    the shuttle does not take you to terminal, but only to train station. no one at the counter . one shuttle every 30 minutes.

    Everything was fine and everyone was helpful and nice. It is a little out of the way, did not have problems getting to it, but getting out back in the direction I wanted to go (I-78W) was a little tricky. Self-park which was what I wanted.

    Getting out of the parking lot I had to go from the exit booth (unmanned) to the hotel desk twice. Once because I didn't know I had to go to the reception desk before leaving (even though I had a validated ticket) and the second time because the clerk gave me the wrong ticket and it wouldn't work.

    Parking at the Ramada Plaza was easy. It's on the "near" side of EWR for me. The shuttle service may not be as frequent as that of other true "parking" sites, but it goes on a schedule. There is a pleasant place to wait, use a bathroom, get a snack, etc. And I was at a hotel so when I got back late, I could just check in and spend the night. for $10/night, it's worth it.
