It took 55 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport. Then when I went to get my car they had parked another car in frobt of mine so I had to walk the entire length of the lot 3 times.

Everything was as stated. It's always good to return from a trip and find your car ready and waiting for you in the condition it was in when you left. I would use this parking again in the Sea Tac area.
Parking lot at the address location is small. They take our car key and park it offsite in a different lot somewhere that I did not see. They bring the car back before picking us from airport and that adds a few minutes to the wait time for pickup.

On the way to the airport I had no waiting time and the driver was really nice but on the way from the airport back to the parking lot I did not call from my phone although I should have as the line was busy when I called from the waiting area phones . I waited for 25 mn for the shuttle and there was no traffic as it was after 9:30pm.
Little cramped for space but everything was ok when I picked it up. By the time the shuttle had me back my car was already out front and it was quick and easy to head home
This is one of those cases where you get what you pay for. The shuttle drivers did not say a word to us, even when we would try to initiate conversation. They moved my car without telling us they would do that. When we went to pick up my car they didn't even tell us where they moved it and just said in the back. I had to moves cones out of the way to get my car out of the lot. The cars were so close together out bags wouldn't fit so I pulled the car by the check in area so we could load them. I was trying to install my sons car seat when another car was pulling in but couldn't fit because there were so many cars parked in places that weren't parking spots. The front desk attendant came out and told me I was in the way... Like I didn't already know that and wasn't trying to hurry. We parked at Econo Lodge on our last trip and I would recommend spending an extra dollar a day and parking over there instead of here.
Need to leave every 15 min. instead of 30 min. esp. when clents in a bind time wise....should have two vans for that reason ready to go. Other than that ok....
waited over 30 minutes for the van to pick me up at the airport to return to my car. If it was going to be that long, it would have been nice if someone had let me know that when I called for the van

It is a fair distance from SeaTac, but it was cheap and the people were nice and the shuttle service good.
This was my 2nd time using this lot. Very satisfied. I will use again.

30+ minutes shuttle wait time after arrival at pickup island and once reached the parking lot, had to wait another 30 minutes for cars to be cleared and my car to be retrieved. 1 hour waste of time for entire family.

The information on the on-line ad stated that this lot was a "self parking" lot and not a valet parking lot. I do not want stangers driving my car. Also, I had to sign a document stating that I waived all responsibility for any and all damage to my car. I do not drive a rent-a-dent car, and will not use this facility again.
This hotel looks like a shady place but I have never had any issues with the safety of my car. Just like any lot they make you call when you are waiting at the curb instead of calling ahead. Just like every parking lot you have to call they exaggerate when the driver left to make you feel good about waiting. On the way to my flight they didn't delay, but on the way home it was about 20+ minute wait.
I had a bit of a mixed bag experience, as certain aspects of the experience were good, and certain ones were not as so. Let me start off by saying the customer service was very good; both the driver and the cashier I did were polite and friendly. I was running late, and the driver went above and beyond to ensure I got to my destination in a timely manner. However, I felt like the lot itself was rather hard to find unless you have a GPS; I don't, and trying to find it was a very aggravating experience. Also, their system for arraigning cars involved a lot of moving and re-parking cars, so the wait time picking up my car was quite long. Overall, a satisfactory experience, but there were notable flaws.
shuttle runs on half hour not every 15 minutes as the web site states. parking was not at the shuttle site we had to give/leave our car keys with the car as they drove the car somewhere else for the time we were gone. web site needs HONEST updates. not sure that we would have parked there if we knew someone else was driving our car to who know where before or after parking it and did they drive the car any time while we were gone and re-park it?
