Couldn't ask for a more smooth transaction, dripping off the car was easy and fast, no hidden charges, and picking the car up was probably the best part as we didn't have to wait long for the shuttle and once in the place we were on our way home in no time
I would recommend using them. Great price, excellent shuttle drivers and close to Reagan
I've parked here on several occasions. The shuttle is usually on time and the in/out is simple. They have recently updated their garage so now you must buzz the desk when exiting and sometimes it take a few minutes for a response, but overall I recommend this location.
When outdoor economy parking at National is $17 a day, the covered parking at the Sheraton at $7 per day (plus fees/taxes) is very attractive. The shuttle runs every 15 mins on the hour and half hour from the hotel and returns on the quarter hour from the airport. The front desk people at the hotel were very courteous. I used the hotel restrooms (spotless) and the business center while waiting. Booking online was simple with my credit card.
Would definitely make use of this service again.
We parked for a week while we visited for Thanksgiving. Our hotel charged $31/night so $7 was a steal. Ubered back and forth from my sons condo. No city street parking hassles, no overpriced hotel. Perfect.
The wait for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was more than an hour. Shuttles for other area hotels came and went at the designated stop multiple times. Sheraton Pentagon City shuttle didn't come for over an hour. Driver confirmed this and said it was traffic. There were 2 shuttle buses at the hotel but only 1 was operating - which no doubt contributed to the problem. This experience could be a deal breaker for me in the future.
We were in a rush and forgot to read the signs. The shuttle has specific times. They leave the hotel on the hour and half hour and pick up at the airport on the quarter hour and quarter till. So they will pick up from hotel at 9am and 9:30am. They will pick up at the airport at 9:15am ish and 9:45am ish. Other hotels we've stayed at come on demand, so once we got our luggage, we called and they said the shuttle will be there at 7:15pm and 7:45pm. We missed the 7:15pm by a few minutes , so had to wait about 30 minutes for next shuttle. If I'd realized I would have hustled more (my fault for not reading signs). I wish they had them on the wallet size card they give you, that would help! They were a couple minutes early from posted times advertised, we just didn't read the sign. We forgot something in their van when we left on vacation and they had it waiting at lost and found when we arrived home. Very friendly people.
The Sheraton Pentagon City Airport Parking is a hidden treasure for those flying out of Reagan National. Glad I found out about it on Airport Parking Reservations and will now search flight options out of this airport more often. It was so convenient and cost effective to park and use the Sheraton Pentagon City parking.
It was nice to know that there would be someone to pick us up after a long bumpy flight home. Nothing to worry about...just a smooth ride to the hotel!!!
Great experience using the reservation system for a long term parking at DCA. Got the shuttle on time as given in the information with the reservation. Will use it again.
Have the hotel keep better records. When I tried to pay, they could not find my information unless I pulled my email confirmation from my phone. There are time when traveling that papers get lost, so please have a back up if needed so that my information can be located.
This was better that parking at the airport and more economical.
Nice that the shuttle is for this hotel only, and not for a block of multiple hotels. Due to recent construction, driving from 395 north to the hotel is a little more challenging: you either have to take Washington Blvd. north to the Pentagon, and go west on Columbia Pike, or make a immediate (and illegal) merge across Washington Blvd. west to exit directly on to the street where the Sheraton is located. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes.
because I knew I had to take a shuttle from the economy parking to the airport, I figured why not save some money, park off airport, and just take a little longer of a shuttle ride? This was possibly the worst experience I've ever had at the airport. There was NO parking on the level I was supposed to be on (G2), so I had to go deeper into the garage. My van was too tall, so I scraped the top of it, and while trying to get out I hit my front bumper against the wall. I was then informed (a little too late) that oversize vehicles park in the open lot. Running late now for my flight, I need to take a cab to the airport. Uon our return, I had to walk from terminal C to terminal A to catch the shuttle as directed by the rint out. After waiting about 1/2 hour, the shuttle finally showed up. Then, of course, it stopped at the exact gate where my baggage was and I was originally. Like I said, the directions told me to catch the shuttle at terminal A. Try waking that far with luggage and recovering from back surgery where I have 5 fused vertebrae. I will never do that again and I will spend the extra money for the convenience of the economy parking.
Shuttle comes every 30 minutes. Leaves on th e1/2 hour from the hotel.
The parking lot was perfectly serviceable. I never had a wait for a shuttle. But you need to print your receipt!! This website never mentioned that until after I had hit the submit button and I don't own a printer. There was no time to go to Kinkos before my flight but luckily they let me pay once I came back. But be aware!
Late arrival of shuttle at airport to listed schedule for pick-up caused a concern, but overall a good experience.
Took longer than I expected to get through the line at the hotel to check in and took close to 30 minutes for the shuttle to show up.
Great value in DC
