    Wait time was over 40 minutes and valet was nasty I had to look for my car in the lot wen I got there even wen I call early to have it ready had to walk with all my bags no help at all do not recommend

    waited over 45 minutes to leave to go to the airport. and that free coffee for all (in the description)? nope-just if you rent cars from them. my husband had to park at the far end of the lot. and when we went to leave-they had so many cars parked behind all of the rest of the cars that 99% of the cars were blocked. They drove me to the car & then took off (in the dark, in the rain-they left a tiny woman by herself) and left. didn't wait for me to get in the car or to see that it even started! and when i requested that "free" coffee and showed them that it was in the description, the man gave it to us, the barista argued with it, and a woman i assume was the supervisor (because she was at a special desk and wearing different uniform) told her to do it but that the barista was right. they didn't hold the door open in the rain while we struggled with our luggage or anything. already told our travel agent to never send people here. i tried calling them during the work day and speaking to the supervisor, however, they don't have one because he works overnight. no manager or anyone to speak to.

    Best parking experience I've ever experienced, plus nicest parking facility. They have uniforms, and coffee bar, and these oil diffusers, and music, and nice shuttles. I was really surprised. All at 3.99 was just so unique.

    My husband had an unfortunate health incident in Cancun and we had to make a decision to end our vacation early. We were treated like royalty by your staff once we arrived by Jet Blue in Otlando. When we arrived at your lot, everyone was kind and helpful beyond imagination! Thank you for being so wonderful when we were so worried and concerned for my husband. We plan to use your facility again as soon as we can travel. Again, we will highly recommend your company to our traveling friends!

    I liked their facility, and how clean and safe it was. I have parked at other off airport parking companies, and they don't come close to this place. I also liked their coffee shop inside. You can grab a quick snack or drink before you head home. Everyone I encountered was very nice, and made it simple, and the driver was very helpful with all the luggage.

    I called the # on my receipt and it CLEARLY says that shuttles continuously run to both Terminal A12 AND B12.. I waited for 45+ minutes until I called the # again. The person that answered asked if I was renting a car or if I had dropped off. I had dropped off. I gave him my ticket number. He said that the driver had only been going to terminal B because he didn't know I was at terminal A... Unfortunately, this ruined what would have otherwise been a great experience and makes me want to do business with one of the other shuttles that passed by me multiple times as I waited. and waited. and waited.. On the plus side, the shuttle is in good condition and the office smells nice.

    We have used Signature before and were satisfied. There was not a problem going to the airport. However, the pick up on the return trip was a nightmare. I am 70 years old and I stood waiting for a bus for two hours. When I checked into Signature, I was given a ticket which said only Signature on it. When I returned from my trip, I called the number on the ticket and got a recording which stated that I should go to A12 and that shuttles ran continuously. I had to haul my luggage almost the length of the airport to get to A12. At A34 I passed a signed which said -- shuttles now leave at A12. I waited for approximate 1/2 hour and then called and again only got a recording. I therefore then called the number and pressed the button for reservations. I was told that the shuttle had been to the spot and had come back full. They then asked where I was and I said A12. They then said that the driver goes to A34 and that they would call him. I was told to stay at A12. I was standing under a sign that said Signature and had several other names. This scenario repeated itself over the next hour or so. Finally, on the fourth go round a young woman said, "The Economy Shuttle has stopped there several times." I asked what she was talking about. She said, we are Economy/Signature. It is on your ticket. I looked at my ticket and confirmed that it said ONLY Signature. There was another sign about six feet away on a wall that said Economy at the top with about 10 other names listed before Signature was at the bottom. There was no indication that it was an Economy/Signature bus. I had seen an Economy bus, as well as many others, pull in several times. On the front it said only Economy. On the side there were bright red letters that said Economy. Once the rep told me, I then found that Signature was written in off white on the side of the bus. It could not be seen from the sign for Signature and was not on the front. When I finally arrived to pick up my car there was no effort whatsoever to acknowledge that I had not been told Economy on any of the calls and that the signs, nor the recording indicate that it is Economy/Signature. I then had to drive an hour and a half to my home on a dark road and got home at about 11:30. My plane had landed at 7:20 PM. I finally said to the desk clerks that they should listen to their own recordings, have a human being answer when someone arrives at the airport, and that they need to go look at the signs at the airport which give no indication that one should board an Economy bus. I worked in the service industry for many years and this was one of the worst cases of failure to communicate and lack of acknowledgement I have ever run across.
