    The location is nice, but the frequency of the shuttle is a complete fabrication. I made a reservation for my wife. When she got to the lot, she waited for the shuttle for a bit and then asked what the problem was. They said it would be another 40 minutes even though she had been waiting for a while. In the end, she had to take a taxi to the airport to avoid missing her flight. This was a very bad experience and we won't be using this parking service again.

    On the way to the airport, we were left waiting for nearly 20 minutes while the driver had coffee. We nearly missed our flight. The driver was polite but did not understand nor speak English. On the way back from the airport, no one at the hotel would answer the phone when we called for the shuttle. Others grew tired of waiting and took taxis to the hotel to get our cars.

    Shuttle driver on our way out of town was courteous and helpful. Upon our return the driver was courteous and helped us with a unrelated question. I do have to say though she was the first shuttle driver I had ever encountered that never got out of the van. We loaded and unloaded our own luggage which was ok but just didn't expect it.

    Very convenient location for me. The shuttle leaves the parking lot only on the half hour and checking in to park can take extra time if there are many guests checking into/out of hotel ahead of you, so plan accordingly. Also more expensive than other lots in the area, thus 4 stars instead of 5.

    All three stars go to the morning shuttle and staff - very friendly, courteous, and right on schedule. If we were making a judgment based solely on how our departure experience went (getting to the airport), it would have been five stars. But the return trip was the opposite. Nighttime staff were rude, the driver didn't say one word to us, and they were certainly not running the shuttle every 30 minutes as stated in the description. Like other reviewers mentioned, we had to call twice before we were picked up. Traveling with three young kids that we rushed through the airport to get to the stop, only to wait for 45 minutes late at night. We saw drivers from other hotel shuttles twice before our guy showed up.

    It would be nice if the shuttle driver could lift the suitcase in and of the back of the shuttle. I always tip $5, but I had to lift the bag as the driver was a petite woman.

    The overall service was over fine. Prompt service on pickup and return and drivers were pleasant and polite. The issue started when I returned to my vehicle after arriving back at SJC. I started my Toyota Sequoia and I heard an extremely loud noise (like when starting a motorcycle) and my truck would not start. I have heard of Toyota Sequoia's having issues of theft of the Cadalytic Converters - and was thinking this might be the case. I go to the lobby to file a report and complaint. They told me to call the 800 number for Marriott to file the complaint. They did not offer any support ie asking if I need help, to call a cab, etc. Luckily I did have AAA and was able to call a tow truck to have my vehicle towed to a local repair shop (where my vehicle still is). Also I was able to call a friend to pick me up and take me back home. There were some guests that I met in the parking lot that also offered me any assistance. I was able to get home safe eventually but it turned out to be a very long night. I did call the 800 number today that was provided and it turns out the number is for Marriott Reservation Customer Care - nothing to do with parking. Warning to be very careful and cautious when parking at this location or near SJC - I hear there have been many incidents of Cadalytic Converter thefts at SJC and the immediate area.

    The Courtyard is conveniently located and their shuttle is quick and responsive. I used to park at the airport long term parking exclusively but this is now a better option.

    Reservations online worked well. The problem I encountered was with the hotel. After our flight landed, we called the number provided to ask for the shuttle to be sent. We waited 20 minutes and called again. The person we spoke to on the second call said the first request for the shuttle had been lost. There was no record of it. I was very unhappy about that.
