The whole experince was excellent. Shuttle was ready to go to the Airport when we got to the attendent. Walked out of the terminal at 1:00 AM after getting our bags and there was the shuttle. NO WAIT either way. Have never had this experience before.

The site I used, Crowne Plaza hotel off of Washington street did not indicate that there is NO parking attendants until after 5:30 am. When I arrived I had to park my vehicle myself and take my luggage to the shuttle area. I would have probably booked a later flight had I known this.

From reading the info, I didn't understand that the valet wanted to keep your keys, After some discussion, I was allowed to park it myself and keep my keys. The parking spots are very narrow. Upon return I had to call them for pick-up as they have no regular shuttle service. Overall, I would not use them again.

Everything associated with the parking was great except that there was construction going on around the hotel when we left. We were forced to take a long detour since we were not familiar with the area. It would have been nice if they would have warned us and gave us some directions.

On the way out the shuttle was prompt. However, on the way back I called for the shuttle and after 30 minutes I called for it again. I was told it just picked someone up and would be there shortly. After another 20 minutes I was still waiting and called again. No answer. I called again. No answer. So I called the hotel. Not the usual service. Took off one days parking. The only excuse they gave was some days are like that. Not happy with that response and fell I should have had more than one day refunded.

we had a bit of difficulty getting the parking folks to answer their phone because we came on a midnight flight. You might need to put a message on your automated phone menu that says "call the front desk of the hotel if you are calling after midnight" It would save the stress of making 8- 10 attempts to get someone to answer the phone in the parking garage office.

shuttle drivers should do less talking to flight attendants at stops.. due to this it made some people late for a flight and had to pushed back twice on standby.. very unhappy with this.. but other than that overall it was pleasant

Excellent service. This is about the fourth time I've used Crown Plaza Parking. Only comment is that I arrived at the Parking Garage at 3:30am for an early flight and there were two guys hanging around the front area. This scared me as I would wonder if they would follow someone in the elevator and attack them during this hour of the morning and it was dark. Maybe more outside security to and from the elevator and parking area would be needed. Or escort the customer to park or pick up their cars. Thank you.

On return, no parking attendent was at parking desk. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I went inside the hotel and had the desk clerk radio the attendent. Apparently, he was on dinner break, which is fine. However, I beleive someone should have been covering the desk in his absence. At least there could have been a sign at the desk saying something like, "please see desk clerk."

Upon return for my car I found out that there was only one employee responsible for collecting the money and running for the vehicles. So, for every customer he had to find the keys, collect the money, if someone was using a credit card the same guy

Please arrive at QuikParkPHX (Crown Plaza Hotel) 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal. Shuttles run every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour mark. During busy holiday seasons or other special events, covered parking may not be available and outside parking may be required. When arriving at the hotel simply stop at the valet stand in the front of the hotel for parking. This is a valet service parking garage. Do not proceed into the garage. Operating hours are 5:30a-11:00p, with Self Parking available after hours, check in at front desk to obtain parking pass.
Airport Transportation:
FREE transportation to & from the airport is provided on shuttle buses.

Open 24 hours.
