Distance from airport: 0 miles
The Red Carpet Inn is not accepting parking reservations through AirportParkingReservations.com at this time.
The Red Carpet Inn (formerly Econo Lodge) has very low daily rates. Combined with a regular shuttle service and close proximity to the airport, this makes it a convenient alternative to the on-airport lots at ATL.

We waited 1 1/4 HOURS to take the shuttle to the airport - causing us to almost MISS OUR FLIGHT!! The manager on duty kept saying "he's on the way...five more minutes...blah blah blah... absolutely terrible service!!
The parking lot was not secure. After in returned my rear window was shattered. Upon informing the front desk, he seemed entirely unconcerned and said they would do nothing about it and was very rude.
This hotel did not have a sign on it, therefore we passed it and had to look for it again; also my print out did not have a reservation number on the page, so there was some confusion about the reservation and payment. this lot is in an area that is not prosperous and we worried that our vehicle would be safe.
This is a horrible place to park. I parked there for a week and when I came back, my car was covered with dust and rotten fruits (yes, fruits). All the parking spaces are near rooms and I guess whatever the guests throughout through their windows land on your vehicle. The shuttle service was horrible as well. On my return, I waited for 1 hour for their shuttle and called the hotel a couple of times - still no shuttle showed up. Then I had to catch the shuttle for a nearby hotel and walk to the Econolodge to pick my car up.
Building did not have an Econolodge sign, so i passed by it twice and had to call for directions. shuttle on my return at 6pm was only running every 30 minutes, the van did not even have econolodge listed on the side. i did not feel my car was safe in this motel parking lot. fortunately nothing happened, but people hang out in the parking lot and on the balconies. I would NOT recommend this lot to anyone, and i will not be using it again.
The gave me a number to call for the return. Called it for 15 mi utes, nobody answered. I took a taxi to get to the parking lot. Not acceptable.
Parking lot was not secure and I was hesitant to leave my car. On my return, I called for shuttle pick up but could not understand the person answering so had no idea if I was going to be picked up. I ended up returning to my car with another shuttle service.
Acknowledge parking was not the best with location next to the street. Shuttle did not arrive in a timely or predictable fashion when returning from my trip.
The hotel did not have secure parking and the shuttle was broken.
Terrible, terrible experience. When I arrived the shuttle had mysteriously broken the day before. I had to argue to get a shuttle to the airport. The front desk person told me that I wouldn't be able to get a shuttle and stared at me blankly when I told him that I either needed a shuttle or a cab (that they would pay for). I ended talking to a manager who contacted a nearby hotel to get their shuttle to pick me up. I waited for 45 minutes. Completely unacceptable. The parking lot is unsupervised, and in a really sketchy area. I was worried that my car wouldn't be there when I got back. Again, completely unacceptable (for a parking service). When I called to be picked up (over 2 weeks later), the shuttle was still mysteriously broken, and the front desk person just hung up on me when I asked when they would be sending a shuttle. I will never park there again.
On returning I called the number for pick up as I was told by the desk person when I checked in who gave me a business card with the phone number to be called only to be told they would not pick me up. I would not use their lot again.
Not Fenced directly open to the street NO SECURITY of any type.
