The driver to the airport was very rude. She was yelling at me as if I had did something to her.

The front desk at the Sheraton was very pleasant and the shuttle was already there when we checked in. My only concern was the shuttle on the way back to the hotel was very hot. The air conditioning seemed to be broken, but the driver was very nice.

i read a few others comments to reduce my tress experience at the airport ..it was very helpful and i will use you all again and refer others...it was my 1st leave my car experience and it was not stressful at all..thanks..TC

When you call for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, you should be put through to the driver of the shuttle or at least have a number to reach him/her at. They should also keep track of how many people they are expecting to pick up and count them when they pick them up. We missed the shuttle because we weren't sure where it was picking us up at but the driver left and didn't realize he didn't have everyone. They may not have come back for us if I hadn't called again.

Sheraton is a good parking place for its price and location, however when I call the hotel to take me back from airport, they made me wait for 20mins to pick me up and the pickup spot is not around baggage claim......

I had to wait outside at the curb at BWI for approximately 45 minutes for the shuttle on my return trip.

The drop-off driver Vernon was courteous and very informative. We waited about 10 minutes for him, which initially was annoying, but then we realized he was disinfecting the vehicle as someone inside had had the flu. He gave us the hotel's number on a card. Pick up was a bit slow on a Sunday night as it took 30 minutes from our call just as I got to baggage claim to when the apologetic driver arrived. All in all I liked the service. Remember that it is a hotel shuttle and NOT just an airport shuttle. Other guests may need to be dropped off elsewhere.

The service and cost were excellent, but directions were unclear. The online confirmation page should make it clear that the parking is behind the Sheraton Hotel. That's a bit unusual for satellite parking and we weren't expecting it. Still, we couldn't beat the cost and service. Thanks!

This shuttle took almost an hour to pick us up upon our return even though we called 15 minutes prior to (and immediately after) retrieving our luggage. We were told it could take up to 20 minutes. We called back when they hadn't arrived within 40 minutes and were placed on hold. The driver offered no apologies when they finally did arrive and the trip back to the lot only took about 7 minutes. We will NOT park there again.

The only difficulty was with the front desk. She did not provide a phone number to call for a pickup back to my car. I had to ask the driver when I was going to the airport. Also, the pickup point at BWI was not precise. When I called to be picked up, the front desk said to stand out by Exit 1. The truth was to go out exit 1 and turn left and go down about 100 yrds to the pick up point. With it being dark, I stood by exit 1 and the the driver was waiting 100 yrds down from me and I could not make out if that was my ride until they drove past me and then I could see that it was the hotel shuttle. It meant that I waited an additional 10 min.

Hotel Sheraton was unfriendly and rude. We waiting almost 25 minutes after we arrived and requested the shuttle for it to be at the hotel. Then the driver made us wait in the van while she talked to a friend for a few minutes - while we were running late. Then she talked over us to explain how we were in the wrong for being a bit dis-satisfied. The pick-up was excellent. The driver was very very friendly and the bus was there when we walked outside. I will not use the Sheraton hotel parking service again.

The only problem I had was with the shuttle. There was no air conditioning on my return trip and it was 90 degrees outside. Misarable ride for me and the driver. Karla Stover

This was the first time I used the Sheraton shuttle service. I found it to be reliable and efficient. Arriving on a late flight and being dropped off at my car was great. I felt safe and secure and that meant a lot to me. Thanks for providing this service.

Phone conversation about pick up was confusing. 3 calls to get it straight. Person on other end appeared in a hurry to hang up. Recommend asking for cell phone number to call back if can not find the person...?

I used the long term parking at the Sheraton BWI. On returning on 1/2/2011, I found that the passenger side window on my vehicle had been smashed, and items removed. No police report had been filed, nor had the broken glass in the vehicle or parking lot been cleared. The passenger side window was open to the elements for an unknown number of days. No attempt had been made to contact me regarding this. The front desk staff at the Sheraton acted like they were completly unaware this had happened. THIS IS COMPLETLY UNACCEPTABLE, AND I WILL NOT BE USING THIS FACILITY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANY PEOPLE OF MY COMPANY.
