The Westin Crystal City Hotel offers a great service and an economical alternative to on-airport parking close to Washington Reagan Airport. They have a shuttle service that runs every 30 mins and they are open from 5.00am to 11:00pm. When you arrive at The Westin Crystal City Hotel please go to the underground parking garage and take ticket at the entrance. Park your car in an available space then go to the concierge desk in the lobby and present your confirmation. You will need to pay the concierge at that point and you will get a paid ticket to be used at the ticket machine at check out. You will recieve assistance with your luggage. Once you have returned to DCA and you have collected your luggage, go to door #5 or #9 at baggage claim and look for the airport hotel shuttle bus stop. Look for the Westin Crystal City only.

Easy to park. Hotel staff was helpful. Bus driver was great.
We had difficulty gettting out. Automated exit with no staff around. Using call button told rudely that we needed to turn around, go to Welcome Desk and get ticket validated. No where was this on Instruction Sheet. This complicated matters and made long transcon trip more time consuming and frustrating.
There were no spots available in the garage when I arrived with my reservation, but the hotel staff cheerfully arranged to have my car valet parked at no additional charge. The car was in perfect shape when I got back after a week. Shuttle drivers were great.
The only reason we had to wait a little while for the shuttle was because our luggage was delayed. The shuttles come every half hour and there is a covered waiting area outside the terminal.
Shuttle was on time and the driver and hotel staff were very courteous. Will repeat.
Great value compared to other options...I paid $41 for Friday evening thru Monday morning. Shuttle time was okay on Friday
Good option for travelers, but the garage is a little crowded as quite a few spaces are being used to store construction materials for renovation of part of the hotel. Otherwise, the staff was extremely helpful. I walked out of the airport on my return only to see the shuttle driving off. I called the hotel and they relayed a message to the driver and he looped around to pick me up! Bravo!
Really great. I use this service quite a bit and this is one of the best lots. 100% pure professional all around. I think we all wish hotel shuttles ran a bit more often, they run one every 30 mins. I happen to grab mine in about 15 mins. But could have been a longer wait. But almost all the hotels take at least 10-20 mins or longer. Super clean garage, very well lit, great staff.

Every thing that Airport Parking Inc was responsible for went extremely smoothly. You get an overall Excellent. The Westin did everything perfectly until we tried to drive out of the garage. I put my validated ticket into the machine only to see the charge doubled and the message,"CANNOT FIND YOUR COUPON". After several tries I backed out of line to let the driver behind me try. He had the same result. I then walked up the hill to the concierge who re-validated my ticket and told me to try again. If this did not work, push the Information button, she told me. I tried again, no help. I pushed the Information button, someone was able to manually open the gate. Aftrer a 40 minute delay we were on our way. There was no garage attendant. So why, at the very least, was there no one monitoring remotely what was going on? I am 70 years old. I contracted your service for good reason. Not a good experience.
Directions were correct and the underground garage parking was well lit and in good condition. There were no parking attendants as such---you go into the hotel when you arrive, and again when you leave. The front desk will validate the parking ticket you obtained from the machine when you entered the garage. Another good feature is that this location is only a block from the Crystal City Metro station. Therefore, let's say you're going to be taking Amtrak rather than going to the airport---you can take Metro to Union Station. Just be aware, if you're carting heavy luggage, that the Metro station is underground, and sometimes the escalators do not work.
This is a good value if you are going to be away for several days. Cheaper than airport long term parking.
Everything about the parking was perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience. However, the shuttle pick up at the Reagan national airport was a little frustrating. The paperwork says Terminal A is where you need to go catch the shuttle. I came in at Terminal B and called to make sure before walking all the way to Terminal A. The very nice hotel desk clerk confirmed Terminal A was where I needed to be. In the process of walking all the way to terminal a, I missed one shuttle so my wait was a little longer. The shuttle came, driver was very nice, and we proceeded to drop people off at the other terminals. Then to my surprise, the driver looped back through each terminal to pick up any riders that were waiting. I asked him if he always picked up at all three terminals and he said absolutely! Long story short, I could have just waited at my terminal B for the shuttle! I suggest that the paperwork be changed to indicate that you can wait at any terminal and hotel clerks need to understand that when people call. I am a very patient person so it was not the end of the world for me, and I learned for next time. But some people may not be so forgiving!! All that being said, the overall experience was excellent and I will definitely use your service again. Thank you!

I enjoy parking at the Westin Hotel. Car was safe and undamaged. Personnel was helpful before and after my trip. Will use them whenever I travel.

There was no parking lot attendant when we dropped off and picked up our car. The valet was friendly and told us everything we needed to know when we dropped off our car. It was a good experience.
On my way out it took 5 minutes. On my way back, even though it may say it is every 15 minutes, the shuttle took about 45 min. I figure it was the last one of the day since it was close to 11 pm. Otherwise, the process was very smooth and everyone was very friendly.
Used the Westin Hotel parking. It was so easy. The shuttle was right at the hotel for departure to the airport.
