Shuttle at hotel did not run when we returned. Would've been nice to know the shuttle hours prior to making reservation. Overall I like using your service.

All information I could possibly need was included in the print-out / receipt. The people were very friendly and helpful and I would absolutely park here again when flying out of DCA. My only negative is the parking garage was a bit small and tough to navigate, but I suppose that's DC!

Sam is terrific! The parking is reasonably priced and convenient. The shuttle buses themselves seemed a bit ragged compared to the ones that the other hotels nearby used.

Shuttle service wasnt available at 4 AM so had to take cab. Staff at loby said I had to pay at the end of the stay, but guy at end of stay said I should have paid up front! Also, came back at 2 am and staff said they had to do audit so I couldnt pick up my car for 2 hours.. Had to change all my plans when I had returned.. Major inconvenience!

The 1800 Jefferson Davis Highway address, while official, is not the point of entry to the hotel. It would be most helpful to indicate to your customers the exact address they need to enter on their GPS systems.

The process to book the reservation was seamless. And upon arrival, we were directed accordingly and upon return, pick-up was easy.

Parking garage was nice but the shuttle service is super slow. Waited at least 30 minutes when I was coming back from DCA.

Parking here was a breeze. I highly recommend this garage when you are flying to and from DCA.

Need to streamline the check-in process (similar to Marriott Gateway Crystal City, where you pick up a ticket on the way in to the garage and pay on the way out of the garage). This hotel required prepay in the lobby, and the Courtyard required prepaid tokens in the lobby. This takes extra time, esp if you are running late.

Sheraton Crystal City Virginia could not process my credit card at the time I checked in. A hand written receipt was given to me and it was processed later. Upon return, my gate ticket did not open the gate - an attendant had to come and open the gate.

Hotel bell desk did not know how to handle the reservation too well.. I am glad I specifically asked for the receipt because they forgot to validate my parking!!

I would not pay entire cost on line as plans change a lot, most of the time I add extra days, but several times I have come come early.

The shuttle literally left us standing in the rain when we returned home. When I called the hotel attendant, who I spoke to twice before shuttle arrived (and left) they said take a cab. I took a free shuttle, metro train and walked to the hotel, then went back to the terminal for my family.

Shuttle took 35 minutes to arrive. Each other hotel had 2 or 3 buses in the interim. 10-15 minutes is the maximum that should exist.
