Airport Transportation

Services runs from 4:30AM until midnight. Shuttle leaves every 1/2 hour starting on the hour. After retrieving your luggage, customers should call the hotel to arrange pick-up from the airport. Please contact us at 718-460-6666.

    Our experience parking at Sheraton in Flushing was good. Everyone, from parking lot attendants to hotel staff (lot is connected to the hotel) was very courteous and helpful.

    A well run service. Courteous, professional, accommodating staff. Clean, comfy bus and beautiful hotel waiting area. On time shuttle. The only negative is that the attendants aren't answering the phone -probably out parking cars and there is no voicemail.

    Great location! 10 min drive to airport. Shuttle arrives and departs as advertised. No issue w/pick up @ airport. Cost is pricey. I've paid half the cost @ other major cities. Compare taxi cost before choosing to park near airport.

    This was a good idea as taking a limo sometimes takes you 4 hours to get home depending on where you live and it is not cheap. The only thing was that our flight was delayed and the last shuttle was at 12:30 and our flight landed at 12:32a. We had to take a taxi which was a harrowing experience with the driver's driving. Thank God the garage is open 24 hrs. The only thing I thought was unneccessary. We were charged $20 dollars for being 75 minutes late as our plane was late and we had to pay for another day. I didn't think this was fair as it wasn't like it was 3 days late. He could have given us a break.

    Positives - Indoor parking, friendly, courteous. Negatives - too far from airport, too long for pickup and then another 10 minute wait for them to retrieve car. Location is difficult to get to and from, especially with heavy local street traffic. I would need to add an hour at each end if I used them again, so I won't

    Was disappointed that shuttle service ends at midnight. My return flight was delayed extensively, as a result I had to get a cab to pick up car. Not the end of the world but somewhat of a hassle.

    It's a little farther from the airport than some other lots but they were very prompt with the shuttle. The drive to the airport was only about 5-10 minutes.

    Waiting time is up to 25-30 minutes as shuttle leaves on the hour. Too far away from airport and confusing drive between the airport and the highway.

    My car was scratched and they really didn't care and said it was that way she I pulled in and it was not. I had just gotten the front bumper completely replaced and it was brand new- not a scratch on it. Will NEVER park here again. Awful service, delayed shuttle, and my car was damaged. Terrible.
