    The only problem returning from the airport was the driver did not turn the air conditioner on in the vehicle even though it was over 95 degrees outside.

    Some time AFTER we made our reservation Sheraton changed the policy on pick up times. Instead of every 1/2 hour it was changed to only at the Top of the Hour. When questioned, Sheraton personnel reiterated the policy, so we w aited for 45 minutes in 95 degree heat. Only upon calling the Sheraton today did Sheraton offer to pay for a taxi - 12 hrs AFTER we arrived but Not during our initial telephone conversation. In brief, policy changed but no notice was provided. Would be Much more careful using Sheraton again.

    I have stayed at the Sheraton Reston many times and this time I only used the parking garage. It was covered parking and I felt that my car was safe while I was away. The staff at the Sheraton were very helpful upon my arrival and the shuttle drivers were courteous. I will use their services again.

    On leaving car, staff was rude and unhelpful. On return, I had to wait for an extremely long time (over 45 minutes) from the airport back to the parking lot. When we called to find out where was the shuttle, attendant hung up on us. Also, our car came back filthy after leaving in indoors parking. Not a good experience at all.

    When arriving in Dulles, if you parked at the Sheraton/Westin be sure to pay attention to the shuttles that arrive and make sure you'e getting on the right shuttle (multiple locations in the area)...

    The hotel is tucked back so kinda hard to find...we elected to find a garage parking, thinking safer etc. We accidentally took wrong shuttle our first disappointment (both hotels are on the same road but at opposit ends) thus when arriving with three bags and golf clubs, taking it back to airport to get right one was exhausting thought so thanks to $12 Uber worked. Our second disappointment was with facility...our car was covered with what looks like concrete dust!! It was thick and covered every inch! Not for us....we tried it but once was enough.

    Parking garage was nice covered and easy to find. Directions from staff were good it was self park so no attendant. The pick up location on the return is not where the hotel pickup signs are and not informed until I called after a 30 minute wait.

    Parking lot was great. Clean and indoors, so your car will be safe from all types of weather. Hotel staff is just rude and nasty and shuttle is inconsistent.

    On our return trip, the Sheraton phone was always busy over at least a 15 minute period. We eventually gave up on the shuttle and took a $25 cab ride to get our car. So much for saving over Dulles long-term parking.

    Although it is listed as parking at the Sheraton, you actually park in the Westin garage nearby. Very nice garage, but added about 10 minutes to the time required to park the car. Shuttle was about 10 minutes late on the airport pickup.

    The parking lot for this location is located at the Westin garage across the street. You will have to be very early because it takes time to get to the garage take the elevator and walk back across the street. The driver did not help with the bags which I thought was strange. I would prefer to pay the extra dollar for another location this one just had too much hassle, and they were late leaving and picking me up as well.

    When I first arrived there was no one at the front desk. I called the hotels main number three times with no answer. When returning from the airport the shuttle driver continuously spoke on his cell phone without any type of Bluetooth device or wireless setup which is both dangerous and illegal.

    Was advised that the shuttle ran every 30 minutes. I waiting over 45 at the airport. I guess that I "just missed" the previous shuttle. Sure ... just my luck after a 9.5hour flight and over 1 hour to collect my luggage. I have a reservation for the same parking facility in August ... but after that, I will not use this one. I will find another. Every this else was good ... but the wait was a deal breaker.
