My car was left on the street and not actually in there lot that was secure. There was very bad flooding in the area and I called to check on my car and the employee joked that my car was floating down the street. I felt that was very tacky. Overall it was great service for the price.

On the trip before this one, the driving was really slow and instead of leaving in departures he left me in arrivals the elevators were really claudy it took me long to get to the check in area in departures. Because of that I lost my flight.

The shuttle driver doesn't care about his job, and took 56 minutes from time of calling and confirming on the way to pick up. Driver then circled airport 4 times. Took a total of 1 hour 34 minutes to get from airport to parking lot. The lot owner also doesn't care about service. They ignore you, and keep doing their own stuff until you've waited for around 15 minutes.
People were sitting on my car while I was gone and I do not appreciate that.

Shuttle from Reed Roof In, On the way back home on 12/26/2015 me and my family was waiting more than 40 min. for shuttle to pick us up. In same time I call 3 times 7:40; 8:00; 8:20 pm. Finally shuttle show up we load our bags and drive start to drive back. We were half way when driver receive call (I think radio call) and just turn around without worth to us and start to drive back to airport. (According to hotel information it is around 2 miles from hotel to airport). I know that area very well and I assure you we were close to hotel then airport. I asked him why he turns around and he was very rude. Anyway we arrived at a hotel 8:49. We spend one hour and nine minutes for ride what should be less than ten minutes in normal condition and it was normal condition. The driver did not say to as any worth (like hi or buy) when he pick us up or when he left us at the hotel. That attitude does not belong to service in my opinion. I can assure somebody like him will not work in my business. Thank you. Have a nice day.
Shuttle wait during pickup was almost an hour.
Please address the drivers attitude. He was rude to all the customers. He told one man that this is not a wait shuttle. I was really offended by his attitude

I waited one hour from the time I called for a pick up at Terminal A. I could have walked from Terminal A to the Red Roof Inn in less time than that. Won't use again. I can ride the Metro Bus from downtown Houston for $1.25 one way and make the same time.

Need cover for cars
Other reviews mentioned a gravel lot for airport parking -- I didn't see a gravel lot. I parked in the hotel's main lot, which was paved. Great experience, will use again.
