Shuttle took over 20 minutes for pick up. Multiple people called requesting a shuttle and we were all told "it is on its way." Because it took sooooo long, by the time the shuttle arrived, not even half of the passengers waiting were able to fit. In addition, parking spaces were not numbered so when we arrived back at the lot, the driver just drove up and down the aisles as people looked for their cars and shouted. Rocket Parking is terrible compared to all of the others at IAH that I have used.

I did not like that we had to stop off at a hotel to pick up passengers. We had plenty of time this trip but some may be cutting it closer.

Loved the service. Shuttle was there when I parked and straight to the airport we went. When I landed I texted the shuttle when I picked up my luggage and when I walked outside the shuttle was waiting. I am a true Rocket fan from now on.

To whom it may concern: timing is of major importance during travel. Waiting for the shuttle to come and get me at the airport for 20 minutes is BAD. Going on pick ups of other passengers and not directly to the lot is BAD. Finding two buses sitting idly on the lot instead of looping around and picking up passengers like ALL other shuttles is really BAD. Not coming back. Very poor business model for you.

I didnt quite catch the ladies name out front but she was a very friendly and super helpful young lady, she was working at around noon on the 28th of march and I am very grateful for all the extra help she gave, seeing as this was the first time I have ever used a park and go such as yours and I will no refer both family and friends to this specific lot when they are in need. One very happy guest, Trevor.

My experience was summed up by the fact that the shuttle home was playing nothing but raunchy hip hop, full of curse words and the whole 9 yards. Outside of price and availability, I will never park here again. Just doesn't meet minimum professional standards.

This was the first time we used Rocket Parking. We had a 6:30am international flight. After arriving at the parking lot, it took over 20 minutes for the shuttle (singular) to arrive and another 10 to get us to the airport because it had to stop at a hotel to pick up other people. The airport was incredibly crowded and we just missed our flight. If the shuttle had gotten us to the airport in a more timely manner, we would not have missed our flight. We will not be using Rocket Parking ever again.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! we waited an hour and 15 minutes to be picked up from the terminal!!! we tried to call to only receive a message that the voicemail box was full!! we were about to get in a cab to take to the lot when the pulled up!! I asked the driver what you only come every hour?? he said "Yes". I talked to other shuttle drivers during our wait to see if they have seen them and one told us that we would be better off taking a cab to their lot. STAY AWAY!!! They didnt even give us a card to where we parked and at return we had to drive the lot looking for our car..

Shuttle service and staff was great - but the parking lot was just a gravel bed, there was no tarmac at all. Not so good for my sports car!

Attendant in kiosk was extremely rude and in no way helpful. she made me feel as if trying to park there, fulfilling my reservation, was a massive inconvenience for her. It was also unclear that I had to bring a copy of my reservation with me. I don't recall seeing that anywhere in the information sent to me when I made my reservation. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes to be picked up from my car. The bus drivers both going to and from the airport were very courteous and helpful. I had to wait another 25 minutes for the return shuttle.

Overall experience was great. The only thing that could use improvement is the way the vehicles line up infront of the check in station, the line of vehicles ran all the way out onto Will Clayton Parkway. Could be dangerous.

Took alittle time to be picked up at the airport on return trip,,, Saw other companies several times before mine showed up. We were told to call for pickup,, when I did, all I got was a voicemailbox that said it was full.

The ladies working the booth were rude and unhelpful. I had to wait over 45 minutes for a shuttle on my return even after calling 4 times. I will never use Rocket again.

NOT BEING FROM THIS AREA AND UNFAMILIAR WITH THE AIRPORT, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MOST HELPFUL IF THE PERSON AT THE LOT WHEN I CALLED FOR PICKUP WOULD HAVE TOLD ME WHERE TO GO FOR PICKUP--I WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR AT THE WRONG LOCATION--BEING TOLD THEY WERE BUSY IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. ON THE THIRD PHONE CALL THE WOMAN TOLD ME I WAS IN THE WRONG LOCATION. ONCE I GOT TO THE RIGHT ONE I STILL HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 20 MINUTES IN THE COLD.

No issues with the parking lot or the shuttle. Had to wait a bit for the shuttle to leave the parking lot because it kept picking up additional people, but that wasn't that big a deal. Had to wait a bit for the shuttle at the airport when I returned, but not too long.

The shuttles were much too delayed both going and returning! We waited 15 minutes for the shuttle to leave the parking lot. and 20 minutes at the terminal.

I have never been motivated to write a review for a parking lot, but here I am. The ride back and forth to the airport was quick, and the driver engaged my kids in conversation both ways. The booth person was just as friendly. I suspect that the employees have some sort of monetary skin in the game or incentive because they went above and beyond what I expected. As others have stated the lot was a little rough, but it didnt have little pebbles that tend to kick up dust or ding paint jobs. Good luck!

The parking lot had pot holes and the gravel with all the rain and wind caused me to spend over $20 to clean my car on the way home. I hould have paid a little more and parked in a paved parking lot(which i didnt know this wasn't).

The attendant was extremely rude, and several other shuttles passed multiple times in the 40 minutes we waited for our shuttle to come by once. We travel frequently, but will not, under any circumstances, park with Airport Holdings again. Horrible experience.

Drop-off shuttle is OK. But pick-up shuttle is poor. I waited at the terminal for 30 minutes, and didn't see any shuttles passing by. Had to call my friend to find their number and gave them a call, which they fail to remind me at the parking that I need to call for a pick-up.

This was my first time reserving a place in a parking lot for an airport--IAH in Houston. The experience was so positive that I will attempt to do the same for all future trips.

The shuttle never came to the airport to pick us up. I had to take a cab to the lot after waiting 2 hours for the shuttle. I called several times and was told to look for a white van. I never saw it. We willl never use this lot again.

I had the worse experience with IAH. Parking. The parking lot is so difficult to find since there is not a sign to identify the place, gravel layed the parking lot surface which I was terrified that the Sher rocks would puncture my tires. When I arrived at the parking lot I waited 30 mins for the driver to drive me to the terminal and it was a very hot day. Arriving back from my destination I had to wait another 45 minutes to be picked up to get back to my car. I contacted the office several times in regards to this and they stated that they were short drivers. This lack of customer service was horrible and deporable. I plan to never use IAH parking again..

First and last time we will use this service... we had to wait over 25 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. Then we had to stand the entire ride back to the parking lot because the bus was over loaded and we did not want to wait anther 30 minutes. Horrible experience and even more expensive than other lots... very upset!!!

I reserved parking at IAH Parking. The parking lot was unpaved with pot holes filled with water. No lighting or parking spaces indicated. My clean car was dirty before I got on the shuttle and was covered in dust and dried splashed dirt when I returned. The drivers were helpful, polite and pleasant. The attendant at the gate had her young children there and they were moving between my car and the ticket booth while I was trying to present my ticket and pay arguing which one was going to take the ticket and my money. I was afraid I was going to hit or run over one of their feet. An inappropriate place to have your children for OTJ training.

We did exactly as told by the attendant. When our plane landed we picked our luggage came to the shuttle area, no shuttle so we called as directed. It took 30 minutes for the shuttle van to finally get to us. Then we had to drop a person at Super 8 Hotel before going to get our cars. Made us go past 6 PM and the attendant wanted to charge us an extra day because of this.
