Shuttle only does drop offs / pick up's once an hour
This was the easiest time I've had trying to park near an airport. The staff is very friendly, the parking lot is clean, well lit, and easily accessible. The shuttles are great- but they only run once an hour, so plan for that! Will definitely use again!
Thank you for the reviews before. For that reason , I was prepared for wait time for shuttle service also paid attention which Sheraton I parked :) Nothing was outstanding but I am satisfied with the service that I needed.
While Shareton Reston was cheaper than its competitors it was not worth the deal. The driver was rude to us and customers over the phone going and coming to the airport. The wait time between pick up times from airport was an hour long (with two LOs under two) while the competitors stopped by every 15-30 minutes. I will never ever use this hotel shuttle service again.
Arrogant and poor staff. Parking is a long walk from hotel. Instruction were not given properly. We waited for more then half an hour for shuttle. Bad experience. Won't
The timing of the shuttle is definitely a headache. We reached there around 7.35 pm and had to wait till 8.30 pm to get the shuttle to airport. While coming back, we came out around 3.15pm and had to wait till 4.05pm to get the next shuttle. We came to know that if sheraton guests are waiting we might not even get to board the shuttle and may have to wait for another hour. I mean what kind of [service is] that? Was i parking for free? After waiting patiently for 45 min we get to hear that. Luckily there were no other fellow passangers and we finally got dropped. In this whole waiting time i saw numerous hyatt palace , hilton ,marriot, best western inn, comfort inn , westing shuttles come and go. Very very disapointed with this facility and would suggest everyone to avoid this. Take any other hotel instead.
It was actually a parking garage which I liked.
Guidance was shuttle leaves every 30 minutes - actual was once an hour - bottom of hour for going to airport and top of hour from airport to hotel
This was the worst parking experience I ever had. almost missed our flight. after being told to park in a different location than expected, that parking location difficult to find. not sure I will ever use this service again

I've been using this facility every time i use Dulles Airport.
The parking area is very small and inadequately shaped parking spaces. Navigating in and out of the lot was very difficult. When I arrived to take the shuttle to the Airport on Sunday morning, the driver did not show up. The hotel has to arrange for alternative transportation to the airport.
Will use this service again, hassle-free and affordable!!
The shuttle only comes around every hour. After attempting to chase the shuttle down as it was leaving to no avail, I was left stranded at the airport for an extra hour. Not only that, the parking lot is under construction and very confusing to navigate. The price was great, but the service was extremely frustrating.
The only problem returning from the airport was the driver did not turn the air conditioner on in the vehicle even though it was over 95 degrees outside.
Some time AFTER we made our reservation Sheraton changed the policy on pick up times. Instead of every 1/2 hour it was changed to only at the Top of the Hour. When questioned, Sheraton personnel reiterated the policy, so we w aited for 45 minutes in 95 degree heat. Only upon calling the Sheraton today did Sheraton offer to pay for a taxi - 12 hrs AFTER we arrived but Not during our initial telephone conversation. In brief, policy changed but no notice was provided. Would be Much more careful using Sheraton again.
This was the fourth time i utilized this establishment. I enjoy my vehicle is in a parking garage vice outside. But the shuttle on my arrival drove past once without stopping. The
I have stayed at the Sheraton Reston many times and this time I only used the parking garage. It was covered parking and I felt that my car was safe while I was away. The staff at the Sheraton were very helpful upon my arrival and the shuttle drivers were courteous. I will use their services again.
On leaving car, staff was rude and unhelpful. On return, I had to wait for an extremely long time (over 45 minutes) from the airport back to the parking lot. When we called to find out where was the shuttle, attendant hung up on us. Also, our car came back filthy after leaving in indoors parking. Not a good experience at all.
When arriving in Dulles, if you parked at the Sheraton/Westin be sure to pay attention to the shuttles that arrive and make sure you'e getting on the right shuttle (multiple locations in the area)...
