The Westin Crystal City Hotel offers a great service and an economical alternative to on-airport parking close to Washington Reagan Airport. They have a shuttle service that runs every 30 mins and they are open from 5.00am to 11:00pm. When you arrive at The Westin Crystal City Hotel please go to the underground parking garage and take ticket at the entrance. Park your car in an available space then go to the concierge desk in the lobby and present your confirmation. You will need to pay the concierge at that point and you will get a paid ticket to be used at the ticket machine at check out. You will recieve assistance with your luggage. Once you have returned to DCA and you have collected your luggage, go to door #5 or #9 at baggage claim and look for the airport hotel shuttle bus stop. Look for the Westin Crystal City only.

This facility and service enhanced the enjoyment of our trip. It was easy to access, and left us with a sense of security. The whole process went smoothly. The van driver was professional, polite, and helpful.
Westin parking is great!!
Shuttle time going out was only 10, but he was late compared to the schedule, not sure why. Coming back called hotel when outside hotel shuttle signs at airport, said shuttle leaving now. 1.5 miles took about 25 min to get there. There were no parking lot attendants, you should have a N/A there. Little different process as there was no attendant going out so I had to go to the car first, pull out ticket, then go back up to desk and get validated then back to the car. (extra five minutes)
I would use this service again and tell all my friends about it.
The airport pick up instructions were wrong. It told us to go to Terminal A door 5 but that was not what the shuttle was stopping at.
I wished both drivers (to and from the airport) drove slower and a bit safer. They drove as if there wasn't anyone else in the large van.
Need to explain that you need to go to lobby to have ticket scanned before exiting
I had no issues with finding a good parking space. Got to and from the airport quickly. Service was good. Pricing was reasonable. Would use again.
I am glad I found this site to reserve my future airport parking in advance, however I had a terrible experience with using Westin in Crystal City and will never use that facility again for parking and neither staying at the hotel just from my experience. First impressions means everything. After getting my luggage and going outside to wait for the van which was 5pm about 15 mins I saw the van, but there was another hotel van sitting there, instead of the Westin driver coming around and getting out of the van asking if anyone was going there he just drove pass the stop and I'm yelling wait but he didn't hear me I guess and kept going. Even though I was upset by what happen I knew I had to wait until he came back around which was about 5:45pm and I couldn't believe it.. it almost happened again as another hotel van was there and he went around and was passing us by but I yelled louder this time for him to stop so he did. He was sooo rude and I told him that he passed me by the first time and just stood there in my face and said I do not get out of the van and I said you should to see if you have any passengers and he then said I'm not going to argue with you. Once we got to the hotel realizing I might report how rude he was he then apologize only for me having missed the first shuttle. The other issue I had was I went to the desk upon arriving at the hotel with my parking receipt everyone was so busy that when I asked one of the agents behind the desk he said just keep it. When I went to exit the garage there was no one there just a ticket machine so I could not give it my printed receipt. Just a bad experience all around.

This was my first time using this service, and I have to say I am very pleased. Like others have mentioned, the garage is tight, but I was able to park my minivan just fine. I had to search for a spot when coming in on a Friday morning, but the garage was pretty empty upon my return on a Tuesday night. I waited about 20-30 minutes for the return shuttle at DCA. The hotel is only about a 5 minute drive away, which is nice. Overall, everything was exactly as described by the hotel in their instructions. Hotel was easy to find. Will use this hotel parking service the next time I fly out of DCA.
This was so convenient for us and a better experience and value than taking the crowded airport shuttle to the economy lot. We'll definitely use again.

Almost all the parking spots were already taken at the Crystal City Sheraton i think I got the last possible place to park and it was not an ideal spot. I almost left the lot, because I was not sure if my vehicle would fit in the small spot available. To add to the difficulty, the spot was on the side access area/ramp area on a decline. After multiple maneuvers, I was able to position my vehicle into the spot with the assistance of my passenger to guide be back and forth. I was worried that I would not be able to park and might miss my flight. I had to drive around the small parking garage a couple of times to make sure I did not miss any other, easier spots to fit into. No others were available. I was surprised by the lack of parking spots and that I had to park between 2 large vehicles on a decline. The directions for the shuttle at DCA state to go to doors 2 and 7, but a Hotel shuttle was located just outside of the baggage terminal pick up point. Better to just say: From the Jet Blue luggage point, go outside and look to the right for the HOTEL SHUTTLE van stop.
This was a great parking option for DCA and worked out very well for us in all respects.
1. Upon return, waited for nearly 1 hour because the van was full. The airport was not particularly crowded but the van is not big, and there's only one of them. 2. The parking garage was small, difficult to maneuver, and full. I needed to wait 15 minutes for a spot to free up. I used this service to save money over DCA Economy Parking, but it wasn't worth the differential I won't do it again.
The parking lot was packed and there were no "legal" spaces left. The hotel staff was great!
