    Because there are so many Sheraton hotels in this area, the drivers should have been more helpful in explaining which shuttle bus we needed to take back to the exact hotel where our car was located.

    Things ran smoothly overall with the shuttle leaving promptly and picking me up only about 3 minutes late. The shuttle attendant to the airport was not real friendly while the shuttle attendant that picked me up at the airport was extremely friendly and courteous. The front desk staff is always exceptional. Biggest downside is the frequency of the shuttle because it only runs every 30 minutes whereas many of the other lots have shuttles that run during peak hours either every 15 or 20 minutes. Really wish they would improve frequency because it seems like I always wind up missing the previous shuttle by 5 or 10 minutes and then have to wait 20 -25 minutes. Thus for individuals who do not like waiting for long periods for a shuttle I would recommend choosing a different hotel that offers more frequent service.

    The shuttle was prompt upon departure again but unfortunately we finished collecting our bags around 4:45 and the shuttle wasn't supposed to arrive until 5:10 thus we had to wait which was frustrating but then the shuttle was also 10 minutes late to pick us up. Not as bad as last time but still not perfect. To add insult to injury even though the parking garage is covered my car was covered in debris that looked like it came from construction. This is aggravating considering I chose this location because it was an indoor location and expected my car to remain clean. Overall an okay experience but must say that the Marriott Crystal City is a far superior location from frequency of shuttle to promptness of shuttle.

    The front desk staff were friendly and courteous and the shuttle did leave promptly every 30 minutes from the hotel to the airport. On the other hand, when I arrived back at the airport and called I was told the next shuttle would be there in 10 minutes. I waited at the hotel bus stop for 30 minutes before phoning the hotel again and was told that no one was waiting at the stop. Wound up waiting for almost 50 minutes for the shuttle. This was an extremely poor experience but at least the front desk offered to pay for a cab if I wanted but thinking the shuttle would arrive in about 5-10 minutes as promised on that 2nd phone call, I continued to wait. You live and you learn.

    Actually traveled over the 2011 Thanksgiving holiday not really expecting the level of promptness, courtesy, and availability of hosts and the shuttle drivers... on the way to the airport. Upon returning, I was a little difficult having to locate where the shuttle was and once we found them we were able to get back fairly promptly. Even got our flight cancelled, no fault of ours and the desk clerk understood our troubles and took care of the 1 day over we were. I'd use them again if I fly out of DCA again.

    Our arrival was delayed until 12:30 a.m. When we called about the shuttle the hotel clerk rather rudely informed us the shuttle quit running at 12:15 as it is not a 24 hour shuttle. We understand that but she certainly could have been more pleasant. Otherwise, the experience was positive and we will certainly plan to use this service again.

    I would use and recommend the Sheraton National hotel parking garage in Arlington, Va. again in the future. It was close, loved the shuttle service and above all - very reasonably priced!

    I had stopped flying out of Reagan because I could not find affordable parking. The Sheraton National lot is WONDERFUL!! Now, I have the option of Reagan and BWI. Thank You!!

    The shuttle was 15 minutes late picking up from DCA, and we almost didn't fit when it did arrive so almost had to take a cab, which would have negated the cost savings of parking off-airport.

    Everything was perfect until we had issues leaving the hotel property. The guardrail malfunctioned so we had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes until an attendent showed up to let us out from the parking garage. Other than that, everything was smooth sailing from beginning to end.

    It is imperative to ask whether your customers are waiting at the old national airport or the new wing of the airport in order to not have the shuttle bus drive pass the customer(s) as well as not have them waiting for the shuttle bus more than an hour to be picked up and driven to your hotel after their flight.

    The 1st driver on 7/2 did not put the A/C on for the passengers until he got in the van. It was 90 degrees outside! The 2nd driver was late but that was only due to rushhour traffic. He was very nice. I reserved the space until 7pm on 7/5, however, I was locked out of the exit as the ticket expired at 5pm and had to repark my car and go back inside.

    The Sheraton was great for parking my vehicle long term for two weeks while my family and I visited Washington DC! We actually didn't fly out of town but stayed at a hotel in downtown Washington DC near the National Mall. I refused to pay my hotels rates to park ($38 per night). So, I checked into my hotel and dropped off my bags. Then I drove to the Sheraton in VA and parked my truck. I boarded their brihgt red colored courtesy van to the Pentagon City Mall. I then caught the metro into downtown DC right back to my hotel I was staying. It was a sinch!! On top of the fact I saved overall $455 ($532 total to park at Marriott and only $77 total to park at the Sheraton). I used the metro the whole time I was in DC. I don't believe the Shraton offered "anytime in and out" service like available at the hotel in which I stayed, but we simply planned our trip to not have to use my vehilce at all. It worked out GREAT and the metro was easy!! I brought with me the receipt of deposit and fee I had paid to the Airport Parking service (like they instructed) and that amount was applied off the balance I owed. It was easy as pie to check in and just as easy to get it out! The lot was underground, and clean. I felt safe leaving my truck there and the video surveillance at the exit brought me comfort, too. I highly recommend this lot!

    Upon arrival back to DCA on 6-28-2011, there was some confusion. I was unaware that there were 3 Sheraton Hotels in DC near airport. I did not have my paperwork only my ticket claim for getting out of parking garage. I did not know that it was Arlington location. That piece of information would have been nice to ahead of time. If it were printed on claim ticket or someone at counter would have reminded of the Arlington location. Other than that issue, we will use your service again when traveling out of DCA. Thank you.

    I use this parking service often, this was by far the worst experience. The shuttle service was completely inadequate. When I arrived at the hotel I had to wait almost 30 minutes to be taken to the airport. When I returned I waited outside the shuttle never showed. I called the hotel, they told me to stand near door 5 and the shuttle would come in 15 minutes. It took 1.5 hours to get the return shuttle.

    The shuttle there was perfect, but the shuttle back was not. My flight landed at 11:24pm and I was at the transportation spot at 11:40pm. The shuttle came at 11:54pm and paused - I got up, looked at him, and walked to the curb - and then he kept going. I thought he may be just pulling up and so I walked toward that direction and he just kept going. So then I ended up having to take a cab b/c I knew they stopped running at midnight. And then that expierence took forever and was horrible.

    Gaddish at the Sheraton Crystal City location provided me with exceptional service. He went over and above to take care of needs. I was dropped off at the wrong hotel and he made sure I got to the correxct hotel in a timely manner. I will definitely use this parking service once again.

    I would have preferred it if our driver had not been using a hand held cell phone the entire drive. I don't know the laws in DC, but in our state, using a hand held phone while driving is against the law. No problem with him being on the phone, just rather him use a different type for safety.

    I used GPS to get there, but the satellite reception in DC is terrible which is not their fault. Other than that everything went very smoothly & I have no complaints. Would definitely use them again.

    I was extremely please with the parking lot facility. It was the first time using this facility and I was concerned that it would not live up to the advertised promises. However, the facility was nicer than expected, the shuttles were right on time and the price reasonable. The experience exceeded my expectations.

    The only problem I had was that the ticket provided to exit the garage did not work when I returned. I got stuck at the exit gate and had to call the front desk to get someone to help as there is not a cashier at the gate.

Present your confirmation and Pay for parking upfront and receive a hang tag as well as your exit pass from the front desk agent. Park your vehicle in the garage and enjoy our short shuttle ride to the airport. Shuttle hours are 5AM to 12AM, every 30 minutes.
