We were told when we dropped off our vehicle that the return shuttle service stopped at 10:30 PM. We returned at 10 PM and called for shuttle service and we were told their driver already went home. We had to take a cab ($25) back to pick up our car.
Shuttle service left us waiting over 2 hours at airport! Horrible!
Drop off was ok but I should have guess there would be an issue when I wasn't given any contact information to call for a pick up. Not even the shuttle driver have us info. When I was ready for pick up I was told that I should have called 24 hours before pick up because they don't have a regular shuttle service to/from airport. There was no mention of this when I dropped off my car. So as I sit in the airport fuming over waiting over an hour for a pick up I write this review.
The 24hr notice regarding 'pickup' is ambiguous. I was reprimanded by the Ramada inn front desk because I didn't call before I needed a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. I interpreted the 24hr notice to only be applicable to pickup from the airport to the hotel. Please update this 24hr notice to clearly state that a phone call is necessary for "both" directions. Thanks!
On the return trip, the shuttle was over a half hour late. I was the last one from my flight to be picked up. They were very apologetic and otherwise, nice. The person at the desk offered to comp my next stay at the hotel, but I would never have reason to stay there. They should have offered to comp my next parking fee. I hope to use this service frequently, as I travel to Florida often. I hope this doesn't happen again.
Overall, I would recommend this service. Only 1 concern was the scheduling of the return when the phone rang more than 15 to 20 times until the desk picked up. When they did, the desk was knowledgeable about the scheduling.
Disappointed that there was no pickup service comimg home. My flight was delayed 5 1/2 hrs. I had to call my daughter to come and get me...

Would have been a very easy deal, but upon my return, the shuttle was really late. REALLY late.
We were aggrevated by NOT seeing our van WAITING for us outside of the terminal. We called THREE times to make them aware we were there!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!! The return trip is the most important part of the service especially when tired and arriving home at NIGHT!!! We paid for this service?
Your survey should be broken up into two parts for shuttle service and attendants since technically you deal with them twice; arrival and return. Our shuttle was incredibly prompt when we dropped off but delayed by 15 min when we needed to be picked up. Also there should be a reception employee rating again before and after. The receptionist when we dropped off was AMAZING and very nice! The two I dealt with on the way home were not as pleasant.
