Off-Airport Parkers may park in any unreserved parking space. In order to ride the airport shuttle, you must show your valid parking voucher to the shuttle driver.

Airport Transportation

The shuttle picks up at the front of the hotel every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour, from 7am to 10pm. From 10pm to 7am, if you are at the Hotel, please ask the front desk to request service for you. From 10pm to 7am, if you are at the airport requesting return service to the Hotel, please call the Hotel to request a pick-up.

    The driver taking us to Dulles was very, very nice and helpful. Staff at the Sheraton was also very nice. Had to call three times for the shuttle upon return, however. Had called that we were at the airport, only to emerge and see the shuttle go by without stopping at the designated area. It made for a damp, blustery wait thereafter. Otherwise, would have given an overall EXCELLENT rating. That said, we will use this service again, as it is good value for the money, with the added benefit of covered parking.

    Email said to park in any empty space. I parked and went into hotel, to be told i would have to move my car, to the next motel over, into the garage, only on level 1, or 2. I then had to walk back to the first hotel to catch the shuttle. When I returned, I ended up calling the motel three times, first for directions to find the shuttle, and then twice because no shuttle came within the time I was told. Would have appreciated better communication about where to park, where to catch shuttle.

    When I arrived at the airport for the shuttle back I got on the wrong shuttle. I asked the driver if he was going to the Sheraton on Sunrise Valley, he said yes. He was going to Herndon, not Reston. So, as you can imagine I was abit aggrevated. Going out was fine. The cost is not better than the airport economy when you factor in the tolls on the Dulles access road, I was highly disappointed and will not use this service again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

    I have used hotel parking in the past and this was one of the best. It provided unexpected underground parking and the hotel staff offered water/coffee while I waited for the shuttle to the airport. Very Excellent!

    I didn't see a parking lot attendant--and, indeed, had a lot of trouble finding the lot, since I kept driving to the Sheraton, and looking for its lot, but the lot was behind the Westin. And I must say, upon the return, the driver could/should have dropped me off at the Westin, instead of the Sheraton.

    Very disappointed that we were not dropped off at the departure level of the airport for our outgoing flight. Travelling with two individuals who both had mobility problems was very difficult as we managed our luggage.

    I travel frequently and I would suggest reviewers remember that this is an off-site parking accommodation, not a valet service. In my opinion, many of the other reviewers here are overly critical, especially as I am very particular. Review: I have used this parking option multiple times and although the check-in can be lengthy, it is the best option I have found for IAD. The shuttle has previously accommodated my late arrival and the personnel at both the Sheraton and Westin have been nice and professional. My latest return resulted in a dead car battery due to someone triggering my car alarm and I was overjoyed when the Westin asked the shuttle driver to help give me a jump. The driver was extremely helpful (my battery was completely dead) and went above and beyond by pushing my car to an open space and charging my battery for some time. BTW, the Westin had a portable battery charger for the task. I cannot imagine how much time I would have waited and how much I would have paid if I had to call a tow service at 0100. I will continue to use this facility for my off airport parking needs. Parking at the Sheraton: First, you should know that although you pay the Sheraton for parking, you will be instructed to park in the nearby Westin parking structure. You must check-in first at the Sheraton and this can take awhile depending on the number of customers ahead of you. After you park, you can wait for the shuttle at the Westin; you do not have to walk back to the Sheraton. The elevator takes you directly up across from the shuttle pick-up area.

    The shuttle runs on 30 minutes intervals so if you get in at the 31 minutes mark it could take you almost an hour to get from the airport to the parking lot.

    Went to hotel, person at desk friendly and efficient, Shuttle driver drove my car with me to lot, went back to shuttle, strait to airport, no waiting. On return trip driver, with supervisor OK drove me to my car. I am booking a second trip just now. Best service I've had in long time! I strongly recommend Sheraton Reston.

    Even though Hotel knew that we wanted transportation at 2 am, no one was available. They soon enough rectified this and we left for airport by 2:20 am

    We had to wait over 30 minutes for shuttle and had to call hotel to know where we were to meet shuttle at airport. Information was not provided with reservation - only directions to hotel.

    It's shocking that my car was moved to another level without a notification being sent to me. This is very disappointing. After a long 22 hour trip, I would have expected to arrive at the hotel, head to the garage and drive my car to go home, but did not find my car. Went to the hotel lobby in absolute panic, and they could not find my car listed. How long would it take for someone to send me an email and inform me that the car was moved to another level?

    Be prepared for 40-50 minutes of shuttle wait in the worst case, otherwise I have no complaints, nice covered lot.

    I parked at the Sheraton/Westin lot on Sunrise Valley Road, and the owners of the lot moved my car while I was away on holiday. They did that because of some sort of construction in the area where I initially parked. It was quite disconcerting to return and NOT find my car ... until I asked at the Westin check-in desk. The lot owners should have emailed me a notification, but they didn't.
