The online registration process didn't allow one to go back and use reward points or credits from previous stays after the booking. It is not easy to use your credits but they do seem to "bank" and maybe next time I can figure out how to use them.
Sheraton is a fantastic place to park.
It made it very easy to get to the airport by me leaving my truck in your long term parking. One of my friends told me about your hotel, and that it was cheaper me leaving my car there then taking a car service which cost me $90.00 the last time. I will using your hotel again in any future trips. Thanks for making it so easy to get to the airport for my trip. :)
I was not happy with the pickup service at the airport. The driver had no idea that we had call for pickup at southwest. WE WOULD HAD TO WAIT LONGER HAD I NOT NOTICE THE VAN.
The shuttle took more than 30 minutes to pick us up at the airport. Have used this parking lot many times before and the cost over the holidays was double what I usually pay.

TThe shuttle did not pick us up from the airport. We wated 1/2 hour. We called the phone number provided several times once they said the van was in the airport. Another time they said both vans broke down. We finally took a cab to the hotel.

Personnel were very courteous.
They ran my credit card and said it was declined even though I just used it for gas. I told the clerk to try it again but he refused. I then called Am X and they said the card is in good standing as I thought.
Discount should be given to Starwwod preferred guests or bring back the old fees otherwise you will lose my business and maybe MANY OTHERS
Your attendants are kind, courteous and helpful. It is always a pleasure to visit your facility because I know that my car will be well taken care of and that if I have any problems, your employees will assist me with a smile. I look forward to our next encounter.
