Very good service, fast pickup and dropoff, no problems or issues. It's also very near the airport. I have used them many times. This is a good one.
Great deal for the price!
I was very satisfied with your services, this being my first time. The staff was courteous, the process was easy and I arrive to the airport in shortly. My only recommendation is to have a large sign that could be easily spot from the street to facilitate finding the address.
No more stress for parking in LAX.
The dispatcher was totally on top of it! We were in a hurry, we called ahead to say we needed to get to the terminal quickly, we arrived, and we were whisked away. Excellent! Also our driver was nice.
Very satisfied with Sam's. The wait for the van at arrival is a little too long, but the ease of drop off and check out and the location all outweigh the sometimes lengthy wait.
I was driving late at night and it was difficult to find. However, I called and they stayed on the phone with me and guided me turn by turn until I arrived safely. I give this service a 4 because I have an app on my phone that lets me check the status of my car, if my doors are locked etc, and I did notice that they forgot to lock my car doors once it was permanently parked for the the duration of my stay. From my phone I was able lock my car doors. I would use them again, the price was very reasonable.
Great service! You guys need a little more comfortable customer waiting area, but the truth is, the waits are very short which is the MOST important thing. Keep it up, I'll use Sam's again!
Only negative is that my car had lots of bird poop on it from being parked outside...but worth the great price.
THE DRIVER HAS AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM, NOT COURTIOUS AT ALL HE TALKED TO ME LIKE WE KNOW EACH OTHER FROM OUR YOUTH OR SOMETHING ATTITUDE, NOT PROFSSIONAL AT ALL I MEAN THE DRIVER WHO PICKED ME UP FROM MY RETURN FLIGHT ON MAY 20TH 2015 AT 9PM.

Overall good experience, except they only have one shuttle so you have to wait about 15-40 mins for a shuttle to pick you up.
parking lot was listed as self parking and so did my reservation. But Sam's parking at LAX never offers self parking! Very disappointed!
Nice place to park. Free shuttle was efficient. But not easy to find for the first time.
The location was a little hard to find, but once we did, the experience was extremely pleasant. The agent and the driver were both professional and made the rental easy. We arrived a the airport with plenty of time to check in. Upon our return, I contacted the office, and within no time the driver was there to pick us up. He asked about our trip and thanked us for our business. The final payment was easy as well. I plan to use Sam's Parking again, provided the price is comparable as it was this time. I am also a travel agent, and I will be happy to share my experience with other traveler's who need a place to park their vehicle.

I don't recommend this service. They require that you leave your keys for "self" parking. They don't have a structure and your car sits on the street and they just move the cars around. The attendant could not tell me where the parking structure they use is located. "It's close by" he said. Pulling up to this place there were cars lined up all over the street and some double parked. I don't believe this to be a safe to leave your car.
The staff were discourteous and surly. Unnecessary waiting time for shuttle departure and arrival. The car was left exposed to to road construction dirt. The staff does not appear to have any orientation towards customer service; only in filling out endless forms of duplicate paperwork and questions.
