    If the parking lot is not concrete or ashphalt pavement then at booking time it should be made clear. Loose Gravel parking lot creates some uneasy situation if it rains.

    this is the second time we've used this parking service. The last time we waited almost an hour for the shuttle and were told it was due to a shift change. This time the wait was less than 10 minutes (they'd said 15 minutes when I called). I'm very happy and will definitely use the service again - just hoping that they're always as prompt as they were this time rather than the first time. The rates are great - especially if you check for coupons.

    When we arrived at the airport I called for a pick up and the place is 10 minutes away and we had to wait 45 minutes and was told it was because of a new driver not a good reason. We will not be using this service again.

    Had to wait for 45 minutes at airport for pick up. Apparently, they only have one shuttle for the whole business. So, if price matters and slow pick up is ok, then this is the place.

    It took more than an hour to have the shuttle reach the terminal. I spoke to the shuttle driver & he told me that the hotel never contacted him regarding the pick-up.

    Reassure multiple times that the shuttle was on its way. Waited over ONE HOUR for a location that was 3 miles away. Would have rather paid a cabfare to the parking location had I known it was going to take this long. To make matters worse, there was a tropical storm en route that day and I wanted to leave town before it hit. Because of all the delays in pickup, I had to leave town much later and got stuck in bottleneck traffic as a result compromising my safety in this weather. Just a FYI. Staff was courteous, but not punctual.

    The shuttle did not come due to it stop running at midnight. You should really have a 24 hour shuttle. All of the other hotels do.

    I would seriously consider removing the Ramada Inn at the Houston Intercontinental Airport off your list of parking options . Last night , my wife and I waited 50 minutes for the shuttle van after calling the hotel twice. The hotel is about 10 minutes from our terminal so even adjusting for that length of time, a wait of 50 minutes is inexcusable .

    This parking lot was a disaster. They make you park on dirt (literally), as the place is not paved. They also do not provide adequate drainage in the parking area. It had been raining so it was extremely muddy in the parking lot. My car literally got stuck in the mud and they provided absolutely no assistance to help me out. I have never been to a hotel with such unfriendly service. It's very unreasonable to charge people for parking in a facility that is not well drained. I had to leave my car stuck in the mud not to miss my plane and deal with it when I got back by arranging for roadside assistance myself. It was extremely stressful to leave for a trip with my car left in that condition, not knowing what would happen when I got back, or whether a tow truck could fit around all the other cars parked around it when I got back. The hotel provided no assistance or compensation for this. It was the most stressful parking experience. I would never go back and I would not recommend this to anyone. Very poor quality facility and services.

    DO NOT use any of the hotels around Houston IAH airport for parking. My wheels and rims were stolen from the Ramada Inn on JFK and no one on the property seemed too concerned. Not worth the few bucks you save.
