  The wait for the pickup at the airport was over 20 min. But the van was waiting for another passenger who couldn't find the van at another pickup stop.

  Prompt and courteous service going out and returning. Pick-up from airport was only 8 minutes after I placed the call. Only downside was that I stopped at the hotel the weekend before my Tue trip to check out requirements, etc., and specifically asked about rates and filling out any forms beforehand. Was told that there was nothing needed. Then when I checked in, I was asked if I had registered on line and was quoted a higher rate (Thanksgiving holiday). I protested the changed rate which they accomodated.

  Returning back from my business trip, Called Courtyard Marriott to be picked up. Front Desk stated to take a taxi cab and will reimburse the driver since their shuttle driver was on lunch. Horrible experience with Taxi Driver who did not want to take any passengers to any hotel unless they pay CASH up front. The driver complained about loosing his place in line and made several attempts to drop me and my wife off at the corner if we didn't pay upfront. The driver also complained about going to the front desk of any hotel and to wait in line to be paid causing him to loose his place in line? As we pulled up to the hotel, i handed the driver my Credit Card but he refused and wanted cash which I didn't have to give. Long story short, I tell him to deal with the front desk and to shape up his attitude towards customers. Since this is my first time doing self parking with this company, this probably be my last! Overall BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I will make my reviews on other boards.

 From San Francisco:

Take US 101 South to CA-87 Guadalupe Parkway. Exit onto Skyport Drive. Left on Skyport. Left on Technology Dr. Hotel is on the left hand side.

Direction 2

 From Oakland Airport:

I-880 South to North First Street, Right on North First St. Left on Skyport Drive. Right on Technology. Hotel is on the left hand side.

Direction 3

 From Los Angeles:

Take US 101 N. take the Brokaw exit and turn left.  Make another left onto Technology Dr.  Hotel is on the right hand side.

Direction 4

 From Monterey: Take Hwy 17 N. to 880 N. and exit on N. First street, turn left.  Turn left on Skyport Blvd. Turn right on Technology Dr. and hotel is on the immediate left hand side.
