    Originally I had a shuttle from Edmonds to Seattle set up even though I knew the cost would be much higher than using the parking here. However, I figured I would give it a shot since I could save some money for the holidays. I got there at exactly 4:30 am since I like to get to the airport on time especially right before Christmas. I pulled up my reservation on my phone that said it would be a total of $77 for my 10 day parking. The guy behind the desk told me it was actually going to be $89. I began to ask him why and his response was along the lines of how they don't follow what's on the website anymore and 'it needs to be taken down.' Since I just wanted to get to the airport I just said, Alright man go for it and accepted the 89 even though it made absolutely NO sense. I sat on the couch waiting to be driven to the airport. In the meantime, another man showed up and the exact same thing happened with him. He got upset about the price increase and started arguing. Then he said he remembered being there a couple of years ago and they had done the exact same thing to him there. The man behind the counter and him got into a heated argument until the guy behind the desk was telling the customer, "You know you don't have to park here, you can go somewhere else." The customer said he would stay and as he was being rung up he decided he didn't want to stay there anymore and told the guy behind the counter that what he was doing was incorrect and against the law. (Who knows what's actually going on here but being a 25 year old girl at 4 am in the lobby, it felt very uncomfortable.) I sat there until 5am.... nothing. Finally at 5:15 one of the guys asked the guy behind the desk to take me and they agreed that I could finally be driven to the airport. Because I felt SO uncomfortable I hadn't asked them to drive me since it was just.... sketchy? On the drive the driver was telling me how the guy behind the counter gets in trouble for going to Jack in the Box and doesn't have a license and who knows what else. Honestly, it just felt extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I am a very easy-going person but man, it just was really weird. If I had had another person with me maybe I wouldn't have felt the way I did. Just my own personal experience where I would much rather have paid $170 on a shuttle from Edmonds that took me directly there and made me feel safe and comfortable. As far as my car goes, that whole situation was fine. So... that's my experience at this place. Might have been a once in a lifetime thing and if you are a guy staying here I am sure you would feel totally ok with it all. I just had a really uncomfortable hour and fifteen minutes there.

    At drop off at the parking lot, the attendant insisted that the price offered on the app is only good for 2 days and charged additional $1 for each of the 10 additional days. I showed him the app and the "guaranteed rate" and he would not honor it. Without enough time I just gave up after 5 minutes of arguing with him. In addition, the shuttle driver was curt, discourteous, and unhelpful. It was singularly the worse airport parking experience I've encountered of 15 years of parking at SEATAC. I highly recommend you drop them from your listing.

    Parking would have been great if the original price was honored and if not should have been delt with but instead I was asking to deal with it myself. Would not recommend this place.

    Took over 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. The cars are packed in like sardines, couldn't walk between them even. We'll not choose this place again.

    Good, reliable lot. My friend (who travels a lot and always parks here) recommended it and we had a good experience and would use it again!
