    The people at the Sheraton were very nice. My flight was delayed and they were very flexible. The drivers took me right to my car in the parking lot. HIGHLY recommend.

    Their was no parking lot attendant and no body was able to tell where to park. After back I found scratches on my car door.I don't think this place is any good to park .It's better to park on attended place and spend $ 10.00 extra. Atleast car is safe.I never recomond to Park in Sheraton Pittsburgh parking.

    Upon return, the clerk at the Sheraton desk failed to alert the driver to pock us up. I had to call back after half an hour to ask where our van was. In the meantime, vans from other services passed no less than 2-3 times! We will not use them again.

    I was travelling alone, my flight was delayed so I arrived after dark. The shuttle driver made me feel comfortable, took me right to my car, place my bags in the trunk and gave me directions for a more direct route to the interstate. Will use again when I travel

    I would highly suggest that you find another parking lot unless you get there 3 hours prior to your flight.

    The parking lot was big and well lite. I waited 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport so I hesitate on doing it again.

    We had to wait 30 min for a shuttle to take us to the airport and about 20-25 minutes for them to pick us up. When we got back to our car, it was in the same condition we left it in. Besides covered in bird poop.

    Unfortunately, after being gone for a week the car was covered with bird feces which require 2 washes to remove most of it. Not sure where it came from. We parked next to the bushes/trees.

    The shuttle getting to the airport was on time and even waited for us. However, we waited over 40 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Seemed like every other shuttle service was there at least twice while we waited.

    When customer is returning back from a trip, he or she will benefit from knowing the exact shuttle pick up spot or door # at airport. That important arrival pick up information should be included during pre reservation booking process and emailed to customer before. Thanks.
