    at the Sheraton it is great at the airport it is a madhouse at the pickup point --- all the hotels and other parking places pickup at the same place and is very confusing

    I Think ..... just food for thought, the Desk attendant should inform the passenger on arrival pick up from airport ,to be advise the color of the van for pickup .I've used the service over a doz. times, and was not informed that the pickup could be in a ( white) van instead of the (Red bus) it would help for a much more stress free & a more enjoyable experience . Thank You

    Everything was quick and easy, but I waited longer than 30 mins for the shuttle to arrive. Probably 4-5 other hotels and services came and left during that time. The same thing happened the last time I used Sheraton. I might have to think twice about using them again.

    When I picked my car up, i noticed a few black ants (which i had none of before) and as i was driving home more keep crawiling out of places. I now need to bomb my car for these ants. They definitely came from the parking lot.

    i have used Sheratons parking many many times and the service, rates, pick up and drop off are always 5 star. I would recommend them highly . Only one occasion lot was full but I eventually found a space.

    I waited 25-minutes at the airport for the return shuttle, and what aggravated me most was that other hotel and parking lot shuttles came and went as many as three times before the Sheraton shuttle came once. You'll need patience to avoid feeling abandoned and ignored.

    I wouldn't use this facility again, because I had to walk from my car to the hotel to take the shuttle. At other places they pick you up and drop you off at your car. The shuttle driver on my return didn't even get up to help me on the shuttle. There was no water on arrival or departure. I literally never spoke to one person during the whole transaction, except the driver to the airport was very nice. Also, it was unclear that we had to keep the ticket we picked up on the way into the parking lot. It was just by chance that I saved it in a place that I remembered 5 days later. I was also unaware that I would pay by machine on my way out. It all went off without a hitch, but I didn't feel comfortable about the experience as a whole.

    I had to wait 30 minutes for pickup at airport. The vehicle that came was small and packed with arriving and departing customers. There was just seating for the 2 of us, and barely enough room for our small carry-ons. If we had more luggage or if there were other passengers waiting there would have been an unpleasant problem or an even longer wait for some.When we arrived back at the hotel there were idle buses available. Wait time at the hotel was short, airport pickup was bad.

    The drivers were super attentive & nice. Even though other guests were rude to them - they were super nice in handling the situation. I work in hospitality & I was impressed by how they kept their calm when people are mean. I will use your parking at the Sheraton again! :)

    good experience on way to airport; bad experience on pick up from airport on the part on the front desk who never communicated proper pick up instructions resulting in our party waiting over a half hour it was late after all day travelling and we had one passenger with disabilities

    We do not think you have enough drivers as we waited close to 50 minutes to be picked up at FLL airport. The driver seemed to be the same guy who answered the phone at the customer service desk. He claimed the driver had left. Even though the airport traffic was crazy, I can's see how it took 50 minutes if he had truly left. Then he asked us "anything for the driver?" We had already tipped and he forgot that.

    Everything was great, except for the shuttle wait time. We use the service when traveling, but it has been getting worse. I called as soon as I deplaned, but still waited for 40 minutes for the shuttle. And no, there wasn't congestion or traffic because I saw the same shuttle (from another hotel) drive by 3 times.
