Had to take a taxi on return to Orlando airport. Calls to summon the shuttle never answered. Very poor service.
Great experience! Parked my car here, and was thoroughly pleased. The facility was super clean, the shuttle was on time, and I didn't wait more than 10 minutes to get picked up. On the way back from the airport, some guests were complaining. I told them I had no problems, and asked them why they didn't enjoy their stay. All of the told me that they called right when they got off the plane, and when they arrived at ground transportation, they waited. That is the problem! People do not listen. The counter agent and his co-worker repeatedly told me and the other guest checking in at the time of drop-off to call AFTER you retrieve your luggage. Even if you forget, they send you an automated email again with instructions. I called right after I got my luggage, and by the time I headed down to level 1, which took about 5 minutes, I waited for another 5 minutes, and the shuttle showed up. I can honestly say I've never experienced such a great experience from an off airport parking facility. TO name a few things, the building was very modern and clean, the shuttles were all Mercedes Benz, all staff were in uniform, and they had a cafe inside where I grabbed a latte on the way back from my trip. The latte was so handcrafted and delicious. It truly put Starbucks to shame. I'd advise all guests to listen to the counter agents. I know everyone is always in a rush to get to the airport, but don't blame them when you return and don't follow instructions.
TERRIBLE shuttle service. I nearly missed my flight even though though I had arrived VERY early because it took over 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to take me to the terminal. They did not keep me up to date, just kept telling me it would be here "shortly." There was no explanation for the delay. They also didn't give a decent explanation of their pay-in-advance procedures and what to do if I came back later or earlier than what I had paid for. New or not, if I had missed that flight (and my blood pressure was well up there) I would really not go for them ever again. I am worried about my return trip. PS this survey required saying something about the parking lot, but they drive your car to the lot, so I just said "fair"
This outfit is so poorly organized and badly managed I don"t know where to start. 45 minute wait at the airport for the shuttle. 20 minute wait for our car (after dark). When I went to find out what was taking so long, I learned that they not only hadn't gone to get it, but couldn't find the key. When they finally did, the "manager" got confrontational (vs. apologetic), claiming he was "doing me a favor" by retrieving it. I countered that I would gladly have retrieved it myself had I known I had the option to. Won't be back.
I WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN,THE WAIT AT AIRPORT WAS ABOUT ONE AND ONE HALF HOUR WAIT. THEY SAID TRAFFIC PROBLEMS,NOT SO ALL LIES, 3 OTHER COUPLES BESIDES MY WIFE AND I WAITED OVER AN HOUR PLUS, THE TRUE FACT IS THEY DO NOT SEND OUT VEHICLE TO PICK US UP UNTIL THEY HAVE AT LEAST SEVERAL PEOPLE CALLING, WE CALLED EVERY 15 MINUTES AND GOT A DIFFERENT EXCUSE EACH TIME, ON THE WAY EACH TIME, WHILE WAITING WE SAW MANY OTHER SHUTTLES 2, 3, AND 4 TIMES PICK UP PEOPLE ,NEVER SAW SIGNATURE.YOU KNOW THE OLD SAYING "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR " NEVER AGAIN.......MR. MOE..........
I waited over an hour for the shuttle.... not to mention I was put on a hold on the phone line and didn't even speak to a person for 15 minutes. I called back after seeing shuttle after shuttle and even seeing repeated people pick up, drop off, and come back. Never saw them pull up once. called back a half hour into the wait and was assured someone was on the way ( this was, again, after a wait time on the phone - 6 minutes this time) A half hour after that, the van shows up. If I would have been notified of problems or delays, then I could understand. But instead I was left sitting outside for over an hour. On arrival, there was no apology and in fact one of the workers tried to argue with me and finished with "well we haven't had any problems all night"
I've used this facility a few times when I had to travel to Penna. Each time I was treateated with the utmost professionalism. I recently booked a reservation for the end of January thru Feb 3rd. Their car wash was excellently done, Thanks Signature
Overall I would recommend them. Quick check in, nice shuttles, great price. My only complaints were, being dropped off where the shuttle picks you up at the airport instead of dropping me off at the airline. After the long walk in the parking lot, the walk to get to the airline was longer. The wait for the shuttle to pick up at the airport was short. The second was, I couldn't figure out how to get out of the parking lot. When I got back, all the crossovers between sections had cars parked in them, and what I guess what was the exit, had a car parked under the overhang and cars parked on the outside of it, so my car was barely going to fit through. Had to go to the very back of the parking lot to get to the other side only to find out that said do not enter. That side also had a car parked there making the opening very small to get through.
Parked my car the day before thanksgiving. Once I pulled in, the lobby was full of people everywhere. The counter agents although under stress, were super friendly, kind, and very efficient. They did not lose track of anything, nor did they act overwhelmed, even though it seemed very difficult. My agent checked me in, and still offered me if I wanted to purchase their detail car option. Since I have been here before, he told me I had 120 points, and that I have a free day available for use. He applied that free day, added the car wash, and gave me the receipt. The whole process was streamlined. The shuttles were Mercedes benz too. Everything was immaculate. Will only use them when I fly out.
Worst experience ever! I all most missed my flight, upon arriving, it took an hour and 15 min for me to get to the airport, then upon my return, I had a late flight 12:40am. I didn't get to my car until 2AM! When the shuttle driver pulls up, he's playing loud music. Poor customer service, he didn't even seem to care that he was late. I would not use them again.
I only have two complaints about this place. Other than that, it was fine and everything went smooth. First, they make you give them your car keys while you are traveling out of town. In case they need to "move the car" for whatever reason. Second, you have to park pretty far away from the main building and shuttle area. After you park your car, you have to walk back to the shuttle which is quite the hike. Kind of a hassle especially if you are running late as it is.
Very quick and efficient! It was very busy upon arrival, but all the counter agents were helpful, informative, and quick. They even had the shuttle wait for me instead of waiting for the second shuttle, since I was running late. Would use them again.
I would never recommend this parking lot to anyone. The counter clerk stated it was company policy to hold onto our keys ( which was not mentioned anywhere of visible note on the website ) when asked if this policy was listed online she was rude and said " I have no idea." Not to mention, we had to park in the very back of the lot and carry everything to the front in the middle of the night. On the way back, when calling for a shuttle pickup, I was asked to call back when I had my "luggage in hand", by the time I did that I was placed on hold and then we had waited at least 15 minutes at midnight just for the shuttle to arrive. Overall, horrible experience and I will never use this location again.
Great place to park. Very clean, and upscale. Doesn't feel like your typical airport parking place. Shuttles were very clean, and new, and they were Mercedes. Felt nice coming out of them. My only problem is that I chose the self park option, and it was a big of a walk. I would opt for valet next time. That being said, it seems like a coffee shop is opening inside, which would be totally incredibly awesome! I'll park here again!
Very nice place to park your car. It is very safe, and the facility is new, and elegant. The shuttles were spacious and clean, and extremely comfortable. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Happy I found them here!
This is the place you want to use for parking. They seem to be working very hard to build repeat customer base. Needed an week extra and I still got charged the 2.50 per day rate(Book ahead online to get that). Shuttle to and from ap was fast, clean and friendly drivers.
After a grueling 18 hour day of which 14 hours were in full airplanes I was ready to drive home. No luggage to pick up so after landing at MCO at 9:10 pm October 7th called Signature to come get us. NO ANSWER. For more than 20 minutes we tried their number only to get a recording to push 3 for airport pickup. Then the recording said hold for the next available rep. NO ANSWER. Finally on the 5th phone call the wife suggested entering their car rental reservation number and we finally got an answer. 20 minutes later the driver finally arrived. Total time from our first phone call to arrival at their location was over an hour. We were ready to ask their next door neighbor on Narcoosee Road "Advantage" parking to give us a ride so we could walk next door and pick up our car. Advantage had cycled through twice while we waited. Most of the other off airport car parking places drove into the pickup area B12 at least once. Some more than once. We were told by the driver Signature had been busy but when we arrived not another customer in sight. 45 minutes is way too long to just get a pick up when your business sis picking up passengers and taking them to their cars. Most likely the driver and the other man were running their mouths rather than answering their phone. In this instance cheaper prices meant lousy service. Makes you wonder why they don't ask for a flight arrival time on their sign up (they ask for a car pickup time so they can charge accordingly) if they aren't going to run every 30 minutes or so. AT LEAST ANSWER THE DARN PHONE WHEN IT RINGS!
