The shuttle got me there on time and I arrived late to the hotel so even though they had a shuttle out already they accomidated me but having someone else drive me in the other shuttle. However, the second time I used this service they took almost an HOUR to pick me up. It was FREEZING outside and I called the front desk twice, each time they told me that they had already sent someone out. Very dissapointing since I had a really good interaction with them previously. A big plus for me is the covered parking which it seems no one else has.

Parking lot is pretty good - loved that it's a covered lot. The shuttle isn't that frequent and sometimes a bit pain in the butt esp when you're almost late for a flight. But the drivers are generally very courteous!

The Radisson completely failed us on the return trip. We called four times and never got a shuttle. We had to take a cab and get reimbursed for our cab fare. THe ride, which should have taken about 5 minutes ended up taking us 90 minutes. This happened on Sunday, 23 Oct, 7:30-9:00 PM. I am separately writing to the Radisson about this awful service.

We really like parking at the Radisson; however the past two times the shuttle service from the airport has left us waiting one time over 45 minutes and this time about 30 minutes. There is disorder on the part of the reception staff that take the calls and dispatch the shuttle. They might want to take names to ensure everyone is picked up. We were pretty angry and advised both the hotel operator and vehicle attendant of our concerns.

I was happy with the customer serivice and the location of parking. Upon returning, I tried contacting the parking number for 10 minutes at 10pm and the phone just rang. When I got ahold of someone, I was told the shuttle was on its way. It arrived 30 minutes later. The driver drove the van like a sports car. All in all, I was happy, but would have liked a more timely pick up and attentive service. Thanks

Departure service was fine, but when we returned we waited over an hour after we called for pick-up. 2 children were with us and the hour delay meant restaurants were closed by the time we got in the car. We've used the Radisson before and usually there is no problem.

When we arrived even though the reservation gave a time to shuttle to the airport we were told the shuttle was full as was the following shuttle a 1/2 hour later. We explained this was unacceptable. The whole reason we were using their parking service was for the shuttle to the airport. I asked what we were supposed to do for the ride they said (sour look on face) I guess we will get you a cab. Our shuttle time was 6 a.m and it was now 545. I told them since you are 5 min from the airport, have the driver take us now he could be back for the 6 a.m which they did end up doing. Then when we returned we had a 1 1/2 hour wait getting picked up at the airport!!!!!! VERY VERY unhappy... It was the 2nd time we used their service 1st time no issues.

The shuttle was excellent for departure, however for arrival we did not get picked until an hour after we disembarked from plane. We had to call 3 times before someone came to pick us up. Not sure if it was the fault of the front desk, shuttle driver, or both not communicating with each other.

I arrived just before 8:30 so I was able to catch the shuttle on the half hour, but when I arrived back at the airport, I called for the shuttle and had to wait 40 minutes for a pick up and meanwhile all of the other hotel shuttles had come by 2-3 times while I was waiting. The best being Doubletree. I will definitely park at Doubletree next time. 40 minutes is too long to wait.

I made 3 phone calls and waited 40 minutes to be picked up at SJC last night (Friday). The Raddisson was very sorry, but this was really unacceptable. I have used the Raddisson many times and will say this is the first time this has happened, but this is one time too many.

It wasn't clear to me that I had to park on the 2nd level so I had to go back to the garage and repark. The garage was dark in the early morning. There should be a better sign to indicate the upper levels.

Need to allow for a lot of time when parking the vehicle because the staff at the hotel counter can get busy. It would be better to pay online and print the receipt right then to keep on the dashboard. This will eliminate the visit to the hotel counter completely and make the parking go faster. The shuttle is also only every 30 minutes - should be every 15 minutes.

I found your service very easy and convenient to Highway 101. There was a bit of a wait on check-in, which meant that I had to wait about 15 minutes for a shuttle. That was really not a big deal, because traffic getting to you wasn't too bad, and I still got to the airport with adequate time. (I was driving to the Radisson from a distance, and I never know how long it is going to take to make the trip.) But if I had run into traffic problems, I would have worried about missing my flight. Your driver was very polite, hustled, and obviously was trying hard to take good care of us. Thank you for having such excellent employees.

Parking was not a problem. Paying for parking was easy. The shuttle bus was to run until 11PM. We explained before reserving parking that our flight was scheduled to arrive at 10:35PM. They said "no problem" as soon as we landed to call immediately and the driver would be there as long as it was before 11PM. The plane landed at 10:45pm my daughter called for the shuttle and had no checked bags. She was at the curb just before 11pm and no shuttle. She called again only to be told that the shuttle driver had left for the day to take a cab and she would be reimbursed. When she got to the Radisson after a $15 cab ride, she was told she would not be reimbursed and no one would have told her that. They refused to help her. We will not use that parking garage again. They do not keep their word.

Limited capabilities. There is a single shuttle. One truck only. Shuttle was small and had limited baggage/cargo space. Our party did not fit into one van. Half of the party and hotel guests had to wait for the driver to come back for a 2nd trip. Shuttle also has limited hours. 10:45pm last pick up. Our flight was delayed, we arrived late. We had to take a taxi back to the hotel. Consider carefully before using this hotel.

It took the van over 30 minutes to arrive and the location of the Courtesy van stop was at the opposite end of the Baggage area. Bringing 4 suitcases and 2 brief cases to the other end ot the airport was quite annoying at 10:00 at night then waiting.

Upon arrival, please check your vehicle in at the front desk. They will advise you where to park. Payment for the balance is due upon arrival. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before you want to be dropped off at your airport terminal. No RV or Trailer parking allowed.
Airport Transportation:
FREE transportation to and from the airport terminals. Shuttle bus hours are 4:45 AM to 11 PM, Monday - Friday, with the shuttle running every 30 minutes. On Saturday and Sunday, the shuttle starts running at 4:30 AM and leaves every 30 minutes.
Operation Hours:
Open daily from 4:45 AM to 11:00 PM.

For airport parking close to San Jose Airport but a much better deal than airport parking prices, Radisson San Jose Airport Parking are a private firm offering great service at a great rate. They provide free transportation to and from the airport terminals. The shuttle bus hours are 4:45 AM to 11:00 PM. Upon arrival at Radisson San Jose Airport Parking please check your vehicle in at the front desk. They will advise you where to park in the covered garage. Radisson San Jose Airport Parking ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes before you want to be dropped off at the terminals. Once your trip has finished and after you have retrieved your luggage, please call 408-452-0200 for pickup.
