    we got back at 1 AM and called as we were told. My wife got a recording and that freaked her out. Everything was fine, but suggest you let people know they will/may not get a live person when they call for a return trip.

    Our plane landed at 6:00 PM and we called for the shuttle about 20 minutes later. We did not get to the paking lot till 7:30!! We and several other people waited all of that time. Then whwn we artived we waited about 15 more minutes for our car. We used Signature in May and were so happy we used them again for our latest trip but are extremely disappointed.

    The young lady at the counter took my receipt to get the keys to my car and she disappeared. When the car arrived, the attendant asked for a receipt. He had to go back into the office , talk to her, and retrieve the receipt. We are in our 80's and found the wait time a bit too long.

    Signature Parking is short staffed. I waited 30 min for the shuttle. I waited another 15 min in their lobby before anyone came to talk to me, and another 15 min before they got my car. I don't understand why they have to do valet parking. I would not have waited for 1 hour if I could just get the car myself.

    I dont like your companys process. waiiting in line and clerk who took my money up front did not direct me to where to go to wait for shuttle. Shuttle driver shows up and goes and chit chats with the clerk who took my money. I and 3 other people wondering when the shuttle was going to take off and were we ok to get on shuttle. When I returned 8 days later. I had to wait in line again to retrieve my car. The clerk took my ticket and said I will get back with you.Well I waited 15 minutes before I could get to the clerk again and asked what is going on? She said nobody came to talk to you? No! My car was blocked by other cars. Wow. What kind of parking place is this. Never again. I will go to another parking lot. Your system is slow, and non efficient. EMPLOYEES need to be more helpful

    Very unorganized parking customers have to wait in same line as car rentals customers. On return it took 45 minutes to get my car. No one manning counter not enough people working Loud music playing Employees seem confused at times on what to do

    Our last visit was very disappointing, to say the least, mainly due to the shuttle commute to and from the airport. Going to the airside. We waited over 30 minutes supposedly because the driver had to wait for other flyers. On our return we waited at the gate for about the same time while other company vehicles shuttled two and three times. We do not feel that the explanations or customer service attitudes were enough. We cannot see using your service in the future.

    Signature Parking - When we checked in everything was wonderful and efficient. We couldn't have asked for any better. However, the pick-up from the airport was the exact opposite. After phoning for a pick-up at 6:50 a.m. and told it would be 10-15 minutes, I waited for 30 minutes before phoning a second time. I was told a shuttle was on the way. As I spoke on the line a shuttle drove by, leaving us standing at the designated area for pick-up. I phoned again and was given an apology. We finally were picked up at 7:40, fifty (50) minutes after we phoned. Once back at the lot, a second person had to be called to find our key. By then, we decided that we would purchase coffee before heading out. We stood in line. When we were finally the next in line, the woman walked away, never acknowledging we were there. After waiting another five minutes and no one coming to take our order we left. After phoning to be picked-up at 6:50 a.m., we were finally on our way at 8:30 a.m. - very disappointed in the ending of our trip.

    long line waiting to check in for parking - could use more people at the counter. when we called for pick at airport we were told to go to ground level b 12 - there was a sign telling us the location for off airport parking pickup changed to b-30's. this was VERY confusing - the recording telling people where to meet shuttle needs to be changed OR better yet have a LIVE person talk to us like they used to do.
