Free shuttle for all of our customers. The shuttle runs daily from 5:00am - 11:45pm. For drop offs to the airport it runs every hour on the hour. Pick ups from the airport are upon call, so please call the front desk when you are ready for pick up and they will send the shuttle (please note when you call the shuttle may be transporting other customers, so please allow a little buffer time).
Open 24 hours. Shuttle runs 5:00am - 11:45pm -- shuttle to the airport is offered once an hour, on the hour.

waiting around 30 min to be picked up at our arrival
The parking lot was easy to access and very secure, I left my car for 9 days over the Christmas holidays, and everything was perfectly well at my return. The van that took us to the airport didn't take more than 10 minutes to pick us up, same when I got back. Only Con I could see was that the parking lot was very packed, and I struggled a little bit to find a space available. Note that the van picks you up at the Hotel Buses and Shuttles location.
The current average score of 3.6 is about right, or could be higher in my opinion, somewhere close to 4 if 5 is perfect. Everything else is quite good except the waiting time. If you are not in a hurry, this is not a bad choice for the low price. Shuttle is scheduled every 30 minutes if I remember it right. However, the driver may show up a few minutes late. In my case, she came six minutes after the schedule, and said "sorry I went throw away the trash" -- not sure what that means. If they can keep the 30-minute interval, I'll probably try to use it every time.
This is by far the worst airport parking experience I have ever had. there is only 1 bus that they use. bus comes every 30mins. this means if your 1 min late, you will wait for 30mins before you get to the airport. instead, the bus took over 40mins therefore we had to catch a $19 cab to the airport. Due to this time waisting, my husband and I missed our flight simply because it was to late to check in our bag. I call Red Roof back so I can check into the hotel, The bus driver came to the bus stop and never stopped. Saw me running behind and kept moving. I called again on behalf of them to send back the driver. they told me that I will have to wait 30mins again. Secondly, when this bus driver came, he remain seated for me to open the back of the bus, put my bag in the bus and also open my the door to enter the bus all by myself.. What happened to customer service. This is Completely bad customer service, in-considered and I will absolutely never park my car there again.
Had to park vehicle on the side, no parking space available. Pickup driver was very rude and lacks customer service (non english speaking man). Stopped at every airport terminal despite the fact that the vehicle was full with passengers and no seats remains. Next time I will rather pay more to get regular parking and bus that runs constantly.
The pick from airport was excellent I wish you can lower the daily rate to $3.00 for over 5 days parking
I Recently booked Red Roof parking and shuttle service. The front desk associate was a bit rude maybe she forgot she was in customer service. The shuttle was late but I guess it was ok because I needed the extra time to carry all my items from my car to the shuttle that was parked in front of the building without any assistance. This service may be a bit difficult if you plan on traveling with kids. Arrive a few minutes early as it was difficult to find a spot and park in the almost full lot. The transportation on the way back was quick and that driver was very friendly.
this service was great - I will recommend it to my fellow travelers.
I had a great experience with Red Roof Inn. I would definitely offer them my business again, if I need to park near Houston airport.

Getting to the airport, my wait time for the shuttle was 25 min. because it only leaves every 1/2 hour. I wish I would have known that information.
Some type of check/update on the condition of my vehicle while I'm away would give me the peace and comfort.
Missed shuttle at hotel after check in. Receptionist didn't prompt driver that I was parking my vehicle in the lot n need to catch my flight. Was late b in rush. Disappointed on receptionist stupid non cooperative attitude.

I called the Red Roof Inn at 11:12 p.m. (as soon as I was outside the C terminal). I had already called to tell them I had arrived and was getting my luggage. The shuttle did not arrive until 11:45 p.m. We went to another terminal and waited 15 minutes for a passenger to arrive. We returned to the hotel after midnight. Altogether, it was over an hour, which was disappointing since my flight got in early (at 10:35 p.m.) I plan to call the national CEO of Red Roof Inn to let him know how disappointed I am with their service and behavior. This is certainly not a reputable place or shuttle service. I would discontinue all ties with them.
Price was great; took over 30 minutes for the shuttle going to the airport and returning to my vehicle.
The lot only has one shuttle. From the two times I have used this lot, the wait time has always been in excess of 30 minutes for both departures and arrivals. Their service is inexpensive and inefficient for transporting anything more than one individual or party to and from the airport terminals.
The shuttle never came when we got home so we had to pay for a cab which cost 30% of what the parking cost us. Waste of money.
