Pull your vehicle on the front ramp and proceed to the front desk in the hotel. Present your confirmation and Pay for parking upfront and receive a hang tag as well as your exit pass from the front desk agent. Park your vehicle in the garage and enjoy our short shuttle ride to the airport. Shuttle hours are 5AM to 12AM, every 30 minutes. On arrival please pull your vehicle on the front ramp and proceed to the front desk in the hotel.     Had to wait longer than expected for shuttle pick up when returned but otherwise was one of the best hotel parking experiences yet (have parked at multiple hotels for airport purposes). The parking garage was one of the best with many open and spacious parking spaces. Was very impressed with how clean the garage was as well. Will use again!!

    My only "complaint" was that I apparently juuuust missed the 9:45pm shuttle to the hotel from the airport upon my return, and thus had to wait about a half hour for the next one. Just bad timing. Otherwise, smooth sailing!

    Very simple process. Everything went smoothly with no issues. We paid at front desk, parked, and got on shuttle to DCA within 15 minutes at most. Shuttles to airport are supposed to leave on the hour and half hour. Our left at 10am on the dot. Upon return, only confusion was that hotels recorded message about where to catch shuttle back to hotel was inaccurate. It stated the shuttle only went to terminal A. Spoke to front desk to confirm shuttle does pick up at terminal C, where we were waiting. Return shuttle supposed to run every half hour on the 15s. Our showed up at 3:45pm on the dot again. We did have to wait 20 minutes, but that was just how it timed out. When got back to hotel, it took 1 minute to get the card to exit the parking garage from the front desk. The savings warranted the wait. Both shuttle drivers and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would go there again.

    Shuttle driver inattentive - did not completely stop at airport pickup area after I had been waiting for over a half hour, although he did drive past it once (empty) somewhat slowly. My efforts to flag him down were ignored. Then I had to wait 45 minutes for the next shuttle to finally arrive. This is the second time this has happened to me with this hotel's shuttle service. From when I first stepped onto the airport curbside waiting area to the time I reached the hotel, it ended up taking more than an hour and a half in total time. The weather was decent and the traffic was not heavy during that interval.

    When came back to hotel to pick up car, the receptionist guy was pretty slow and asked for proof of payment. I had to go back in the car at night to pickup paper work. He should have had paid payment info in the system. Shuttle driver didn't even bother to pick up luggage, we had to carry and placed in the front of the vehicle

    I have parked at the Sheraton probably five or six times over the course of the past five or six years. While the staff is generally courteous and capable, and the parking conditions are more than adequate, I experienced--for the second time--an inappropriately long wait time for shuttle pick-up. Despite the fact that shuttles are supposed to show up at a designated waiting area at Reagan Airport every 30 minutes, I had to wait almost two hours for a shuttle this past June. Once I arrived at the designated pick-up spot, I did not leave. The first scheduled shuttle did not arrive, so I waited half an hour for the next. The second one did not arrive, so I called the hotel to find out what the problem was. The phone system added to the frustration, as I was bounced from pre-recorded message to pre-recorded message, even when I tried different extensions and call options. When I finally got through, I was told the next shuttle should be arriving soon. That shuttle did not arrive, and I called back. After encountering technical problems trying to get a live attendant on the line again, I was told that the driver would come in the next ten minutes. Fifteen minutes later, he showed up. This was not the first time this happened to me; it occurred two years ago, with similar wait times and contact challenges. I was at the correct pickup spot, and I never left, so there was no chance that I missed seeing the shuttle when it was supposed to arrive. I assumed that two years ago, the problem was a fluke; this year, I realized it wasn't. I spoke to the hotel manager immediately, and he promised to look into it and get back to me within the next five business days, regarding how the issue would be resolved. A full week later, I had not heard back. I called, and again, I was told the manager would get back to me shortly with some resolution. He contacted me a couple of days later and removed the cost of a few days' parking from my bill as a result of the inconvenience. I was satisfied with that, and the manager was attentive when I spoke with him, but no explanation was given for why the shuttle did not arrive as schedule. If they need to change their policy and require that customers call them upon arrival for pickup, then they need to do so. Despite the resolution, it is unlikely that I will use that facility again, as there are others equally convenient for the same price--some of which I saw picking up their passengers regularly and repeatedly while I waited and waited.

    Cover parking, if you have a big and tall vehicle - it doesn't fit. Well lit, easy to park. Hotel staff at the moment was good, and explained the process. A pitty shuttle is every 30 minutes.

    We did not have to show a ticket of any sort to leave the parking lot so I feel we could of paid the same for one day or 2 weeks.
