    the shuttle driver did not come in time. Therefore we did not leave as promised by the hotel at 5:30am. Hotel hired a taxi to take people to airport. But the taxi driver asked for more money because people in the same taxi went to different terminals. Eventually I have to pay $20 myself to get to where I want to.

    I had to wait 30 minutes before I was picked up from the hotel to go to the airport. And on the way back I waited for an 1 hr and 15 min!! I was really upset by this bc I kept calling the hotel and they would change each time. Saying he is on the way, he didn't see you (he didn't even know what I looked like), he had to pick other people up. I will not use this service again if I can help it.

    No airport pick up by Red Roof. So had to take other hotel shuttle. That was nice treat from this guy middle of night.

    After waiting for a while at the airport when the guy finally came he wanted to remind me that I called several times for a pick up. The hotel operator was not really aware of the location that I needed to be for pick up. After picking me up and taking me back to the hotel, he dropped me off at the front door instead of dropping me where my car was located in the back of the building. The staff at time of parking was wonderful, but on my pick up was very rude, distasteful, unorganized and under informed. Needs some improvement.

    Hotel is about 3 miles from airport. Parking space is open and fairly full. once I got a spot, the hotel transportation was readily available. Now, on our return, it took them a little long while to pick us up due to "miscommunication" between the dispatcher and the driver.But,nevertheless, it was a good experience. I will probably use Red Roof Inn again.

    Ok spot to park, not too far from airport but shuttle services did not run every 30 min as advertised, apparently they only have one bus running for drop offs and pick ups, we were waiting for more than 45 min at hotel to get dropped at terminal cutting it too close to comfort for boarding time. Same thing on the way back we had to wait more than 30 min for shuttle !!!!

    We always use Red Roof Inn most it is reasonably priced and a concreted car park some hotels at IAH it is a field behind the building that you park in. The only downside it is sometimes a 30-40 minute wait for the shuttle to pick you up

    My car was left on the street and not actually in there lot that was secure. There was very bad flooding in the area and I called to check on my car and the employee joked that my car was floating down the street. I felt that was very tacky. Overall it was great service for the price.

    On the trip before this one, the driving was really slow and instead of leaving in departures he left me in arrivals the elevators were really claudy it took me long to get to the check in area in departures. Because of that I lost my flight.

    The shuttle driver doesn't care about his job, and took 56 minutes from time of calling and confirming on the way to pick up. Driver then circled airport 4 times. Took a total of 1 hour 34 minutes to get from airport to parking lot. The lot owner also doesn't care about service. They ignore you, and keep doing their own stuff until you've waited for around 15 minutes.
