Arrival Info:

Drive up to the front of Hotel to drop off your luggage. Proceed to the front desk inside Lobby and present your Reservation Receipt. In Order to Register your Auto and Pick up the required Parking and shuttle pass! Park in the Long term parking and wait for the shuttle to pick you up ***** Please arrive at least 2.5 hours before your flight departure.**** We are a self-Parking facility we do not keep your Keys or touch your Auto!

Airport Transportation

Shuttle runs at 5:30am and every hour until 11:45pm. ***Reservation includes round-trip shuttle service for 2 passengers. *** Additional passengers will be charged $10 per person at the counter.

Hotel Front Desk & Parking is Open 24-hours a day, 365 days a year! We are a large off-site parking location only 1.5 mile away the FLL & Port Everglades!     Parking lot direction was confusing. Parking lot needs to be replaced. Also slow check in. Will not recommend!

    After prepaying and calling upon arrival with carry-on in hand, I waited 2 hrs 15 min for pick up and finally flagged down a driver while walking to get a cab. Although I had called the hotel front desk at least 4 times to see what the problem was, I was assured the driver would be there in 5 minutes. Once flagged down, the driver told me he had passed at least three times! This was NOT true! He never came into the loop where people were waiting under the sign "Hotel Shuttles." Instead of apologizing, he argued that he came by and no one flagged him down. Never again!

    Small places, but there were plenty of spacespace. Away from heavy traffic areas but close to both the port and the airport.

    There were NO parking lot attendants when we arrived and we waited a full hour in the sun in the parking lot before we called the front desk and were told we had to meet the shuttle at the lobby entrance. The ride to the airport was pleasant and the driver very nice, however when we were picked up upon our return at the airport, the driver was extremely rude, curt, and we did not even tip him. It was the only bad time we had experienced during our great vacation. The parking lot was torn up and nobody was around to assist us either.

    I had no issues with the parking lot and the driver just the wait time for the shuttle to arrive and that the courtesy of the front desk staff they need to be trained better on how to speak to customers. They are very rude.

    We had to pay a cabbie $25 as the Rhodeway shuttle stopped running at midnight. I specifically asked if the shuttle ran 24 hours to the girl at the front desk as our return flight was scheduled to land at12:45am. She said no problem.

    i had to wait one hour for my transportation to the airport,, i was told that transportation at this facility was every hour and not every 5 10 or 15 minutes no body informed me about this.. other than that,,, service was good.

    Pickup at port was poor. Van parked a distance from where all people were standing and we had to roll, carry our luggage some distance to the van in pouring rain. Not fun. Then, instead of calling out names on list, the driver asked everyone to say their last name for him to check off which took longer than it should.

    I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for the shuttle. The lot was full and the process was not smooth. I had to create a spot for my vehicle, it stuck out into the driving lane. This was the most expensive and the least secure lot I have used. The driver was very nice- Oliver, and he was helpful.

    Not enough shuttles. The few they have run more than an hour apart. I had to pay taxi to go to location. Not worth the savings.

    It was right off the highway on the turnpike and next to I95. when I got there I drove up and the shuttle driver was in front of the hotel. He told me to go in get the parking pass and shuttle pass. the girl in the lobby gave me direction to the huge parking lot in the back of the hotel. I drop off the luggage and hop on to the shuttle 10 minutes latter. I was at the airport. waiting for the shuttle at the airport was crazy due to the holiday but 20 minutes latter got pick up. I would use them again.
