Present your confirmation and Pay for parking upfront and receive a hang tag as well as your exit pass from the front desk agent. Park your vehicle in the garage and enjoy our short shuttle ride to the airport. Shuttle hours are 5AM to 12AM, every 30 minutes.

    When had to wait on another bus because the first one was full. The driver said he would be right back to get. As we were waiting for him to return, another drive overheard saying we were going to miss our flight and offer to take us since the other drive was taking so long to come back.

    there was some confusion as to what gate to stand outside upon my return as there was a hotel shuttle sign but the hotel shuttle picked up one gate further. Also the driver did not help with luggage upon return though the driver from the hotel to airport did. I guess I could have asked for assistance upon my return.

    We had to get the attention of the Shuttle driver. He was a fine man but we were confused as to where to meet him. Every 30 minutes from Sheraton is not often enough.

    my return flight was significantly delayed, beyond when the shuttle ran, I had to walk >a mile to retrieve my car. I was not notified that the shuttle stopped running at a specific hour, waited 45 minutes prior to calling and being informed I was on my own for transportation. taxis had shut down by then as well. probably will never use your service again

    The service to the airport was excellent. The service back was horrible. The shuttle didn't come for an hour. The person at the front desk was rude when I spoke to her about it. She stated I stood at the wrong location… I was picked up an hour later (after I called) from that exact spot, which had a sign that read 'hotel' and the door was #5. I am extremely unhappy about the return service!

    As advertised. Shuttle every 30 minutes - maybe a few minutes late arriving at airport, but no big deal. Writing down what door to wait for the shuttle at Reagan will make it easier when you arrive. I will definitely use this again.

    Although our wait time seems long, the shuttle was right on time. It ran every half hour and we had just missed it. We saved paid 50% of what it would have cost to park at the airport.

    Getting to the airport from the parking location through heavy traffic involved a lot of weaving and driving that could have gotten the driver ticketed. They need to find alternate routes when they know the primary route has heavy traffic. When we returned home, we had to wait 40 minutes for a shuttle in freezing weather at a time when traffic was perfectly clear and there was no obvious reason for the delay.

    Shuttle Left 6 min early and subsequently I had to pay for a taxi to the airport. On my return arrival at the airport I had to wait outside 48min for a shuttle to arrive. Upon arriving back to the Sheraton hotel the garage was taped off and my car was behind tape due to some sort of construction (that had NOT started prior to my trip) making my exit extremely difficult. I will NOT use Sheraton Pentagon City service again.

    I had trouble exiting. There was no way to scan my paper receipt. I had to call to get the gate lifted, otherwise I would have had to pay $41. The exit process was confusing.
