I have been using the parking for some time now. Very please with the service and will continue using
TThe shuttle did not pick us up from the airport. We wated 1/2 hour. We called the phone number provided several times once they said the van was in the airport. Another time they said both vans broke down. We finally took a cab to the hotel.
Personnel were very courteous.
They ran my credit card and said it was declined even though I just used it for gas. I told the clerk to try it again but he refused. I then called Am X and they said the card is in good standing as I thought.
Discount should be given to Starwwod preferred guests or bring back the old fees otherwise you will lose my business and maybe MANY OTHERS

Excellent service, the shuttle drivers were very helpful and courteous, very little wait time. The hotel was easy to get in and out. I will use the Sheraton Shuttle Service EVERY time I travel out of Fort Lauderdale!
Highly recommend this parking hotel.
1. When we arrived at FLL, no one was available to take our call for the shuttle pick up. 2. We were not told there were 2 hotel signs at Terminal 1 so we went to the wrong pick up location; I had to chase the shuttle driver to make him stop. 3. We could not exit the Sheraton lot because staff neglected to turn on the ticket card reader; we had to wait for an attendant to walk to the parking lot. The Sheraton staff were simply not staffed up to take care of its Park and Fly customers. We felt like we were bothering the employees in order for them to do their job. Very poor first impression of the service.

I've used the Sheraton Shuttle service before and never had a problem waiting. This time around I had to wait 25 minutes outside the airport terminal designated area. Not fun after an entire day of traveling. Attendant advise shuttle was held up due to a train delay. I understand but this is my comment :)

took some time to get picked up from air port. when I tried to call back after waiting no one answered the phone after letting phoe ring for ten minutes. Then van finally arrived. Everything eventually worked out. I would use your service again.
I travel almost weekly and would like a reliable, safe, convenient and cost effective parking lot.
