    Once I was brought to the parking lot by the shuttle, it was an additional 25 minute wait time, "While we find your car". Very unsatisfied.

    In total, I waited for 2 hours at the airport for a Signature Shuttle. Initially, I called for one to come to B Terminal and waited the 15 minutes, however it never came, so from that point on, I kept calling every 20 minutes, and no shuttle ever came! At this point, I decided to ask for a manager, and then I was left on hold for another 20 minutes (and no one ever answered, because I later found out that the manager wasn't even in)! I had to pick up all my luggage and move from B Terminal all the way to A Terminal and, sure enough, one came almost immediately. None of the several people I spoke to on the phone had the decency to tell me that these shuttles were only showing at A Terminal. This unprofessional attitude really shows a lack of respect for the customer and I am appalled at Signature's form of service.

    December 22 was a zoo when dropping off car. Signature clearly under estimated the crowd, the rest of the experience was good.

    The staff were kind, management were rude. The worker had gotten my keys locked in my car, and while trying to pop th lock began to scratch the car. So I asked that they stop trying and wait for a professional. The manager comes and says that I am in his way and need to move and asks if I'd rather sit and wait or "get some scratches to have the door unlocked. " unbelievable. Not to mention, other people in the service building was complaining about one thing or another ( Bill, rate change). If you ask to get your car washed the day you get it back, employees ride the car around as well as will use YOUR vehicle to jump another car( I saw it happen). This may be the cheaper place, but there is a reason for that. Don't use this place if you want to be treated with respect and want your vehicle handled appropriately.

    The place was chaotic! Added stress due to the confusion and lengthy wait to check in for airport parking. The attendants handled rental car customers before airport parking customers. I drove up to entrance and no signs to let me know where to drop off my car. I was not greeted until I got through the entrance. There were 2 lanes for rental cars and 1 lane for airport parking. I had to wait 10 minutes just to be waited on since they were checking in/out rental cars before me. Their priority must be rental cars. The check in counter was too high (I am 5''4) and I had to be on my toes to talk to the person behind the counter and I couldn't hear over the loud music playing. I paid for car detail but had to get credit since they forgot to detail my car when I returned from my trip (they had 5 days to detail). It appears this company caters to rental cars rather than airport parking. However, airport drop off and pick up was efficient and easy to find once I arrived from my flight.

    I love the vibe in this place. very modern and hip. Doesn't feel like a parking place lol. Love the service. All agents and drivers have also been very nice.

    This location is trendy and hip. My only problem was that I chose self park and they asked me to give them my key. My reaction was this "So you mean to tell me that I went all the way to park the car myself and missed two shuttles, and walked forever just so you can tell me to leave my key? I would have done the valet option if that was the case" I will not use this location again unless I have to.

    When I get back from a trip all I want to do it get to my car and get home. They told me to call when I got back, but it was just a recording that gave the same information I had. They claim the buses are in continuous rotation. I called again to try to get a human on the phone. The third time someone answered. 25 minutes is much too long to wait.

    The good rating is overall however when we called for pick up we were at B37/38 and the recording told us to go to B12. We hoofed it to B12 to find the van there and waiting which was nice. We left and then stopped at B37/38 so there was no need for us to move. The recording should state both locations. Also, we left a small amount of money in our car ashtray for it to end up missing when we picked up the car. It was only $6 and a lot of change so could have amounted to more. We weren't asking for the money back but told the attendant at the counter about the situation.

    I wish they would turn down the music. You can hardly hear the counter representatives when they speak! And why are they dressed like the backup singers for Robert Palmer in Addicted to Love? And what's with the incense? It's ridiculous! The best thing you could do to to enhance the customer experience is keep those shuttles moving! Get us to and from the airport as fast as possible and keep our cars safe while we're away. That's all we need! Actually, the little cafe where you can buy coffee, water and snacks is a very nice touch. But other than that, the rest is just silly, and I feel sorry for those girls with all that makeup at 6 AM!

    the only negative I have to say, is that with the growing business the parking lot is PACKED, which means cars are parked very close together. I chose to self park to ensure the best/safest spot. Everyone is fast, courteous and efficient, wait times were less than 5 minutes both to and from the airport. Definitely use again!!

    I want to extend a special commendation to the Signature lot in Orland. When I returned to pick up my vehicle from their lot parked and returned by way of a valet, it had extensive damage on the right rear quarter panel. Accidents happen. They had my vehicle repaired two days faster than originally estimated and it was in better shape than when I dropped it off for parking. They also provided me with a Nissan Altima at their expense and were extremely courteous through the whole process. I would not hesitate to use their service again.

    I love using them...I have been using them for about 6 months now, and there is always something new happening. They said they are in the middle of a new facelift, so there's slight construction, but it already looks good. The service is top notch and never compromised. My favorite part is how the driver send our ticket numbers electronically to the facility, so by the time we arrive, the car has been pulled up and you dont have to wait. They are busy, so sometimes, there is a slight line for checking-in, but they always have plenty of staff, so it's not bad at all...I've seeen other people say they dont like being dropped off at arrival. The truth is, we arent dropped at arrival. They drop us off at Ground Transportation, which is the same place you are picked up. The driver told me that all parking and rental companies and shuttles etc must go there for picking up an dropping off guests, and they actually have to pay for that too...It's not like they want to. I actually like it, because when you return back form your trip, you know exactly where to go instead of being lost like a stranger in the airport. Keep up the great work!

    The pick up ticket clearly stated that after 11pm we were to telephone the lot to request a shuttle and wait at space A11. Calling the number resulted in a similar recorded message, but with no way to speak to a live person. The signage was confusing on level 1: The sign at A11 directed us to A34. The sign at A34 directed us to A11. At 2am, after a long delayed flight and a 25+ minute wait for the shuttle, it would have been nice to know we were waiting in the correct location and would not miss our shuttle pick up.
