    Had a great parking experience overall... Hotel staff was great! The driver dropped us off right next to the car and put our bags in our car. Highly recommended!

    Very disappointed in the desk staff when I called for the shuttle. Got hung up on, the attendant was very clipped and unprofessional, and we waited over half an hour in bitter cold without any apology or concern. The parking itself was fine, but the service was disappointing.

    Destination was Amtrak station. Apparently several are co-located at airports, or nearby. Because this hotel park site adjoins a property with which it shares a shuttle, there are many parking spaces.

    This was a bad experience. I had to wait over a half hour for the shuttle. Directions were not clear about where to stand either as the area marked is rather large but the shuttle only picks up in a particular part of the strip.

    There was no problem at all with the shuttle going to the airport. But the pickup from the airport was over an hour wait time. This was totally irritating.

    Shuttle to the airport is prompt with good service. Pick up from the airport is a totally different story. The wait is tooooo long (40min).

    Wish the wait for pick up at the airport could be shorter. It would be good if they have a fixed schedule (e.g. every 30 min) so a correct expectation could be set. Other than that, good service from the driver.

    The BWI Sheraton and Westin hotels were only running one shuttle bus. I waited 25 minutes for the shuttle bus; another man said he had waited 30 - 40 minutes. (The man was a guest -- not a long-term parker). I believe running two shuttle buses would have dramatically improved service.

    The only problem was the wait to be picked up. The First call the woman told me to stand outside our door on the middle island and look for the shuttle. After 30 min we called back and the woman told us we had to walk down 3 doors and wait there for the shuttle. we waited another 20 min there for a shuttle. The driver was good and nice.

    On departure, the Sheraton front desk clerk was new. She had to call someone from their break room for help so the "check in" took a lot longer than it did on previous visits. Then when she finally called for the shuttle, one was not available so it took another 20 minutes until the shuttle arrived. On return, the shuttle pick up at the airport was prompt.

    Hotel gave me a business card so I could call the shuttle. I did not have my cell phone with me. Called hotel for shuttle; no answer, got recording. Called three times. End up taking a cab to the Sheraton hotel to pick up my car. Big hassle and spent 1 hr at airport. Bad service.

    I had to wait an hour for the shuttle bus late at night despite repeated calls to the Sheraton's front desk. I made my first call at 9:18 p.m. and didn't make it to my car until 10:23 p.m.
