    This is a good location as it's easy to get to from the freeway and the shuttle ride is quick. I also like it because I normally walk from the terminal to pick up my car rather than calling and waiting for the shuttle to pick me up. It's not that I mind the wait, I just enjoy the walk. It's a little under a mile from Terminal A and closer to a half a mile from Terminal B.

    I felt that your price was too high. The only reason I choose your business was because the DoubleTree was full and my parents are fragile. I found your staff to be curious and helpful until the young man dropped us off at our truck. I was traveling with my 81-year-old mother (who clearly walks hunched over) and my 85-year-old father (who walks with a cane). We had four large bags (three were heavy), and four traveling bags (two on wheels). The person who we had to park the truck had to take a different flight and could not travel home with us, backed the truck into the lot (which made it difficult to put our bags into the back of the truck). The young man was nice enough to help us find our truck by circling the lot (I appreciate that). ...but after we found the truck, and I helped my parents off the shuttle. The young man took our bags off of the shuttle and put them directly in-front of the truck (in the middle of the road), hopped back into the shuttle, and drove off. He didn't say good bye, allow me to give him a tip... nothing. I just watched him dumbfounded drive to the front of the hotel and walk inside. I was left to drag each bag from in-front of the truck in the middle of the road, to the side so I could move the truck up and put the bags in the back. I was holding a fifty dollar tip for him because he was nice enough to help us find my car, and I asked him if he could help me with the bags after I move the truck. He actually made more work for me. 1. I had to first get our bags out from in-front of the truck (I did not what a car to hit the bags). 2. Help my parents get into the truck because they cannot stand for a long period of time. 3. Move the truck up so we could place the bags in the back. 4. I had to struggle to put the bags in the back of the truck. (I know you are not obligated to help... but it would have been nice if he could have put the bags in a place where I could have pulled up the truck and then put the bags in the truck). Don't worry; I did give the person who backed into the parking space a piece of my mind too. This one experience turned me off from the Courtyard. I never experience this at the DoubleTree... They actually care when they see a woman struggling with two adults and a lot of bags. They actually help, and I pay far less to use their lot.

    Most wonderful experience from the time of the reservation, till the moment we picked up our vehicle. Very friendly staff, clean shuttle van, drivers were courteous, safe drivers, shared events going on in the city. This experience was the best from the beginning. Will use it again and again.

    Getting to the parking lot and having a shuttle to the airport worked great. We parked our car, got onto a shuttle and were dropped off at the airport. On the way back I called the attendant to have the shuttle pick us up. No clear directions were provided - the person I spoke with told me to go to "Number 5" without stating anything else. To make matters worse there is a "Door A5" at the airport which I thought was the correct location to wait at. I called again and the same person told me there was no Door A5 at the airport. I was directed to "cross the street" although I had clearly told that person I was on the baggage claim side of the airport. Chalk that confusion up to the design of San Jose airport, the baggage claim area is across the street from the departure side. We finally found the "Number 5" that person was talking about, called again and they said they'd send a shuttle. 30 minutes later, still nothing, we called again and they kept saying the driver was there. We ended up taking a taxi to the hotel, got into our car, and left. I'll never use that service again.

    I would like to make a special shout out about Carmen. She was our driver. She was great in every way. We would come again just because she was so kind, efficient, happy, helpful and accomodating. She made a long day of travel very pleasant.

    On arrival, very smooth process. It was really early so has to keeping ringing hotel doorbell and eventually called them to open up. Ride to airport took 5 mins. My only complain is upon pick up. When I called the hotel and told them I just landed and needed to picked up, they said they did not have me down for reservation. I explained that my car was in their lot and they eventually picked me up, 15-20 mins later.

    We have enjoyed this parking option for a few years now. Love the close proximity to the airport. People are great. This has been especially great being able to stay at the hotel the night before an early morning flight.

    Parking is anywhere in the hotel lot (so no specific parking attendants) and checkin by hotel receptionist who was not especially friendly, but the location is as close to the terminals as you can get and the shuttle was efficient. Also, the shuttle driver was a very nice and friendly young man.

    I used the iPhone application to make the reservation. When I showed it to the staff at Marriott they would not accept it. Had to print out the reservation from the internet and give them the hard copy. Also, the app did show the reservation but did not have the Marriott phone number which was needed to call for the shuttle.

    Reservation process should include instruction that one needs to call the front desk of the hotel and schedule the shuttle. The "in" time for the reservation is NOT sufficient.
