The Westin Crystal City Hotel offers a great service and an economical alternative to on-airport parking close to Washington Reagan Airport. They have a shuttle service that runs every 30 mins and they are open from 5.00am to 11:00pm. When you arrive at The Westin Crystal City Hotel please go to the underground parking garage and take ticket at the entrance. Park your car in an available space then go to the concierge desk in the lobby and present your confirmation. You will need to pay the concierge at that point and you will get a paid ticket to be used at the ticket machine at check out. You will recieve assistance with your luggage. Once you have returned to DCA and you have collected your luggage, go to door #5 or #9 at baggage claim and look for the airport hotel shuttle bus stop. Look for the Westin Crystal City only.

This was my first time using this service, and I have to say I am very pleased. Like others have mentioned, the garage is tight, but I was able to park my minivan just fine. I had to search for a spot when coming in on a Friday morning, but the garage was pretty empty upon my return on a Tuesday night. I waited about 20-30 minutes for the return shuttle at DCA. The hotel is only about a 5 minute drive away, which is nice. Overall, everything was exactly as described by the hotel in their instructions. Hotel was easy to find. Will use this hotel parking service the next time I fly out of DCA.
This was so convenient for us and a better experience and value than taking the crowded airport shuttle to the economy lot. We'll definitely use again.

Almost all the parking spots were already taken at the Crystal City Sheraton i think I got the last possible place to park and it was not an ideal spot. I almost left the lot, because I was not sure if my vehicle would fit in the small spot available. To add to the difficulty, the spot was on the side access area/ramp area on a decline. After multiple maneuvers, I was able to position my vehicle into the spot with the assistance of my passenger to guide be back and forth. I was worried that I would not be able to park and might miss my flight. I had to drive around the small parking garage a couple of times to make sure I did not miss any other, easier spots to fit into. No others were available. I was surprised by the lack of parking spots and that I had to park between 2 large vehicles on a decline. The directions for the shuttle at DCA state to go to doors 2 and 7, but a Hotel shuttle was located just outside of the baggage terminal pick up point. Better to just say: From the Jet Blue luggage point, go outside and look to the right for the HOTEL SHUTTLE van stop.
This was a great parking option for DCA and worked out very well for us in all respects.
1. Upon return, waited for nearly 1 hour because the van was full. The airport was not particularly crowded but the van is not big, and there's only one of them. 2. The parking garage was small, difficult to maneuver, and full. I needed to wait 15 minutes for a spot to free up. I used this service to save money over DCA Economy Parking, but it wasn't worth the differential I won't do it again.
The parking lot was packed and there were no "legal" spaces left. The hotel staff was great!
Very easy - just had to get to the hotel a little earlier than if we would have gone to the airport to park. I would use this service again for another long-term trip.
In my shuttle ride to the airport, I was informed that the shuttle picks up at Terminal A on the 15s and 45s. This was valuable info on the return trip. Parking was easy, but the ramps are a *bit* tight, as cars are parked on them.
Great place to park. Things worked out great for me parking there. When I walked out of the terminal, the shuttle was driving by. I waved him down, and I wasn't sure if he saw me. Evidently, he did, and waited for me to catch up to him. It was nice of the driver to be paying attention to the people waiting. Thank you.
Exit card was not working for me and at least 3 other customers resulting in 20 minute wait.

Parking was fine, shuttle when it was running was professional and timely BUT the shuttle stops at too early an hour - I arrived after the shuttle stopped, so had to pay over $11 just to get from DCA to the hotel, at that point parking at the airport or leaving the car at home is more economical

I was concerned regarding the parking at the Sheraton Hotel in Crystal City. No parking spaces were available when I arrived. Had to use valet parking. The parking spaces were extremely tight in that garage. Parking in that garage makes me nervous. Overall, the customer service was excellent in assisting me.
Great indoor, secure parking facility. Shuttle ran promptly on the half hour. Driver handled all are bags and was courteous. Will use again.
Very prompt and courteous staff. Amazing monthly rate! I will park here again hands down! Only issue I had was exiting the garage. The machine would not accept my ticket but no problem a staff member was there to assist us in minutes. Thank You!
