It was so easy to just park at the airport and drop off my keys. I didn't have any wait to get my car back.
I did not see the parking lot because with this service you park in the SeaTac. Parking garage. We had curb pickup service with our own car. No shuttle to use. This service is great especially for us because my spouse is handicap.
front door service was good. parking garage was o k but it belongs to Sea-Tac
It was a little confusing trying to figure out how it worked. Now that I know it will be much easier next time around.
Dropping the car off was simple and the system of texting arrival info worked exceptionally well. We've now used SEATAC valet 3 times and they are now our default choice when we leave the car at the airport.
This was about the easiest way we've ever parked at the airport. I typically go to a park N Ride, then catch their shuttle to the airport and what not. What a waste of time! I'll continue with this parking method at the airport. And your car isn't left at the airport, which is what I originally thought.
An interesting idea - you park your car in the airport garage and then drop your keys off in the terminal and call them with your return flight info. Our receipt said we were supposed to pick the keys up at the same place, but they weren't there when we went to pick them up. We called & they said the keys would be there shortly... then they called back and said someone would pick us up at the curb. After about 45 minutes or so he finally showed up and apologized and said he didn't have our flight info (which I had called and given them, and they sent a text to confirm). Then I realized they charged us the full amount and didn't credit the deposit we had already paid. So I called the next day and they refunded the deposit (minus a dollar). Not a big deal, but it just added to the rest of the disorganization. If it were a one time thing, or if they had offered a coupon or discount to acknowledge their mistakes I might be inclined to use them again, but it sounds like others have had similar experiences. I'll use an off-airport lot next time.
This is very good vele parking , you will get the car the moment you reach the gate, I have only one suggestion those , It will be so easy if you provide more details about where to drop the key like store name and location on main page , Because I was hasitate to book initially as After booking only I came to know where exactly we need to drop the key so there are lot of customer may not come back due to this lack of info.
I would definitely use this service again.
We dropped our car off at the Airport parking lot and 2 weeks later an attendant brought it right to the curb for us - amazing service!
The parking is in the general airport parking lot, and it was the normal parking experience. Got lucky and found spot next to elevators. But it was the great treatment by the parking service is what made the experience so great.
Used valet servicr
I was nervous because I never used valet before, but the instructions were easy! I was able to park at the airport drop the keys off and head to flight. No shuttles! When I got back the driver was there before me! Very friendly. Will use again!! In fact about to book now
This review is a little skewed because there is no shuttle, Ben is the contact person and is very timely in getting the car to us. I've used him twice and it works great!
it was a great experience. The staff brought our car to the curb and we could just drive home. We didn't have to carry our luggage(we had 7 pieces) to the shuttle, out of the shuttle and to our car. so efficient and quick. about 5 - 10 minutes at the curb and we were driving home. Fantastic service.
The service was outstanding, park at the airport, drop off your keys, let them know when you are coming home and your car comes to you. I had to wait only 5 minutes for my car to arrive, but I think that was because of traffic. The driver was just awesome, she loaded all our luggage in my car for and was very friendly. Would recommend.
We used the valet service where we drove straight to the Seatac parking garage and dropped our keys as well as the parking stall number with the gentleman at the storefront. Next time we will try to park closer to the storefront....our lack of experience. Then upon arrival, they had our car waiting for us at baggage claim. It was a wonderful service! We arrived at a late hour and have small children, so it was great not having to wait for a shuttle. I definitely recommend this way of parking!
This is a quick and convenient parking option, especially with the ridiculasly long TSA security lines at Seatac.
Parked right at the airport parking...convenient.
Seatac Valet Parking has nice people, but they totally forgot my return flight and it was an hour before I got my car. I could have been home in that time. The way it works is you drive right into the Seatac airport parking garage, and pick a parking spot. You then drop off your key, parking ticket, and stall number at a gift shop in baggage claim. They come get your car in the garage and drive it to their own third party parking lot. When you fly back you call them and they bring your car curbside by baggage claim. I was under the impression that they were part of the Seatac Aiport Parking but they are not. Nice people but I would be cautious of this service.
