Shuttle was on time, although it left just as I got there... bad timing I suppose but I felt like they should have checked considering they probably saw me walk up. Overall it was ok, I would probably use them again although I will shop around still.

the service and location were great. the return pick up from the airport was vague in the pick up location causing me to sit for an hour. otherwise this service was quite useful and i will use it again.

This is probably the cheapest parking place near the airport; but if there is even the slightest chance your airline might return anywhere near 12 midnight, you are out of luck. My flight was delayed and I got in 2 hours later, which was a little before midnight; I called for a ride before I got my luggage because I was cutting it close. They did send out a driver and he picked up a female, but did not wait any extra time for me, a male. I tried calling again, and no one answered the line. So I missed being picked up. I hitched a ride to my vehicle at a cost of $15, thus negating any savings I might have gotten. So, if your plane is scheduled to land in Houston at 8 pm or later, I would suggest another parking lot.
