NO ONE WAS @ PARKING AREA ? SEVERAL PEOPLE WAITING , JUST LOCKED MY CAR AND HAD TO LEAVE ! BAD EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY !
The staff were wonderful. Very friendly. However, We were told when we left for our trip that they would be at the airport to pick us up on arrival. I asked if I should call when we arrived to set up pick up but were told that they would be watching for our flight to arrive on the website and would know. Thus, I didn't call. When we arrived they were not there and I was told that we were supposed to have called. Just some simple miscommunication but it resulted in us waiting at the airport for almost 1 hour. They were very friendly to deal with though~
Now we know the location, it will be easy to use this business again. Excellent, friendly service!!!!!
This company is poorly organized and staffed. They sent Uber to pick me up from the airport as their own staff had an "errand to run". The Uber driver didn't even know my correct name or where he was taking me. Add to that, when I got to the parking lot where my car was parked, my car was blocked in the back fence area by dozens of other cars. It took over an hour for the parking attendant to get my car out. I returned a week earlier than I paid for, but no refund of that extra week has been offered. In addition, when I got home, I got two telephone calls from this company asking me to pay some ridiculous bill that I didn't owe. I guess they finally figured out they had the wrong customer as, after the second call and telling them twice I paid before I left Seattle, I got no more calls. My advice - avoid this company no matter how low the price they charge might be.
The lot has a very small sign, so we drove by it the 2nd time. They don't have a shuttle - they use hired cars, we were in a Yukon. The driver missed the sign too. The pickup was great, we waited 10 minutes, and they brought our car to us, so that was nice. I'd allow a few extra minutes to get to the airport
Text message told me to go to airport parking lot after I already arrived at valet parking lot. Knowing where I should be when car was dropped off was confusing and then car drove past me so I had to run after it. Finally worker did not have a credit card reader so transaction was very slow.
So the supposed SeaTac Valet parking is nothing more than a glass shop with a phone # that you call and get a voicemail that's full. Lot was fenced up and locked, so couldn't even park there and had to scramble to find somewhere else. The lot is also further away than most other parking services, so for the hassle and chance you get shut out like me, don't even bother. What a scam. Again, STAY AWAY from SeaTac Valet. You'll end up getting a locked gate like me.

A sign would be good to make first-time use easier, especially when its dark. The service was good but the lot could stand a little care. Broken glass was heavy in the roadway into the parking area.
Had we called 30 minutes before arrival as they suggest, we wouldn't have waited for the trip to the airport.
It might be a problem with my GPS, or it could be an incorrect address - not sure which, but I had trouble locating it the first time I was there.

The long wait time was due to my flight being very early. The overall service was excellent. The driver did a good job in traffic and fog.
It is so nice to come home from a long day of travel to have such great service. Not only were the staff great, but they even helped scrape of the ice on our car!! Once again, thank you for great service!!!
It was so nice to deal with friendly happy poeple durinhg the stresful time of travel. Having my own car brought to the airport was a treat!
They only have a little sandwich board sign by the door and no sign from the road. We spent 20 minutes circling around looking for the lot. You have to check in at the glass store so it's very confusing. Checking in at another business made things unorganized and made me feel like this company wasn't very reputable.
The only reason for the Shuttle wait time was on us. We arrived 2 hours after we informed them we would be arriving. Returning they brought our "warm" car to us so we could get on the road sooner. Loved the app showing us where the driver was. We will use them from now on!!! Thank you for great service and making our trip less stressful!!!!
Parking lot is part of glass doctor. A few cars parked there. Didn't feel very safe, although the attendant states there is someone there 24/7. It is fenced. Pick up to airport was fast and arrival was timely. Pick up from airport took 30 minutes and then another 20 minutes to get to the lot and on the road. Just too long for me in the future.
