When we departed MCO we were not infromed to call for pickup. On the ticket stubs we had no phone number. We had to call hotel twice we were waiting for pick up. We could not exit lot. Had to get help from staff. Price was good.
I've parked here many times, but the last 4 times they have told me they were on their way to pick me up and I have had to call back one or more times and had to wait up to nearly an hour for a pickup. I flew in last night, arrived and called at 11:30pm then sat waiting for 30 minutes before calling back; they told me he had been there, which was a lie, then they said he'd be there in 5 minutes; the flight crew waiting with me that called back (after another 10 minutes) was told that he was getting gas and it would be another 20 minutes, and he had been going to the other terminal and back. I am angry that I was lied to, and even angrier that I didn't get picked up until nearly 12:30am. I won't be parking here anymore. The lot is convenient, and I'm a Marriott fan, but it's not worth the risk of not being able to get back without a very long wait.

We always park at the Renaissance when possible. Easy, affordable and reliable.
Someone drug something along the side of the car. I am hoping I can buff it out.
Once we got to the hotel, we had the option of valet-ing which made our experience even less trouble.

When I departed I was told shuttle every 30 minutes. When I arrived I called to check on time after waiting but was told I was in the wrong space and it felt I should have called for pickup rather than it being on a schedule. If there was a note that I should call when landing it would have been easier!
The drivers of the shuttle are very pleasant. Stephanie is unbelievable---she is happy, conversant and does everthing for you. She even loaded the luggage into the trunk of our car!
The shuttles take forever (every 30 minutes I think), and there are no clear guidelines on how to do anything. I was there with several other people, and everyone was confused. This goes for the staff as well (who I should say are VERY nice and professional).
We've used this very same parking lot often. They recently underwent a management change. Not impressed. The valet does not have contact with the shuttle? Why is that? Procedures changed, but their clientele was not notified in advance. Why not? You had email addresses. Disappointed with the "new management".

I have had excellent experiences with Renaissance previously, however my most recent experience was terrible. I missed a flight on my departure because of the poor shuttle schedule and I waited nearly an hour for pick up when I returned. I will not be using Renaissance again.
