    The Radisson near MSP is a lovely facility with secure indoor parking. The staff at the front desk were helpful and courteous, and made it easy for us to self-park in the lot when we arrived. The shuttle to the airport arrived on the hour, as advertised, and the driver to the airport was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the shuttle driver for our return to the hotel from the airport was a completely different story. Since the parking instructions indicated that I needed to call the hotel to have the shuttle pick me up, and that wait times could be up to 25 minutes, I called while waiting for my luggage. I was informed that a shuttle would actually arrive in 10 minutes, so I left my husband to collect the luggage and proceeded to the shuttle area. My husband had messaged me that he was on his way with the luggage when the shuttle arrived, so I asked the driver if he could wait 2 minutes. The driver refused and told me that he would return in 20 minutes. He drove off less than a minute before my husband arrived. I called the hotel again to say that I would like to have a shuttle pick me up, and explained that the driver had left. The person on the phone also said the driver would return in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, I called the hotel again to ask where the shuttle was, and was asked to hold while she checked with the driver. When she returned and told me he would be there in 10 minutes, I told her how he had refused to wait 1 minute, had assured me he'd be back in 20 minutes, and now I was waiting 40 minutes, and that I was upset about this. She told me that I "need to take it up with the driver". The driver finally returned about 50 minutes after he had left me with the assurance that he would return in 20 minutes. The drive back to the hotel took less than 10 minutes, it was evening and there was little traffic, so I cannot fathom what the driver was doing during the time he knew he left me standing and waiting for him at the airport. It is extremely unfortunate that this shuttle driver ruined my experience with an otherwise lovely facility, and left me with such a bad taste that I am not inclined to ever do business with the Radisson MSP again.

    Front desk attendants were not very clear on how to enter parking lot and procedure for getting our vehicle when we returned. location is nice and close and feels like a safe place to leave your car.

    The Radisson parking lot is heavily disguised and we had a hard time finding it. Had to ask at front desk...which was crowded with check-in hotel guests. Once found, many spaces and easy in and out. When we parked, the Radisson was having trouble with shuttles, so they kindly called a cab and paid for our trip to the airport. When I came back from being out of the country 2 weeks later, I just took a taxi myself back to the Radisson to avoid waiting.

    Everything was excellent. However, our plane was delayed on the trip home and we arrived just at midnight. It was hard to reach someone on the phone and I was put on hold multiple times and it took over 15 minutes to get a human on the phone. At that point, they said the driver had gone home and to take a taxi. I was reimbursed for the taxi quickly and easily though, so it all worked out in the end. LOVED the underground parking and the driver on the trip to the airport was fantastic!

    Loved the underground parking. We missed the hourly shuttle to the airport by 10 minutes, but the wait in the lobby was very comfortable and relaxing. The drivers were very helpful. Our wait at the airport short. I will definitely do this again.

    My return flight was delayed causing me to arrive close to midnight. After waiting for the shuttle for nearly 30 min I called and was told no shuttle after midnight. I had to cab it resulting in fees that would have been cheaper parking at airport.

    The employee at the desk gave me the Radisson card to swipe and told me to go around the building to the left. That was it. The parking lot entrance is closed (good) with an industrial looking door for entrance and another for exit. There is not a SINGLE SIGN near the doors to indicate that this is the parking location. We drove around the parking lot and finally drove down the steep entrance ramp and used the automated system to enter. I hesitated to do so because it looks like an entrance for employees only; I didn't want to have a car/truck pull up behind me and be unable to have the door open and pull forward. You REALLY need some signage at this location. Just sayin'!

    The only change I would recommend is getting more counter help. I waiting over 30 minutes to get signed in and to get my garage door opener. The problem with that is that there were only two people in front of me. Same thing when I returned. Only one person was on duty for 20 minutes, then someone showed up.

    We used the Radisson parking facility near the Minneapolis Airport. Cost was $9.00 per night for underground and protected parking. The Radisson shuttle was great and staff at the hotel to direct me to the,parking area were very helpful. I'd use this parking again.
