The shuttle literally left us standing in the rain when we returned home. When I called the hotel attendant, who I spoke to twice before shuttle arrived (and left) they said take a cab. I took a free shuttle, metro train and walked to the hotel, then went back to the terminal for my family.

Shuttle took 35 minutes to arrive. Each other hotel had 2 or 3 buses in the interim. 10-15 minutes is the maximum that should exist.

Hotel door locked (requiring room key) until 5 and no concierge available at 5 -- first shuttle run to the airport that I need to use for an early flight. Handled payment to concierge upon return.

My whole experience with airport parking at the Sheraton Crystal City from the ease of setting it up online and actually parking my car, the warmth and helpfulness of condierge staff, the cool and clean van with cold bottled water handed to me by the driver the minute I got in after my return flight, the quick 5 min trip to Reagan, upon my return was such a pleasure!Just a piece of cake. I will never do it any other way! Thank you!

Great price and close to airport. I had trouble when I got back and could exit with my prepaid ticket. I had to wait for someone to help and was holding up people wanting to exit. There has to be an easier way to do that.

Shuttles where in really good shape. The parking lt was under construction and it was really hard to move around. I had to do 2 point turns to be able to make the turns.

The parking lot/garage was under construction and over the week that my car was parked the construction area had moved to near my car, resulting in a dusty, oily film covering the vehicle and making for difficult clearing of the windshield as I was driving home in wintry conditions.

Please go to the underground parking garage and take ticket at entrance. Park your car. Go to Concierge desk in lobby and present your confirmation. Pay Concierge and you will get a paid ticket to be used at the ticket machine at check out. If you stay longer than your reservation, you are responsible for the difference and must see the concierge prior to leaving the lot to pay the additional fee. This program does not apply to the hotel Guests.
Airport Transportation:
FREE shuttle bus departs hotel every 30 minutes between 5AM to 11PM. Sheraton Crystal City Hotel Garage is conveniently located at 18th and S. Eads St. across from Crystal City Metro Station Shuttle service every 30 minutes.
Operation Hours:
Open 24 hours. Shuttle runs from 5:00AM to 11:00PM.

The Sheraton Crystal City Hotel offers a great service and an economical alternative to on-airport parking close to Washington Reagan Airport. They have a shuttle service that runs every 30 mins and they are open from 5.00am to 11:00pm. When you arrive at The Sheraton Crystal City Hotel please go to the underground parking garage and take ticket at the entrance. Park your car in an available space then go to the concierge desk in the lobby and present your confirmation. You will need to pay the concierge at that point and you will get a paid ticket to be used at the ticket machine at check out. You will recieve assistance with your luggage. Once you have returned to DCA and you have collected your luggage, go to door #5 or #9 at baggage claim and look for the airport hotel shuttle bus stop. Look for the Sheraton Crystal City only. DO NOT Take Sheraton National or Sheraton Alexandria bus.
