot call them to ask when the shuttle is expected. When the driver did show up he was pleasant but did not apologize for being late. Waited another 30 minutes for them to bring my car from lot. When I asked the manager about my car was, he was rude and said that they were busy and I would have to wait until they got around to me, even though it was 11:30 at night and the lobby was empty. He then turned his back to me and looked at the back wall in a really silly way of ignoring me. All told it took me an hour and 10 minutes to get from the airport to my car. I have used the Signature many times in the past but it is obvious from their customer service that they do not need repeat customers

    The experience was average - the driver was courteous and helpful when dropping us off and picking us up at the airport. The office staff needs to be trained in providing timely and friendly service. When arriving to drop off the car it took 60 minutes of paperwork before we left for the airport. That is after I spent time at home reserving my spot on their website. At the end of the trip it took another 60 minutes waiting just to PICK up my keys. The building has LONG lines of customers waiting in line with plenty of staff just running around doing "something" but not with helping the customer.

    dropping off was not too bad, about a 5-10 minute wait for the shuttle. coming back we waited 15-20 minutes for the shuttle and then another 15-20 at the lot to get our car. I gave it 4 stars for overall because it was Thanksgiving wknd and they did a decent job with as much traffic as they had. The price was reasonable. they did not jack up the prices because of the holiday which I thought was decent. I would recommend them and I would use them again. I think they need a better system for having the customers car ready when they arrive at the lot.

    Very busy. Waited about 15 minutes for our car at the lit even though our driver checked us in and we checked in at the lot as soon as we got there. Car was filthy; covered with construction dust. Added expense of a car wash. Staff was polite and car in good condition otherwise

    We were very unhappy our last trip on November 18th your van dropped us off at ARRIVALS and we had to walk all the way to departures. I have trouble walking & just about made it before I could get a wheelchair. Upon return trip, you were so backed up we had to wait for 2 buses, then for our car to be brought up front. What happened to washing our car ????? Im sure other people had the same problem, lots of complaining

    Have only one suggestion for Signature. If possible, it would be nice to have a line for car pickups and a line for car rentals. Why wait on line 15-20 minutes (behind car rentals) to hear, "Here's your key, have a nice day."

    I had no problem arriving there they were very kind and helpfull . I got promptly got on the shuttle to the airport..When I got back from my trip I went to the spot they said to wait the shuttle was there . The problem was when I got to the lot it took them 45 minutes to get my car.not good ...But it was Thanksgiving weekend ..I will probably give them another chance when it is not a holiday ...

    The wait time on arrival to the airport from flight was extremely long. My and another customer watched competitors come and go with at least 3 or 4 vans each before your van ever came. Also very long wait time to have my car brought around. The directions inside the building were very confusing. Need to be clarified as follows, i.e.: Drop off/Pick up personal car; Drop off/pickup rental Not sure I would use you again.

    The drop off was quick and easy but I selected self park but because they were busy, I was refused the ability to self park and had to leave my keys in the seat and leave the car for them to park. I left my toll money to get home in the console, only about a dollar and change and when I returned it was gone. My travel companion saw me leave this dollar specifically for that purpose and that it was missing when my car was returned. Also, the wait for the car when returning took quite a while. I could see from afar they were spraying my car down with a hose, giving it the appearance that it had been washed but really it had just been wet down. For the price, this was an ok experience but definitely won't trust them again with my money missing!

    Got a spot at Signature Parking for my son for three days so he could get to and from the airport on his own. Not knowing better he left some cash in his glove box and it was stolen when he picked it up. Also in three days when he picked it up the dirt on the car was so deep he had to go to a gas station just to wash the windows enough to see out of them. I have no idea where they parked it but it went there clean and in three days was coated in a sticky sand. I tried to talk to a manager and the staff went dumb. I guess there are no managers or they are in hiding. When I finally told them about the theft they showed me a pre printed ticket with the advisor that they are not responsible for whatever their valets steal from your car. It appears this is a common problem there. Customer service is a joke.
