    I would never park here again. I had to park in a gravel lot behind the hotel. I also had to carry my own luggage to the front of the hotel and from the front upon my return. I had to walk alone in a dark parking lot. In addition, the step up into the shuttle bus was not placed for me to get in. When returning we picked up additional passengers who were elderly. The step stool was not placed for them either. When I asked the lady in the passenger seat, who was with the driver to put it down for the couple, I was ignored. I felt that there was a lack of customer service as well as a lack of concern for my safety.

    We had read some reviews that some people had to wait a long time for the shuttle to take them to the airport after they had parked the car. So we decided to allow ample time for our flight and we were prepared. Actually we did not have to wait more than 15-20 mins for their shuttle to take us to the airport. Also coming back we called them as soon as we picked up our bags and the guy was there in 20 min or so. I would suggest Ramada to give repeat customers some extra discount so as to encourage them them to park at their lot again

    I have used you and the Ramada in the past and will continue to do so. I have recommended both to friends. My wife and I drove 300+ miles stopped for dinner and a visit with friends and then drove out across town to the Ramada. We checked in for the night, told the attendant we would be leaving the car with you starting 6am the following morning when we would go to the airport at 6. We arrived the lobby to check out and take the shuttle before 6 and found the shuttle full. We did not have time to wait for the next shuttle and be reasonably assured to make our flight. I had to pay for a $20 cab ride. It seems to me that your hotels should make arrangements to get people on the shuttle as scheduled or have an alternate plan.

    Our flight was delayed therefore we arrived back to Houston 2am, no shuttle service, cost us 15$ extra to take the taxi to the parking lot.

    Only bad part was my plane landed at same time as air china flight so the international terminal pick can get pretty congested. I would suggest a sign be placed somewhere to make it the actual pickup spot for Ramada Inn airport parking.

    On the way there - the Ramada bus crashed and everyone had to wait for taxis made us very late to check in - on the way back I called 4 times and we waited 50 minutes to be collected from the airport - the worse service we have ever had

    Shuttle leaving time was good, less than 10 min, but when we returned shuttle took almost 1 hr after several calls finally showed up (not sure what happened) drivers were courteous though. Not very happy with parking lot , just an empty field.

    At the Ramada Hotel on JFK Blvd you park your car on the field behind the hotel. It maybe that all of the parking lot spaces were full. The price was good, but if its a rainy day not so good!

    It would be advisable to pave the back parking lot. We didn't even want to walk in it let alone drive through it. We won't use your services again. Believe me, we don't complain about anything but the parking lot's condition was very poor.

    Extended lot just a vacant area behind building in need of gravel or caliche to smooth it out. Bad ruts and low places too dangerous for rainy weather. Got lucky during dry spell. Hard to beat price for the inconvenience, though. Probably a repeat customer (if it isn't raining).

    If the parking lot is not concrete or ashphalt pavement then at booking time it should be made clear. Loose Gravel parking lot creates some uneasy situation if it rains.

    this is the second time we've used this parking service. The last time we waited almost an hour for the shuttle and were told it was due to a shift change. This time the wait was less than 10 minutes (they'd said 15 minutes when I called). I'm very happy and will definitely use the service again - just hoping that they're always as prompt as they were this time rather than the first time. The rates are great - especially if you check for coupons.

    When we arrived at the airport I called for a pick up and the place is 10 minutes away and we had to wait 45 minutes and was told it was because of a new driver not a good reason. We will not be using this service again.
