    After we parked our car at the far north end of the parking lot, we had to walk with our luggage to the van waiting at the exit. I was surprised at that. The other 2 occupants of our van had to walk to the van also and they were parked near us. The attendant apologized to us and said that shouldn't have happened. I gather he has no control over the driver. The return trip from the airport the driver was terrific, pleasant and delivered us to our cars. Too bad you can't have a sign with the address number on the right of the entrance. We missed it the first time. Never saw the street number until the 2nd time around.

    The lot is very disorganized with cars parked every which way. When we arrived, they said it was full but then saw that we had disabled plates and told us to go down the row and find a place. there was only one. Nobody was really helpful but shuttle was there loading others so we got on right away. Upon arrival at airport we called the phone number given us and it happened that an other party had already called and it arrived within 5 minutes of us (they said they had been waiting for awhile). The drivers of shuttles seemed nice enough.

    After using this service I now think it is too expensive - 13 dollars a day to have my vehicle sit in a lot is too much. Due to weather in another city my flight was canceled and I had to pay an extra day. almost 70 bucks for means I could have just had a car service pick me up and drop me off. Will have to rethink this in future.

    We had a reservation and when we arrived there was no spot for us. The attendants were aware of the situation and when we entered they asked for our key so they may re-park the car when a spot became available. Upon our return the driver called ahead to let them know and our car was waiting at the exit when we returned on the shuttle.

    all was good, your night attendant who picked us up on our return flight did not seem to happy. Maybe because it was late at night. other than that everything was good.

    Difficult to find entrance and the attendant kept my reservation paper and so when I picked up my car the person wanted to charge me a larger amount. He did not, but said I should have been able to keep the reservation paper.

    I am a frequent flyer.Everyone very nice but long wait to be picked up..This happened last time too. Watched all other vans arrive and leave twice (at least) while yours took 35-40 minutes to arrive and had to make multiple calls. Once arrived the van was packed so there is no doubt you need more pick up vans. I will try you one more time but then if the same experience will move to another company.

    I parked here for the Christmas Holiday and THANK GOD I had a reservation as all of the parking facilities were full! When I arrived I was greeted by an attendant and I showed him my reservation. He promptly reminded me I MUST show the email confirmation or print out upon returning from my trip in order to get credit for the amount I prepaid. After that the attendant directed me where to park, I quickly got my bags out of the vehicle and before I realized it there was the the shuttle driver asking me what airline I was flying and putting my bags into the shuttle. On the way to the airport the driver gave me a business card indicating I MUST call in order to get picked up and that the wait would be 10 to 15 minutes. I asked the driver where I needed to go and he kindly showed me on the business card that there were specific instructions on the business card. Once back in town I read the instructions on the business card given to me when I initially parked; it indicated I MUST first get my luggage if I had checked it and then call for pickup and then proceed to the courtesy shuttle area. Once I arrived to the shuttle area the Shuttle took at the most 10 minutes, whisked me back to the parking lot where my car was safe with no issues, proceeded to check out, showed my prepaid reservation confirmation, paid the difference and proceeded to go home. Overall the service was Excellent from start to finish and I would highly recommend this parking company. See you next time!!!

    I am utterly shocked at the high reviews for this place because if you look on Yelp, the reviews are abysmal. My thought is that all of the employees that work there went on here and wrote positive reviews. Well here's the absolute truth! DO NOT USE THIS PARKING LOT EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I parked here before my trip to Chicago and, when I got off the shuttle, the driver had given my suitcase to another passenger. Since we were the last people to get off the shuttle, I was unaware of this situation until that point. I could not believe that one, he would give MY BAG to someone else, and two, that some idiot would actually walk away with the wrong bag! I frantically went to the terminal where I thought they would be and couldn't find them. When I called the horrible establishment, guess what they did, they blamed it on me!! They said that since I "helped" put the suitcase on the shuttle, that it was my fault--that I somehow "confused" the driver's organization. Seriously, there were a total of eight people on the shuttle. I continued to contact this company to speak to a manager, and of course he was never in. He also never tried to contact me to apologize or try to rectify the situation. To top all of this off, I was forced to pay the $60 parking fee when I returned. I plan on doing everything I can to try and get this awful establishment shut down. All of the reviews on this site are valid--DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS PARKING LOT AS THEY WILL LOSE YOUR BAG AND BLAME IT ON YOU!

    Guys who guided me when I left was pleasant and helpful, but guys who helped me when I came back was grumpy and not very helpful and made me feel bad. Not very pleasant way to end my holiday trip.

    I was dropped off at my car, and when I started backing out, something didn't seem right so I got out to check. There were cars parked across the back of the cars across the aisle. It took me five tries to get out. (I have experience driving motor homes and uhauls,) so I was able to finally get out. I told the guy at the red both and he said I should have told him and he had the keys to the cars blocking the road. I would have had to walk about a block to the booth to tell him and as he was the only one there, wait for someone else to go back with me. I am 69 years old, and just healed from a broken ankle. It seemed to me that it was not legal to park cars that close. I was never told that this would be the case when I came back to pick up my car. The guy at the booth kind of made the problem mine, like I should have known I would be blocked in like that. Other than that, the shuttle driver was very polite and helpful to everyone; didn't have to wait long for shuttle. I usually park at the Sheraton but they were full.
