The trip over to the airport there was a delay in the shuttle leaving the hotel then the driver was just that...a driver. Van was pretty beat up, driver barely spoke english or talked to anyone. The return trip was GREAT. Called about the shuttle, arrived with in 5 minutes. Driver was AWESOME, loaded all our bags, talked to everyone and even dropped us off at our car and took the bags right over to the rear of my car. Offered us bottled water for our drive home. Very Very good service.

I would have paid more than twice as much if I had parked my car at the Newark Airport Long Term Parking Lot. I will use Airport Parking Reservations.com to book my parking lot reservations if I ever need to park my car for travel at an airport in the future. Thank you!

The hotel's shuttle service, drivers, parking attendants and front desk were excellent. A much better experience than at another Newark Airport hotel parking. I would park here again.

Pretty easy to miss the place and had to go around a few blocks to back track as the streets are one way. Shuttles are frequent which is great. But no directions given on how to find them when leaving the airport. Go to the gate with hotel shuttles. Makes sense but wasn't told. Now that I know the routine I would use the airport again. And I liked that you self parked and had your keys and not handed them over to strangers.

what a great idea and system. great price on long-term parking. we arrived at 1AM and had a short wait for the shuttle at the transportation center. Parking lot was secure. The only problem was finding the lot - we had gotten into the wrong lanes of 1/9, that part of directions wasn't clear - just barely made the flight!

Within sight of the airport (5-10 shuttle ride with traffic). Shuttles come every 20 minutes 24 x 7 and we only waited about 15 minutes on return. Easy access to/from the Garden State Parkway. Good price. Highly recommended.

Just an FYI -- using the address in a GPS makes it very hard to find the parking lot in the maze of Newark roads. Maybe having a more readily-searchable address would help? (I unfortunately did not have the directions provided by the parking service handy at the time, but they may have been good...)

Parked here for a quick weekend trip. Got to the hotel at a good time and there was little waiting before the shuttle left for the airport. Upon returning, it was a quick trip to P4 to get the shuttle back and it was a quick trip to the hotel. I know I will be using this service/hotel again, without a doubt.

Was pleasantly surprised of the courtesy of the staff (from the hotel counter to the shuttle driver). It was really my best experience yet as far as parking long term around Newark International Airport. I had a little bit of trouble finding the place (coming from NY), but in the end it was ok. I would definitely go back to park at this place on my next trip. I highly recommend the Renaissance Hotel parking.

It was perfect thanks. The only issue I had was that I thought I paid to park at the Sheraton but I didn't realize until the day of my reservation that it was at the Renaissance instead. I'm not sure what happened because I'm positive I selected the Sheraton to park. Price was the same, great service, so not that big of a deal. Will use again!

Best airport parking experience - very nice hotel and lot - very secure. Extremely nice employees - loaded luggage onto the shuttle. Never had to wait either way for a shuttle. Excellent!

Parking at the Renaissance hotel was a good experience. The shuttles were quick with extremely helpful and courteous drivers. There was lots of space to park, and the area was completely fenced with an access gate manned by a security guard. Directions to the hotel were very good, and the instructions for pickup were also detailed and clear (take the AirTrain to P4 parking and call for pickup). We had no trouble. The only possible issue was the wait to pay in the lobby at drop-off -- parkers pay at the check-in desk for the hotel, and we had to wait a bit as hotel customers were serviced.

The shuttle service runs every 20 min vs. on demand in some other places. If you miss it, you have to wait a long time. Having to go to P$ (we arrived at Term A) is also a hassle, it was 40 min to pick up our car which is a bore.

most challenging part was driving to the lot - tricky directions to get off the main road onto the side road even with a GPS in the car. Ended up driving past then going thru neighborhoods and figuring out how to get in the back way. The van was ok but very bumpy as the shocks must be shot from the poor road conditions once you get off of highway. Also if I was alone I wouldn't use the lot if I was coming back at night unless there was a hotel employee who would escort me to my car. During the day I felt safe.Thank you.

I will use this parking service next time. I was extremely satisified with the price and the convenience. However, we used the Rennaisance lot at Newark, which required us to walk past two EXTREMELY malodorous dumpster areas before reaching our car. If I had the same price and convenience at a location that smelled better, I would switch! Lastly, we traveled on a hot day in the summer and the A/C in the shuttle bus was not adequate. We were uncomfortably warm.

Overall good experience with one exception: area designated for long-term parking was too small and full, so I parked right next to it, and came home to a taped-on "warning" notice about parking illegally. Sorry, but if you take my reservation and my money, then you need to provide me with a place to park without defacing my car with sticky gunk.

The Shuttle service was not very prompt when returning to the hotel to pick up the car. I waited longer than 20 mins from the time to call was placed to the hotel. Nearly took us 1 1/2 hrs from the time we landed to the time we picked up the car. I think that was entirely too long of a lapse in time.

Absolutely the best experience I ever had with a EWR economy lot. I will tell you something if you see any other economy parking that is not one that has no affiliation with the airport, then you will have a service that simply is what you pay. Been there, and never going back again.

I had a family emergency and had to delay my return to my departure airport. I called the hotel and this customer service unit and was told that my original daily rate would be honored whenever I was able to return. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was told that the charge was $20/day. I was able to convince the hotel staff to honor my original rate, but this was after several attempts to clarify the matter with the customer service representative. I would like to use this service again, but will be reluctant to do so in the event this problem presents itself again and the hotel staff are not so obliging. Thank you for your review of this matter.

Parking is in the back of the hotel and the shuttle drop off is at the front door to the hotel. I traveled home at midnight and was a bit uncomfortable walking to the back parking lot by myself.

the return shuttle is ridiculous-the pick up spot p-4 is not even close to the baggage claim. a shuttle is needed to get to the shuttle. we took a $24 cab(plus tip) back to our car. others in the taxi line were doing the same thing. i would not use again for this reason.

Awesome service- at 4am the staff at the lot were up beat- plus the shuttle dropped me off at the terminal, not P4- that saved me time, and avoided taking the air train!! Plus on my return, the shuttle was clean, air conditioned and the driver offer me an ice cold bottle of water from a cooler- Great touch-

There was no information on how to get shuttle upon return, not even a phone number. We had to go to the hotel shuttle area by air train which wasn't easy and the pick up area was very chaotic. Price was good.

There were no attendants. This was an hotel parking lot. My flight was both domestic and international. I did miss my turn off using the directions given on the confirmation. We paid at the reception area of the hotel. It was self parking and they seem to do good business.

The parking was near the gabage for the hotel so it was smelly. Also, the gate was open with no one there when i arrived to pick up my car. I thought there was a guard to the lot 24 hours.

the Marriott did not give instructions on how to get the shuttle back to their place. it was confusing as we got back late at night. we did not know where to go or how to connect to the shuttle. we had to rely on strangers. after all that we missed the shuttle by minutes and had to wait 20 minutes for the next one. make it easier by letting novices know what to do on arrival.

Directions from north on US-1/9 refer to a left exit; the exit to Spring St / service road is on the right, immediately past the McLellan Ave overpass. Also the exit to US-1/9 south from I-78 eastbound is 58, not 57 as in the instructions.

parked at the Rennaisance Hotel. front desk told me to park behind the building at designated airport parking. we waited there for 15 minutes before i called the front desk and told me that i had to come back to the front to wait for the shuttle. Very inconveinent. The shuttle was also not on time picking us up at the airport.

The surrounding area and roads, made the lot difficult to reach for me, being unfamiliar with the area. At one point I could see the hotel, but found it very difficult when I passed it, to return to the lot. Also on the return (Jan 14), the front lobby was closed (and that is where my car was parked), and the shuttle bus driver was very kind to drive me to my car, so I would not have to walk in the cold.

This lot was great! It snowed while we were away and when we came back a few days later, there was no sign of snow on my car or the ground around it! My car had been cleaned off and shoveled around! I am very happy with this!

Everything was great except for the shuttle bus drivers. On the way out the driver never asked us which airline we were using and drove past our terminal. When I asked about the terminal she said you never told me which airline so now you have to get off and take the monorail back to your terminal. She was very rude.

Only Concern I had was security, when I returned from my trip at 4AM the gates were open and there was no security gaurd to check me out. Seemed like anybody can walk in without verification and can drive out.
