Staff checking you in are great! They know exactly what to do to get you on your way to the airport. They even wrote the waiting areas on the back of the ticket! Another great experience with Renaissance
From hotel parking to airport was quick and easy. But the return was long and tiresome. Called the hotel to come get me. They said 15 minutes, Roughly 30 minutes later the van showed up. The 5 of us waiting boarded. Then the van went to the next terminal, where about 25 - 30 people were waiting. But the van, including standing room. only held 25. So we crammed in 20 more, then took off, leaving 5 + behind. Overall, from the time of my call until I was in my car took almost an hour. This whole ordeal was an anomaly, as I have used this hotel and service many times without any problems or long delays.
motel needs a sign on the street to turn on to get to motel.
When we were dropped off at the airport, we discovered that our shuttle driver gave our luggage to other passengers that were dropped off at a different airline, at another terminal. It took nearly an hour and a half to find the other passengers to get our luggage back. When we returned to the airport from our trip, we called the parking garage, as instructed, and we had to wait one hour for the shuttle to pick us up and take us back to the parking lot to retrieve our car.
I never really had to go to the parking lot. I had valet service. Would use them again. I had no problems
Waited for more than 30 minutes for shuttle. Dispatcher sent van to wrong terminal (or drivers went to wrong terminal - they each blamed the other). Only after I called after 30 minute wait, was the problem discovered. Will not use service again - it was after midnight before we got home.

Rented a space at the Renaissance before because of its location and reputation. Both departure and pick up were very good and both drivers very courteous plus had water for the thirsty. Love the fact that we keep our keys keeping our car from being moved or tampered with.
The checkout procedure was a bit worrisome because I received a bill that was higher than my original transaction. I spoke to a customer relations person the following day who assured me that the electronic transaction was the final bill. Aside from that issue, the experience was positive.
This is my 5th time using airport parking reservations. I recommend it to all friends and family. I always feel secure knowing my car is in a secure area.
This is the best "park and ride" deal in Orlando. The lot is secured with attendants who are very professional. Plus the Renaissance Hotel is only a 5 minute ride to the airport.
The staff help was beyond their duty. I have a hard time in getting around and upon arriving and leaving they were very helpful and concerned about my welfare.

First of all the bus was doing a quick trip for a flight attendant and wouldn't let us on the bus and told us to wait till he got back. This was a little frustrating because he opened the bus door to tell us this and we could have easily got on. When we got back to our car after trip, no one told us to get our parking ticket validated by attendant at front lobby entrance. So when we get to the gate to get out I put parking ticket in machine and it says I owe $52, but I already prepaid. What's the deal? I reverse car, and the next car had same problem. I run to the front entrance and ask what went wrong? He said that he is suppose to stamp the ticket so I can get out without paying again. I thought to my self, well that would have been nice to know. Good thing I didn't give my credit card to gate machine and pay twice. Besides these two hiccups, things went well. I most likely use it again, now that I know how it works.
When I arrived at the Renniasance i was told to park and take ticket to front desk in lobby. Then told to see valet for something to put in my car window. Now i then had to walk all way back to the car! On my return it was raining and dark! I got my ticket verified and was told to just put it in the machine. Once at machine ticket did not work and finally it took ticket and said I owed $84! I then walked bavk to the lobby where I was told to push assistance button on the machine. It was so dark, no light, it is impossible to find the button. As a single woman I wuill not use this parking again. I used them several times in the past and was very satisfied. This new system needs to go.
I have used this parking in past with no problem. On 9/7/16 i arrived and two employees said to just go park! Then to validate ticket in lobby. I then had ta walk all the way back to parked car to place another ticket in window. On my return 9/13/16 it was dark and raining. My validated ticket would not work and machine was telling me to pay another $84! I walked bavk to the lobby to get help and was told to push assistance button on machine! There is NO light by the machine. It is impossible to see the assistance button! I had to just feel the entire machine to find the button! This a new system! NEVER again.
