Fast, quik and easy. Located just outside the airport. Shuttle driver very friendly and energetic. Complementary ice cold bottle of water. Front desk clerk very friendly too. Over all excelent service.

We arrived from Europe the night of April 22 to find our 29 year old nephew had died in Utah and the service was in less than 12 hours. Your wonderful staff let us use the desk computer to try and find flights that would get us there for the service. They were kind, considerate, warm and caring and above all generous. We will never forget these remarkable people. They made a huge sorrow more bearable. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I used this lot for a trip I took in September. Great price, quick service to the airport. I had to ask person in hotel to let me out. The gate was trying to charge me a fee to get out of lot when I left though I had paid on line. Was an easy fix for hotel staff. I will use them again.

It took over 30 minutes for the pick-up shuttle to arrive. There was no attaendant at the exit and the gate tried to get me to pay again! All in all it SUCKED!!

The Sheraton is a great place to park when flying out of Ft. Lauderdale. It is near the airport, convenient, the drivers are courteous, and the whole process pretty painless. My only complaint was the wait to catch the shuttle coming back, but this is more a problem with the airport and where they let the shuttles go then it is of Sheraton. Would definitely use them again!

Had difficulty with where to insert card when leaving parking area. Had to ask one of the workers who said to insert it in area marked credit card. Very confusing.

The website stated that the purchase could be made cash or charge, but the concierge desk only accepted charge and the attendant who took my payment was abrupt, walked away and did not answer my questions. His fellow co-workers obliged. My return was much better. The driver was courteous and helpful; he took my ticket inside to get it validated.

I couldn't tell if the driver had smoked on the shuttle, but the presence of cigarette smoke was overwhelming and there was a pack of cigarettes in the cup holder. There is also a sign in the bus about gratuity. Gratuity is based on a job well done and should not be expected. I have used the Sheraton several times, and will continue to use them for my park and fly needs, but I was unhappy with my arrival needs this particular time.

Shuttle service from the airport back to the parking lot was horrible, we had to call twice to get picked up from the Airport and once the driver finally arrived he treated us like we where a pain in the ass.

There was a great lack of instruction for the actual process of where to park the car within the Hotel property and what to do once you were there or upon return. The phone number provided was never answered when calling prior to arriving.

We came to the stop and a man was calling and he said 2 more people have just come also. A half hour later I called and they said I hadn't called before. That doesn't cut it. The driver that finally came was very apologetic for everyone concerned.

For some reason, the shuttle from airport to hotel took close to an hour to pick us up. We were told that the shuttle dropped off departing passengers but never checked arrivals in spite of several phone calls.

There should be additional exit check-out. Customers had difficulty using the automated check-out, and since there was no attendent, exiting cars backed up. However, the value was outstanding, and the location very convenient.

The parking lot was full, but they moved some pylons and created a space. The ticket machine was broken so I didn't get a ticket. When I was ready to leave, I had to call the hotel to get them to open the gate since I didn't have a ticket to exit.

I couldn't leave the parking lot. I had to run inside the hotel at midnight and ask them to open the gate because the machine outside wouldn't let me out without paying (even though I already paid when I dropped off my car).

we had a previous problem with being double charged on our credit card when parking at this facility..we spoke to the facility people on this trip.they not only rectified the problem but refunded our overcharge.we will definately be using them again.
