The shuttle picks up at the front of the hotel every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour, from 7am to 10pm. From 10pm to 7am, if you are at the Hotel, please ask the front desk to request service for you. From 10pm to 7am, if you are at the airport requesting return service to the Hotel, please call the Hotel to request a pick-up.

When we use other one customer is dropped at their airline location. But Sheraton, We were not dropped not even close to the SW. Shuttle stopped only once at the end of stop. Also when we came back from trip we told him my car is at P3 garage parking lot. Driver dropped us which is not help at all. We have to take elevator , walk with heavy luggages. We were pick-up at 2H on 5/5/2015 11;45AM. Overall I pay more because it is garage parking, Also it was very inconvenient which we have to walk all the way from at the end of the Airport drop off to SW where is at the end of opposite.
The Sheraton Reston and Westin Reston hotel people were not as forthcoming as I thought they were going to be. I thought that the garage had a parking attendant but that is not the case. I had to figure out that I needed to go to the Sheraton Reston front desk. The clerk gave me a form to fill out with info about my vehicle. Gave me a tag to hang from my rearview mirrow and gave me directions where to park (at the Westin Reston hotel parking lot P3). I did. Once there I went to the front desk at the Westin to ask about the shuttle to the hotel. This was all outbound. On my return yesterday, I got to Dulles at 3pm. By 3:15pm I had gone through immigration, gotten my suitcases and gone through customs. I called the Westin Reston front desk to ask to be picked up. I was told 3:45pm the courtesy van would be picking us up at 2H. After 3 phone calls, the van picked us up at 4:15pm. I picked up my car by 4:30pm. I have sent firstname.lastname@example.org an email letting them know that my 00451 tag had left P3 at 4:30pm because I did not want to be charged extra. NOBODY has acknowledge my email.
This option is convenient and saves us so much money. When arriving late in evening we call the hotel and they send the shuttle within 20 minutes. Reliable and friendly service.

Everything went very smoothly and I was at the check-in desk within 20 minutes of parking the car. I saved over $100 for a 15 day vacation, compared to airport rates. Highly recommended.

It worked very well and the pick up at the Sheraton was timely as well as at the airport even at 1 am in the morning. We were very pleased with price, courtesy, driver, and timing.
After I left the terminal and called to have the shuttle come pick us up, the front desk guy told us it would take 30 minutes, but it ended up taking an hour and a half.

They said that the shuttle runs every 30 minutes, but it didn't. I called for pickup at 12:05 PM, and was told that they would be there in 15 minutes, but they didn't arrive until 12:45 PM. It took 40 minutes.

The shuttle service from a hotel was poorly managed. So my family had to wait for 45 minutes for the shuttle from 1:30 am to 2:15 am. They really need to improve the shuttle service.
First time user. Good value compared to options but the lot is in the rear of the hotel and there is no security visible. Waited about 10 minutes for shuttle on arrival to hotel then around 30 minutes on the return trip from airport.
Used the service for the first time. The outbound appeared non-eventful. The driver dropped us at the departure level, which was nice. I saw broken glass pieces in the parking lot which was not a good sign. The waiting for returning from the airport to the hotel was around 30 minutes or so.
Although the website stated shuttle service started at 7am, the driver was available at 6:30am to take me to the airport. I was unaware, the stop at which the driver drops you off is the same stop you have to go to upon return. It would have been nice if the driver would have stated where to pick up the shuttle for the return. The return shuttle does not pick up from the airport on the hour/half hour. It is 20 and 50 mins after the hour for the pick up times at the airport.
This was the first time I have used this method of parking and transportation to and from the airport. It was amazing, and the staff at the hotel was extremely helpful and pleasant. Very smooth and easy.
Originally we were told that the shuttle leaves every half hour. When returning from our trip, we called the hotel and they said that it was only going every hour and we had just missed the latest shuttle and had to wait another hour. Given the mixed messages, this was pretty frustrating. Also, the phone number on our receipt was incorrect, so we had to go to the Traveler's aid station in Dulles to find an updated number. If they hadn't been open, I don't know what we would have done since the staff didn't tell us where to be picked up, they said just to wait till we returned and then they'd tell us. Overall, this was cheaper than parking elsewhere. However, the long wait and mixed messages were quite frustrating.
Overall, an okay experience. Great price. Pickup/dropoff not great. The shuttle service said they left every half hour and we waited that long to get to the airport. We weren't instructed where to wait when returning, as they said they'd let us know when we flew in. When got back from our trip to DC, the phone number on our receipt wasn't right, and we had to find the number from staff at Dulles. Once we called, the staff said that we had missed the last shuttle and had to wait a whole hour for the next one. I mentioned that earlier they had said it was every half hour. Apparently it depended on who you talked to. For the price, this was good. The miscommunication was a little more frustrating through, and I'd want to clarify a few things prior to leaving if I was to do this again.
The procedure for dropping off the car was not clear. The Sheraton Reston has no gated parking lot. It requires parking going to reception and filling out another tag/form to hang in car and just leaving car anywhere in rear parking. On departure the shuttle was fine, leaves every half hour, i could live with that. On return, Jan 1, I was outside @ 9:32 and no shuttle came by. I assumed I missed the 9:30 so waited till 10. At 10:08 called hotel and was advised a shuttle would leave then. I got picked up 10:28. roughly one hour to get a shuttle. Terrible service. Driver was not impressive, only said holiday schedule and shuttle running on the hour, which is again false by my experience. He did not even get out of seat to help load any luggage. So will never repeat the experience at this hotel/parking and might rethink using your services. Will see.
