    Overall everything was pretty easy! Hotel was easy to find, checking in at the hotel was easy, parking was gated parking. Parking was pretty full I was lucky to get parking. They had other parking in the same place but it wasn't gated. If I had to park over in that area I wouldn't mind, the area looked pretty safe place. Shuttle to the airport was good. We only waited about 20 mins. But we already knew that so we accounted wait time in the trip. When we arrived back in Houston we called the hotel, they asked us what terminal we'll be at, we waited about 20 mins and they arrived. Overall it was a pretty easy thing to do and saved us about 20 in parking. I recommend to everyone!

    Everything was good and the staff was extremely nice. I had parked and the shuttle picked me up right away. Sadly I missed my flight and came right back and the attending offered a refund

    I arrived after midnight, doubles the cost of the parking for a weekend if need to get a taxi there, my own fault for not checking so lesson learned. They did advise me of this when I parked but it was too late by then.

    This was the best parking experience ever at any Houston airport. The process was very simple. I made my reservation online. The location and proximity to the IAH is ideal. The only problem that may occur in the future, is the this spot may become so popular that reservations become difficult to make. I hope not. Thanks for everything and future customers, please tip the drivers. The ones that I had were very professional.

    No parking spots available, had to park on the grass in mud. Waited for shuttle about 30 minutes. Saved few bucks, but don't know if I'll come back again.

    This was my first time parking at a hotel near the airport and it is a convenient and cost effective service. Brilliant for the hotels to offer up unused space and a win for the customer at very competitive prices. Not the best if you're in a hurry but otherwise, a good experience.

    When I got there everything was ok. But when I needed someone to pick me up I called 8 times no answer. And I left a message no return call. Finally the ninth call someone answered and it to over 20 minutes to pick up.

    Easy to schedule when the shuttle will leave since it departs every 30 minutes and the check-in process was very quick. Waited 30+ minutes to be picked up, however and driver almost ran into another car when trying to switc lanes and he failed to see him.
