I had a great experience with my first time using airport parking reservation service. I really found it suitable for all of my needs. I like it so much I am recommending it to my colleagues.
Sheraton-Pentagon City parking was good: check-in, parking, shuttle to DCA was great. Very friendly, courteous staff. Our return from DCA to the parking garage occurred at 11 pm...shuttles were all full and couldn't accept additional pax...wound up getting on the last shuttle at close to midnight. Check-out went fine. Recommend Sheraton consider taking reservations for returning pax in order to make shuttle planning more efficient and timely.
Drop off was uneventful. However, on our return, we waited at airport for 45 minutes. After he finally picked us up, the shuttle driver did not drive directly to parking lot, but passed the hotel's highway exit and continued on. When questioned, driver cited "construction". Then he passed the next exit and did not get off the main highway until my husband insisted. At that point, he exited, made a u-turn and got back on the highway to return to the correct exit at which there was no evidence of any construction. I'd rather pay extra to park at the airport or take a cab rather than experience this again.
Parking lot was fine. Only problem was the shuttle.
Worst Service i ever had. I waited almost for 30 mins for shuttle but never arrived. They say that the shuttle will run every 15 and 45 minutes but its not true. When i requested the shuttle it was 3:10, but the lady told it will start 3:30 and she was very rude. Please don't use Sheraton Hotel parking.
Airport pickup shuttle service was terrible. I waited 45 minutes. Driver stated it was due to traffic and I could see traffic flow and there was no traffic for the entire time I waited.
So after landing at DCA I waited outside in the cold for over an hour for the shuttle at door number 9 and they never showed. So after taking a cab to the hotel and sharing my frustration with the front desk they seemed they could care less because I wasn't staying with them. All I wanted was an explanation on why the shuttle never showed and they acted as if I had a third head. I will never use the hotel for parking or for business ever again.
I waited 15 minutes for the shuttle to leave the hotel. The staff said the shuttle driver would come in and announce himself so I didn't have to wait outside, but he did not and I ended up having to pay for an Uber to the airport or else I'd have to wait for another 30 minutes. Upon my return I called the hotel and asked that the shuttle stop at Terminal A as I had been waiting for a while and had trouble with the shuttle in the past, 15 minutes later the shuttle drove right by terminal A without stopping, I even tried to waive him down. I called the hotel and they said they would reimburse me for a taxi.
Just be sure to get an exit pass before you leave. They can look up your reservation easily. The first guy told me they would just let me out but the woman behind the desk told him to look me up and make an exit key. Super easy. Quick pick up. Good rate
I had quickly solved problem upon return but is was easily and quickly solved.
The shuttle left me going the airport while I was in the hotel waiting, then When I arrived I spent almost an hour and more waiting for the shuttle. I saw other hotel shuttle 6 more than six times before my shuttle to Sheraton Hotel Pentagon City
I waited at the airport for 1 hour and 45 minutes before the shuttle got there I called the hotel several times and the ladies who answered were very unfriendly and condescending I saw the old town Alexandra bus 3 times but the pentagon city shuttle never came by and the ladies on the phone said I must be at gate 5 or 9 and i told them I am there response was I must have missed the shuttle even thought I never went inside and instead of working to resolve the situation I was hung up on on the third time I called them.
This was a great option to paying the airport prices. It was quick and the parking lot was very roomy, well lite and easy to access. The shuttle was prompt upon our arrival.
Short trip to and from hotel in the shuttle. Friendly staff and we had a good overall experience parking at Sheraton Pentagon City.

Would have been excellent except for two issues: The shuttle wait time at the airport was almost 30 minutes (the hotel gave conflicting information on how frequently it picked up) and getting out of the garage took a long time (likely due to it being close to midnight and the staff was probably limited to respond to the parking lot buzzer)
I arrived to the parking lot before the shuttle started and did not need it. Upon my return, the staff were not helpful and were not friendly. The information they copied upon my arrival was not retained and they therefore did not have any record of my car being parked in their lot nor how much to charge me. I will not utilize this hotel ever again and I will inform my peers.
You need to send the shuttle to the airport more often. It gets crowded during the week.
