Directions for "west tower" at Sheraton should be for "bay tower" as that is the name of the tower. I was confused and had to go inside and ask.

When I returned to pick up my car, I paid my fee using my American Express card. I also asked the attendant behind the desk to break a $20 so I could tip the fellow who retrieved my car. But the attendant behind the desk let my AMEX card slip under some papers. He didn't offer to return it to me. That is a bad sign. I had to ask him specifically to give my credit card back again. What will you do about this?

Shuttle was available immediately on outgoing flight and I waited 20-25 minutes on return at 8:30am on a rainy day. Averages out to the "Fair" answer above. Assumed weather and busy travel morning caused the delay. Overall, very satisfied with your service. Will use it every trip we take in the future! Our Return picup at the airport was longer than expected due to only one shuttle van running at that time. Our wait was 25 minutes from the time I called for pickup.
