It was very nice of one of the drivers from the airport to the hotel to offer us bottled water. Nice touch!
Excellent parking lot
First time I have used Renaissance Will definitely go again. Five minutes to airport and attendants and drivers were very courteous.
The lot felt safe and interaction with the shuttle staff was excellent. Will use again.
Our prepaid ticket pink card did not get my husband out of the gate. No valets to be found at entrance of hotel. Then they said we hadn't paid and had no record of us. After showing them our prepaid receipt 10 minutes later when a valet finally came to help..he got out..I was stuck waiting with luggage at the entrance of hotel and two crying toddlers one who had to go to the bathroom. No valets again ...my husband stuck trying to get out of gate..very poor service. Driving home our SUV was loaded with small ants inside and out...don't you people spray that lot...really bad experience..will not recommend.
Everything was excellent and the people very helpful and polite
The valet parking was fantastic!! The shuttle driver picking us up from the airport was horrible. My son-in-law & I had to call several times after waiting at the airport for over an hour. If you give a client a place & time to be picked up, be there!!!! 4 adults & a child waiting. Very convenient that he finally showed up when airline crews were waiting to go to hotel & van was full.
Gate did not rise when ticket was inserted and I had to park and walk back to hotel entrance.
Little pricey but worth the money as the service was great. Would recommend and definitely use again.
Unfortunately everything went well until I got to gate at end of parking lot. It was closed and no directions or method to use my parking ticket. I was confused what to do since no one gave me instructions how to exit without listed payment cards, etc. Fortunately no one was waiting behind me as I had to figure out what to do. Finally I used help call button and explained I was here for parking only. Then gate opened immediately.
Parking at the hotel was perfect. I will never drive to the Orlando Airport again. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle was clean and the wait time was minimal. Clear directions on where to meet the shuttle was perfect after we landed back in Florida. We will always use this service when traveling by air.
This is a great place to park your car. It is very secure and we are very comfortable leaving it here. Everyone is very friendly. Unfortunately, they have doubled their prices which makes it very pricey for us when we have to leave our car for 3 weeks. So sadly, we will not be using them this trip
The Parking ticket that was obtained from when entering was validated upon arrival hand returned with instructions to use it to exit the parking area. It did not work and we had to call the attended over the intercom to open the gate. The car in front of us had the same problem. Otherwise all was very well and we are very pleased.
I found the location with no problem, the attendants were very helpful and the shuttle was running on time. When I called from the airport to be picked up, the wait time was minimal. I will use this lit again!!!
When we got back it was pouring rain and we couldn't get out of the parking area. I had to run in the rain to the attendant who then opened the gate for us.
Great that they have parking spots under trees which provide shade.
Getting to the Renaissance was easy. When you get to the airport you have to go to valet to get a ticket to put in your window , go and park and then walk back to the valet desk to wait on the shuttle. On our return, when we walked out of the airport the shuttle was there picking up others so we did not have to wait. We got back to the hotel, the person at valet validated my parking ticket and I went and got my car. Upon exiting the parking area the machine would not take the validated ticket so I had to get out the car, walk back to the valet station, get the ticket validated again, go back to my car and it still would not work so I had to press the help button for someone to manually open the gate. Would I park there again, maybe or maybe not..

The staff members are just awsome. Always with the ability to attend heir customers spevially if we are in a hurry...!!!
Attendant on duty was very professional & helpful. The shuttle was getting to leave for the airport & he offered to park my car for me. On my return the attendant on duty went and retrieved my car, take it to the front of the hotel. She was very courteous, job well done.
