    We left our car at the rocket parking lot for 6 days over the holidays and had a very positive experience. We did not have to wait for a shuttle in either direction (arrived at the terminal about 20 min after driving into the lot) and the car was found just as we left it. We reserved the spot online a few days before the trip and are glad we did as the lot was fully booked. Convenience at a good price.

    parked at rocket parking. My expierence upon return was horrible. it took 30 mins to find my car in a dark parking lot. freeman,the driver, was very helpful however.

    After waiting 15 minutes for a shuttle with none in sight, I walked all the way to the front of the lot. At that point a shuttle passed me and drove all the way back to where it parked and sat there for another 10 minutes. There were no other customers on the lot, but I almost missed my plane from the over 30 minute delay.

    it took 30 minutes and 3 phone calls for a shuttle to pick me up at the terminal - and no one offered apologies or a discount for future use of the lot. it also appeared that someone had siphoned my gas as i filled it up down the street from the lot for the ride home and when i returned it was completely empty. i will very likely never use this lot again, which is a shame because i had used it regularly for the past 2 years.

    Shuttle arrived promptly after my call upon arrival! Driver more than professional, pleasant and eager to grab and load luggage!! Dropped me off directly in front of my vehicle, excellent!!     The rating was downgraded because there was no rate incentive for online reservations. I thought I was getting a price break by booking online, but when I got there, nope - it was the same rate as I got online.

    signage for entering parking lot mislead since it appears the covered parking area is not completed and has signs that say turn here or enter here

    My experience with Rocket Parking was very good. We were picked up immediately and taken directly to our terminal. When we returned I did not know to text them but a Rocket shuttle was already at the terminal. The driver started to leave but when he saw me run up he stopped and put my very heavy luggage on the shuttle. We stopped at one other terminal and then stopped at a motel. It probably took about 15 minutes to get to the parking lot. I was dropped off at my car (a Prius) but I discovered the battery was dead. This was at 9:00 p.m. Two employees came over and helped me get it started. They really went out of their way because the door to the trunk wouldn't open and they had to figure out how to open it manually from the inside and then they had to take the back apart to get to the auxiliary battery. They were very friendly and kept working until they had gotten the car started. I would definitely use Rocket Parking again.

    rocket parking has the worst service ever shuttles are slow there drivers are rude and when you try to call and let them know that you need a shuttle they hang up in your face whatever you do do not ride rocket parking even if you're trying to save some money it is not worth it rocket parking sucks

    when we returned from our 2 week dream vacation our car would not start. We were tired and hungry from flying from Europe. Your employee Henry was very kind and offered to jump start our car. He was very friendly and showed the Texas hospitality that we are so used to. Glad to be back in Texas and we definitely will use Rocket parking again. Brian
