I am waiting for too long to the airport and back to the parking lot after I have done my trip.
Very accommodating and convient parking.
We would not use this company again. Very nice people at the front desk at the Value Inn. We left our car for 2 months, the price was OK, but I do not think the facility is secure. It is just an open parking lot at a low end motel
DO NOT USE THIS PARKING!! I called for a pick up shuttle at 12:30 am. 27 degrees outside. I was told 20 minutes which seemed rather long since so many shuttles were arriving between 5-10 minutes. After 30 minutes I called again. I was told to wait another 15 minutes. by now everyone else was gone having been pick up long ago. After another 15 minutes I called again and was told to wait another 10 minutes. Finally I took a taxi cab from the airport to the Valu Inn. They would NOT even give me a discount.
I have parked several places at Seatac airport. But I am giving it 1 star to this facility because of the following: 1. The guy who handled the paperwork made a mistake in entering of dates. They could not find the filled in online paperwork (poor work) 2. The shuttle driver was nice (One star for him). 3. When i returned, I had to wait more than 30mins to get a shuttle after calling (less frequency of shuttle, whereas other facilities had their shuttle made 5 rounds during that time) 4. They could not find my reservation or the car, even though i had yellow ticket. 5. After waiting another 15 mins they found the car and then it took another 15 mins to bring the car from a lot. 6. I finally got the car at 11pm when i had landed at 9:30pm. [Bad] experience!!!! Will never park at this facility ever.
The parking attendants were not very friendly and they didn't have one day option.there should be a map on your site that shows how far it is to the airport.
We parked at Value Inn. It was the cheapest on your website. It was also the furthest away from the airport and it only runs their lone shuttle every half hour. When we arrived and completed the lengthy check in process, we were told we had "just missed" the half hourly shuttle. They called the driver back after we began trying to call a cab and told the clerk we would subtract the cost of the cab from our bill. The shuttle finally came back, we loaded up and were then told that we would have to wait for ten minutes. We told them we would miss our flight if that was the case. The driver finally relented and drove us to the airport. (We made it to our gate just after they began boarding.) On our return, they couldn't find my keys because the check in clerk apparently assigned me a new last name. All in all this was a very frustrating experience with one of your recommended vendors. I believe you should put info on your site about the distance of the lot from the airport as well as the frequency of the shuttles provided. Had we known this information we surely would have given more thought to paying more for a more convenient lot.
When I picked up my vehicle the sun shade I had placed in the dash was down and it was unlocked.
We parked for 15 days May 2014. Everything worked as planned. Pick up at airport was within 15 minutes of our call. We had to be at the airport at 6 am so checked in the night before. This made the process stress free in the morning. Just arrive and get on the shuttle. Ask about shuttle departure schedule to the airport and time your arrival to minimize your wait.
I parked my car at Sea-Tac Airport Value Parking for 11 days at the end of February. The staff was very friendly and the transfers to and from the airport were easy with minimal wait times. The price was great. It was a great value for 11 days of parking.
Parking lot required Valet parking. I prefer to park my own vehicle.
It all was fine except the return in which we waited for about an hour in the ice cold.
GREAT SERVICE ! TAKES A BIT LONGER THAN THE OTHER PLACES BUT THE PRICE IS WORTH IT !! PARKED HERE AT LEAST 6 TIMES NOW AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISSAPOINTED. (wouldn't stay at there hotel even if you paid me) BUT THE PARKING AND SHUTTLE ARE A+A+A+
We were so satisfied of their service. Their price was the best (lowest). Also, we had a big airline delay to return to Seattle & I called the parking attendant & report them for this unexpected bad weather delay in Dallas, TX airport. When we came back to pick up our car, the attendant did not charge us any thing as a late fee. By the way, their van driver was a nice polite amigo. In overall, their service was very good.

15 min does not mean over 1 hour by the time they came and picked us up!! And they forgot to lock my car the whole 4 days it was there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Landed in SEA at 1700. Called the shuttle via the courtesy line. Daniel said he would send the driver over shortly. 30 min later still no shuttle (the lot is 3 miles away-10 mins tops.) I call and ask Daniel where is the shuttle? He's says that the van came thru & didn't see me. Have a hard time believing that since NO silver shuttle 54 came thru. HE's says he will send him out again. Another 30 min pass. Still NO shuttle. So I call again, Daniel says "he's on his way." I askec him what was really going on. Was the driver at dinner? IS the driver partially blind? Out smoking weed? Then Daniel tried to flip this whole situation on me. Asking me what was I doing. So I said don't flip this on me. I am the customer and I am where I said-standing at the airport waiting for the last hour on the shuttle. Where the hell is your driver? Out to dinner? Is the guy blind? Out smoking a joint? THIS WAS THE WORST service I have ever encountered my entire life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this parking location. I was shocked that nothing was stolen from my vehicle though.
The customer in front of us was charged a $8.95 fee for being 1 1/2 hours late for his pick up. That seems ridiculous and outrageous. It will make me rethink using your this service again!

Parking lot was busy, so keys had to be left so the attendant could move the car out of the 'no parking' zone.
