    To pick up your car you must got to front desk to get a card to swipe to let you exit. It's dropped off at the gate.

    The people at the front desk didn't seem to know what was going on with parking, one person stated I should pay when I got back and the other stated I should have paid when I first arrived, The desk service upon denature was a 5 and upon arrival was a 3.

    Shuttle runs every 30mins, but I waited longer for my pickup. On my return at the hotel I was told I needed a receipt to get an exit pass. After searching for a bit and then saying I don't have it - I'm not even sure I was given one, a different staff member spent just a few seconds looking me up to confirm I paid. After about an hour from when I arrived at the pickup area, I was on my way.

    Reserve online and billed $7.00 You have to stop at Sheraton front desk and fill out paper and pay balance! Information needed and payment could have all been done online, eliminating time and standing in line!

    The location and shuttle timing were good and the hotel employees were helpful. There's also a Metro shuttle that leaves the hotel at quarter after and till and runs to the Pentagon City station. The shuttle itself is a little small. It was fine on the way to the airport, but passengers were being left at the airport on the return trip.

    Parking lot is fine. Front desk had me fill out paperwork upon departure. While I was gone they lost it and I had to convince them I still owed them money when I returned. The front desk then had me fill out (again) the same paperwork I did when I left. The paperwork took an additional 5 mins each way. Frustrating process to say the least.

    I've parked in this lot several times. I go back because it is convenient to National Airport and the price is great. However, I have not had a positive experience with the front desk staff. Checking your car in requires parking, paying and returning to your car to put a note on the dashboard. If you're in a hurry, this process doesn't help. And instead of providing the card to exit the lot at the time you pay for the space, you have to go back to the front desk and show you recipe for having paid before you can leave. I've parked in a lot of other lots in my life, and none of them require this many unnecessary steps.The hotel staff is rude and short tempered throughout this process. Instead of recognizing that they are Ina position to be helpful and assist with the process to make check in smooth, they treat you badly.

    Parked for 11 days while on vacation. Spacious indoor garage. Prior to trip I had to get a tag to put on the dash. They had me pay on return. No problems. Price honored without question. I would park here again.

    front desk seemed confused - gave me a plastic card - could not get into parking deck with card - hit button instead and took receipt. Came back as scheduled - within one hour of time - card would not let us out of deck. My account was paid in full so no reason for this.
