The shuttle picks up at the front of the hotel every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour, from 7am to 10pm. From 10pm to 7am, if you are at the Hotel, please ask the front desk to request service for you. From 10pm to 7am, if you are at the airport requesting return service to the Hotel, please call the Hotel to request a pick-up.

Worked as advertised. Friendly hotel staff, driver. Pick up flawless.
Went to hotel, person at desk friendly and efficient, Shuttle driver drove my car with me to lot, went back to shuttle, strait to airport, no waiting. On return trip driver, with supervisor OK drove me to my car. I am booking a second trip just now. Best service I've had in long time! I strongly recommend Sheraton Reston.
Even though Hotel knew that we wanted transportation at 2 am, no one was available. They soon enough rectified this and we left for airport by 2:20 am
We had to wait over 30 minutes for shuttle and had to call hotel to know where we were to meet shuttle at airport. Information was not provided with reservation - only directions to hotel.
It's shocking that my car was moved to another level without a notification being sent to me. This is very disappointing. After a long 22 hour trip, I would have expected to arrive at the hotel, head to the garage and drive my car to go home, but did not find my car. Went to the hotel lobby in absolute panic, and they could not find my car listed. How long would it take for someone to send me an email and inform me that the car was moved to another level?
Be prepared for 40-50 minutes of shuttle wait in the worst case, otherwise I have no complaints, nice covered lot.
I parked at the Sheraton/Westin lot on Sunrise Valley Road, and the owners of the lot moved my car while I was away on holiday. They did that because of some sort of construction in the area where I initially parked. It was quite disconcerting to return and NOT find my car ... until I asked at the Westin check-in desk. The lot owners should have emailed me a notification, but they didn't.
A great alternative to the expense and inconvenience of the airport lots at Dulles. Hotel is close to the Dulles access road and a short trip.
There were no parking lot attendants, just front desk staff. Parking was "around back" as we were told. The shuttle leaving for the airport was adequate, returning, not so much. We had a Late flight (arrived at 11:20) called for pick up, stating I had two children with me and we had to grab our bags. told the 11:45 shuttle would not wait for us, as we ran for the shuttle it pulled off. Called was told the next shuttle would be 12:15 am. Waited patiently and called at 12:23 to find out why no shuttle was there, was told I had to call for shuttle after 11:00 as it doesn't run on a "scheduled" basis after that! Had to actually yell to get shuttle to come which was a very bad ending to our otherwise great vacation. Will not use this "lot" again!!

shuttle service is not great, particularly on return to hotel. "one will be there n 15 minutes" never pans out!
Long wait for shuttle, hard to find the lot, somewhat unresponsive staff, but otherwise great. Shuttle takes a while so make sure to add at least an hour for the parking.
What parking lot attendants? I didn't see any at the Westin Reston garage.
I have used this lot before. So no problem for my GPS to find it.
Arrival was easy, although I had to go inside to ask were to park, since no info was provided. They took me to the front desk, had me fill out some info and gave me a hang tag and told me to park out back. Never even looked at my receipt?! Parked and waited for the 7a to leave..we left a lil late, made a few stops and then I was there. When I returned, I called to find out where pick up was while I walked to baggage. Lady told me location and time. I got there right around the time stated and he arrived not long after.
The shuttles only run every 30 minues, which is fair and I got there early, so the wait was not a problem. Also, there were no parking lot attendants at this facility, but the woman who checked me in was very curteous.
I was disappointed, I flew stand by and did not get on my flight. I prepaid for three days but I really only parked there for 6 hours. I have nothing but good remarks since it's convienent and affordable, but this situation, i wasted $12.
When we use other one customer is dropped at their airline location. But Sheraton, We were not dropped not even close to the SW. Shuttle stopped only once at the end of stop. Also when we came back from trip we told him my car is at P3 garage parking lot. Driver dropped us which is not help at all. We have to take elevator , walk with heavy luggages. We were pick-up at 2H on 5/5/2015 11;45AM. Overall I pay more because it is garage parking, Also it was very inconvenient which we have to walk all the way from at the end of the Airport drop off to SW where is at the end of opposite.
