    It takes too long to get the shuttle . The have one shuttle for 3-4 hotels together.

    It's a parking and shuttle service, not rocket science. Everything was as described, no surprises. Ir you're such a prima dona that you can't wait 20 minutes or so, then go somewhere else.

    Staff was super friendly. Return from flight pickup was quite a wait - almost an hour and thirty minutes. It was a late pick up. We arrived at 10:15 pm and called for our shuttle pickup as soon as we got our luggage. They didn't pick us up until 11:45 pm. Overall it was okay but I would reserve them as a last resort.

    I fly often therefore I use airport parking often. This was my first experience with Red Roof Inn Parking. It was terrible. The hotel staff wasn't concerned about my car flight the shuttle or anything else. Parking was in the far back away from the hotel. I felt unsafe and unsure of the protection of my vehicle. The shuttle run was unorganized. It was over packed uncomfortable made random pick ups and rushed!!!

    When we arrived there was no parking but we were able to park at the Denny's across from them. At first I was a little worried but other cars were parked there as well. We left the car for a week and when we came back from our trip all was well. The shuttle drivers are really not great at customer service and what I didn't like the most was that they expected a tip from us. We only paid $40.00 to park for the whole week so it was a great deal. Overall I'm satisfied and will most likely park there again.

    When I got there the pickup van was about to arrive. I had to quickly park, use the rest room and gather my bags, but the attendant at the Red Roof Inn front desk made sure the van waited for me. Very nice as the next pickup wasn't until about 40 minutes later.

    Arrival was great, however, when we returned it was a nightmare!! We called from the plane and the Red Roof Inn front desk had no idea where we were supposed to meet the driver. I told them we were at the E11-19 Courtesy shuttle pickup. They said we were supposed to be at E2 because E11 was closed. AND actually it was open. We watched several other pickup shuttles arrive but no Red Roof. We called back 3 more times and they were confused and told us each time they would call the driver and it would be 10-15 minutes longer. We waited at the pickup area from 10:40pm-12:01 am. We thought we would try your service and sadly we were not impressed. An hour and twenty minutes wait time is unacceptable and the staff at Red Roof Inn had no idea what they were talking about!

    The first departure bus was full so we had to wait on the second one which arrived with a couple minutes only. On our return we only waited 10 minutes but others further down the route had been waiting much longer. I'm not sure if they called in like they were supposed to or not.

    We had a good expereince at the Red Roof. We didn't have to wait long for the shuttle going or coming back, and the hotel staff were very nice.
