I parked my car for 2 weeks! Had no problems for them to take me to the airport. At return I called to get a ride. Told me wait 20 minutes. Called again. Wait 20 minutes. After hour and a half I took a taxi that cost me $14.00! Look for other option! This hotel is not responsible for its service!
ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER! AVOID IT AT ANY COST!!! We waited more than 1 hour before they picked us up at the airport. I called the front desk as soon as we were at the terminal outside. They asked me to wait for about 20 minutes...no bus shown up. I called again after 20 min, the operator became very rude. She refused to transfer me to the manager on duty and hung up my phone couple times. More than an hour later, the shuttle bus finally showed up, and driver told us he just got the pickup notice about 20 min ago. Will NOT use this service again!!
NOT WORTH IT AT ALL I have arrived around 12am and called them and they said they don't have shuttle at this time!!! I took a taxi all the way to the parking and found my car scratched... all over the hood and ceiling...
DO NOT use them. We arrived and called while waiting in the passport line - they told us to call once we were "outside at the terminal". We did that and then had to wait another 50 minutes for their shuttle to pick them up. Is it worth saving $10? Don't use this company. Plus we called the hotel 2 times and they said they "told the driver already twice" and then tried to blame us for not being outside. I do not recommend them at all.
ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER! It is true it is cheap to park there but do it is really worth to wait 1 hours and 8 minutes before pick-up at the airport!?!? I came back from my trip Sunday 9th and called the hotel front desk at 1:56pm about my presence on the terminal A. They ask me to wait for about 10-15 minutes.... after that is became a bad experience. I called every 15-20 minutes to ask where was the shuttle I never saw yet and they always insure me that the shuttle was send back right away for me. Finally at 2:54pm the shuttle arrived and the driver didn't apologize what so ever and told me he was just starting his shift and what happen before did not concern him! Just as an FYI the front desk agent hang-up on my refusing to transfer me to any hotel or parking manager. So, bottom line, you pay for what you get! Cheap and poor service.

Most of the problems in airport parking has to do with return flights and being picked up without a long wait.
Will never park at Ramada again.
I was very happy with evrything except that the wait time for shuttle at airport was 40 min which is too high. Hence rating it 4.
The shuttle to the airport was about a 15 minutes wait. The shuttle when we arrived took 40+ minutes to come. I don't know exactly how long, because I gave up and got a $15 taxi ride to the hotel. I had 3 kids and a 3-hour drive home that night and was counting on the guarantee of 10-15 minute wait. Will not use this service again.
shuttles were a little dated, but parking lot itself was in very good condition, with wider than normal parking space size. Good value. Will use again.
Myself and my wife, plus other people bound for the Ramada JFK Blvd. waited for the shuttle at IAH for over a hour. Nobody had informed that the shuttle service for Ramada would have been performed by Red Roof Inn, which we learned after various phone calls.
this was the first time we use this service and we were very satisfied by the service. we will be using it again in future trips
Gated parking lot was full, so I had to park in the general hotel lot. Waited one hour for the return shuttle, then still had an additional stop before being transported to my car. Shuttle was dirty, with cracked windshield.

The shuttle service was very bad I wait for shuttle more than an hour when I arrived at Houston.
Shuttle is supposed to leave every 30 mins, waited from 9:15-10:00 before a shuttle arrived, almost missed our flight.
Fast, friendly, and a great price. What else can one ask for other than covered parking?
