    I used to love parking at the Marriott, but the rates have increased dramatically over the last couple of months. Getting the shuttle at the Marriott is quick, but I've waited quite a long time at the airport waiting to get back to the Marriott.

    All in all for my first time there it was a great and pleasant experience. I was a little confused about texting to have my car ready. There really wasn't enough time to do it before I was already there. That's a good thing.

    We had been gone for two weeks and had lost our ticket (or never received one). At the valet stand it took forever to sort among the keys and find ours. It seems there should be an inventory by name in the computer or some system for identifying keys and car location.

    I was instructed to call a # and enter a code. I called - message saying the it was inoperable. I felt awkward but asked the shuttle driver what to do. He took care of it. Then I waited again for the car to come up. Then I couldn't leave - the shuttle blocked the driveway. While I waited at the airport for the shuttle - a Doug Fox shuttle came by twice and most every other shuttle service came by. I won't use Marriot again.

    Had a great experience with the staff and shuttle. We actually forgot our car seat at the baggage claim, so we used the shuttle 2x in one day. The valet staff had our car ready and offered us water while we waited for the said car seat.

    when I booked my parking through Marriott, I thought the lot is covered, but it wasn't and also on their site it says that they do car wash for additional cost which its not through, their attendant told me they don't do that anymore. the wait time for getting picked up to go to airport was longer that I was expected as well.
