Renaissance Newark Airport provides a shuttle bus service to and from Newark Airport terminals. The shuttle buses run throughout the day and night and leave on the hour then every 20 minutes i.e. 7:00, 7:20, 7:40 etc. Please check in at the front desk on arrival 15 minutes before needing to be at the EWR departure terminals. On arrival back into Newark take the Mono Rail to P4 station. Use the telephones at P4 to call the hotel and arrange for pick up. Reserve a space today to be sure to have a safe and secure parking space at a low rate.

    It has been the third time that I choose this parking service wen I travel. It is great. The price is very reasonable, and the staff members are very friendly. It will always be my first choice for parking when I travel.

    Parking and getting to airport was fine. Hotel staff friendly and courteous. Upon return had to go from baggage area up 3 levels and across airport and up another elevator to air train station. We had two large suitcases, two carry-on bags plus a medical device so transporting all this stuff was tedious and difficult. Then had to watch for the pickup shuttle along with many others in a poorly lit area and maneuver among others trying to get to their shuttles. It was very disorganized. After getting to car and attempting to leave I waited at the booth as the guard was looking at his phone, or otherwise oblivious we were there. Minutes later when he saw us he waved us out. No receipt check, no ticket checked, nothing. Very insecure feeling that I could have stolen the car or mine could be stolen. Given the ease of using other lots: Pick up baggage, walk outside, get in shuttle, get to car in 5 minutes I will never use Renaissance (or any other hotel parking) again.

    Had some problem finding the hotel once we got off the turnpike. Should be signs posted for the hotel. Overall we had an excellent experience with the parking. Would use them again!

    Shuttle wait time back from airport to hotel was very very long. We were also expecting that they would come to the Terminal and there would be a place to take the shuttle from each terminal. Instead we were asked to take AirTrain to P4 parking lot. We had 3 kids and it was a huge hassle to get to P4 with all the luggage instead of just getting a ride back from the Terminal. They can easily have us pick up from the Terminal. We called their number 3 times just to understand were we needed to go to get back to hotel from airport.

    So nice to fine a service that lives up to my expectations. There was very little wait time for either shuttle. In fact, when we arrived at Newark and got to the appropriate area to be picked up, we were concerned that we would have to wait a long time but the shuttle showed up in less than 10 minutes and the driver was very pleasant.

    We parked our car and even went inside the hotel to have breakfast before we caught the shuttle. When we returned, we got to the parking lot and the driver even drive us to our car. Such a smooth operation!

    Parked for about 10 days in Nov 2015. Found it pretty easy, but if you definitely look at a map first to access the road next to 1&9S;. Also, it was easy to arrange. I would recommend it to anyone.

    It took me a bit to find The air train and get to P4. I don't like how they can't drop you off by your car instead you got to walk to the back of the hotel with all your luggage from the main entrance of the hotel, other than that i was pleased with The Services provided.
