It is a fair distance from SeaTac, but it was cheap and the people were nice and the shuttle service good.
This was my 2nd time using this lot. Very satisfied. I will use again.

30+ minutes shuttle wait time after arrival at pickup island and once reached the parking lot, had to wait another 30 minutes for cars to be cleared and my car to be retrieved. 1 hour waste of time for entire family.

The information on the on-line ad stated that this lot was a "self parking" lot and not a valet parking lot. I do not want stangers driving my car. Also, I had to sign a document stating that I waived all responsibility for any and all damage to my car. I do not drive a rent-a-dent car, and will not use this facility again.
This hotel looks like a shady place but I have never had any issues with the safety of my car. Just like any lot they make you call when you are waiting at the curb instead of calling ahead. Just like every parking lot you have to call they exaggerate when the driver left to make you feel good about waiting. On the way to my flight they didn't delay, but on the way home it was about 20+ minute wait.
I had a bit of a mixed bag experience, as certain aspects of the experience were good, and certain ones were not as so. Let me start off by saying the customer service was very good; both the driver and the cashier I did were polite and friendly. I was running late, and the driver went above and beyond to ensure I got to my destination in a timely manner. However, I felt like the lot itself was rather hard to find unless you have a GPS; I don't, and trying to find it was a very aggravating experience. Also, their system for arraigning cars involved a lot of moving and re-parking cars, so the wait time picking up my car was quite long. Overall, a satisfactory experience, but there were notable flaws.
shuttle runs on half hour not every 15 minutes as the web site states. parking was not at the shuttle site we had to give/leave our car keys with the car as they drove the car somewhere else for the time we were gone. web site needs HONEST updates. not sure that we would have parked there if we knew someone else was driving our car to who know where before or after parking it and did they drive the car any time while we were gone and re-park it?

Returned at 3:00 AM, called Value Inn from airport, no answer. On third try was told that the shuttle was not running, and to take a taxi, Value would pay. We had to find the taxi stand; there was no taxi. After 10 minutes we got a taxi. At the lot, our car's battery was dead. They must have left the lights on because our battery had not been having problems before. The only person around was the gal behind the desk. She had no idea what to do. Finally, another customer came to park. Luckily, this customer had time to give us a jump before flying out. You get what you pay for!
I will not use Sea-Tac Airport Value Parking again. The whole process feels a bit shady. The receptionist doesn't answer the phone all the time. The first driver we had did not help me open the van door and did not say one word to us the entire ride. When I called for the pickup, she insisted that I give her the number on the parking stub in order to get my car because it would be "too hard" to look it up any other way. I would rather pay a little more money for a covered lot and friendlier staff.
Wait times are way too long
Followed the advice of the first staff member to call the phone number as soon as I landed since I was arriving at midnight. When I called and said I had a reservation to be picked up at the airport, the staff member (different from when I dropped off the car) responded rudely that I did not have a reservation because reservations were only for staying at the hotel. He then directed me to call back once I got to the island and had to call from that number. 3 minutes later I called from that phone, only to take this member 10 rings for him to answer the phone. The shuttle took 22 minutes to come get me at the airport, when the location of where my car was is less than 4 miles away. Will not use this service again and will try to find another parking center from Airport Parking Reservations.
:Very long wait time for pick up, called first time at 7:45 told me where to go and call back. Called back at 7:53 waited til 8:13 for pick up, took 8 mins for return trip. Driver had a person in the passenger seat which they spoke a foreign language all the way back which I thought was quite rude. The driver did ask how my trip was as well as where I had been.
I have used your lot several times and last February you guys lost our car for an hour and a half. When this trip came up I decided that sometimes things happen and I’d give you another shot. Last night we decided to come home a day early but called around 11pm to let them know. When we arrived our car was not ready and they didn’t even have it on the lot but down at a 2nd lot. We were told it would be 15 minutes to run and get our car which turned into 45 minutes. The driver of the van was also the person retrieving cars or so we were told by the front counter person. After we were told it would be 15 minutes, the driver then left and went to get another load of people from the airport and we continued to wait. When he returned he asked if we would just like to be taken to our vehicle at the 2nd lot over waiting at the motel. We said he could just drop us off because we were tired of waiting and it was after midnight at this point. We pulled into the 2nd lot only to see our vehicle on the exterior of the lot. It was clear the vehicle hadn’t been moved in quite a while and was cold. Why was our vehicle on the exterior and not secured as your website promised?
