    Canadians STAY FAR AWAY from this place. This place is further than the airport (from Canada border) and is difficult to find. The valet service left a stinky garbage bag in the back of my SUV. I noticed it half way heading back to Canada and pulled my vehicle over to investigate. Could you imagine me crossing the border with a bag that I was unaware of? Conclusion: Stay away...You've been warned.

    I've parked around the airport many times, but it was always with a company that owned a shuttle. This group does not have a shuttle, they take you to the airport in your car and park it in the parking garage until they can drive it back to their lot. They only had one person working at the lot when we got there and two other customers arrived while we were there. One family didn't like the situation and left to find other parking. The other family followed our car with the valet driver and parked in the parking garage at the airport. The attendant seemed overwhelmed and it left us wondering if we would see our car again, but we did get our car back. We texted upon landing, then again at the baggage claim. They said they would be there in 12 minutes. It turned out to be 30 minutes. We got our car back in good shape, but I will use a company that shuttles to the airport in a van in the future, for peace of mind.

    Seatac valet was mixed in their service. Negatives: farther than we realized from airport, not well organized to process our payment in a quick manner, valet couldn't drive our stick shift car with adequate skill, valet not a great driver on trip to airport. On return to Seattle, they were prompt and polite in delivering our car to departure level.

    Friendly service, took 10 minutes to get from your parking lot to the airport (in minimal traffic). Returning, the delivery took 45 minutes from our phone call (instead of 30) due to traffic congestion at and around the terminals - not your fault. The driver was polite and handed the car over to us exactly as we'd left it. I removed one star for the following reasons: - Your sign (if you have one) is not visible at all from International Blvd; the only sign visible is for another company that also stores cars for airport patrons (at the same lot, with a different name and phone number). This made us worry that we were either at the wrong place or we'd been ripped off online. At 4 am in the morning, it would have been hard to change our plans at the last minute. At the very least, it's unprofessional. - Even though the traffic wasn't your fault, from our past experience, it would have been quicker to catch a shuttle back to a parking lot and get our car from there. However, if there had been no traffic and we had only waited 30 minutes, it would have been the same. It's just the luck of the draw.

    Awful service! We waited, with two kids, for two hours in the middle of the night for someone to show up to get us from the airport while being ignored when we tried to text/phone to find out what was going on. Finally, someone called us to say that we needed to take a taxi to their lot. When we got there, we had to personally move the two cars (other customers') that were blocking ours in order to get our car. We did get a refund from the owners but our time is worth much more than the refund.

    I have used this service a few times in the past and always had a pleasant experience. Everyone is professional and accommodating. My on,y gripe would be to figure out the staffing situation a little better as it seems like there are usually only seem to be three guys working which sometimes has you or another customer waiting at the airport or at the parking lot. Other then that minor gripe it's a top notch service for a price you can't beat.
